Games 9, 10, and 11 rolled with the ball, I posted my first 800 series. First game with the ball I rolled 279. The ball is very dominating and I recommend this ball to anyone, even though it is a low to mid market priced ball. My teammate also rolled his first 300 the same night as my 800 after only having the ball for 11 weeks. For anyone who is sketchy on deciding whether or not Hammer is notw producing incredible equipment, don't be. The consistency of the ball is proving to be very effective since I am now averaging well over 230 over the past 30 games with the ball thus far. Hammer all the way.

I started throwing a hook back in nineteen eighty six. I started throwing the Gyro.I had some good games with it.three years later I left bowling because the guy I was bowling with, met a girl and he sarted bowling with her. So instead of finding other people to bowl with I left the game. Looking back I was dumb but most nineteen and twenty year olds are . Anyway, seven years go by and my girlfriend at the time. [now my wife] buys me a blue urathane hammer. Three years later start bowling again after a ten year layoff. After getting friendly with the people in the league with 200+ averages, they recommended this ball was perfect for me ,so i bought it. I feel this ball will put me over a 200 average for the season. Tonight will be my third night bowling with this ball .After two nights so far so good.

Slams the pocket and drives right into through the pins. Definetely as he said a blunt instrument. That ball goes out and snaps right when you want it to. It hits hard and fast while keeping the pins low so when you pull it a board or two or you swing it too far if you hit the pocket light or heavy you don't leave a split and a lot of times you'll get that final messenger to take the pin out. 85 86 87 88 89 90 91 92 93 94 95 96 97 98 99 100<s

amazing over all great ball to throw. it reacts the same way very consistintly. their are rumors that the coverstock is to thin but i havent noticed yet. i probably have 200 games on it and its still great. it hits well but every once and a while it will leave a soft 10 pin. you will carry alot of weak pocket shots. you'll even carry a few jersey strikes if one slips. if you push on outside it will come slamming back into the pocket and leave pins flying every where. my average has gone up 30 pins since getting it. if u through down and in u'll be able to move in some and give yourself some more room to work with.

I love this ball, it snaps just the way crankers like it. I had mine drilled diffrently to get that snappyness. You give it a good role and it will plow threw the pins like no mans business. When it does reach the pins it just smashes threw those things so hard. It basiclly rips the pins into pieces. I love this ball. I think i will use hammer more often now that i know what they are making. I was an ebonite person till now. As long as you roll this ball right you will get an awesome curve and just kill the pins.

This ball is very versitle, it is one of the few balls I've not needed to learn to throw. I have been working on a down and in game and this ball will do it for me. Although I am more comfortable playing really wide. The one thing I don't like about the ball is if I miss my mark or throw it scared (take speed off the ball) it sets up WAY to early and i'm gonna miss WAY left. I do find myself leaveing more ten pins with this ball than some others.. but all I need to do is make the adjustment and move back just enough on the approach.

This ball isn't really as good as they say it is all oh it is just hype about this ball. I really didn't like it's reaction on the lanes, it just wasn't my type of style. It barely hooked ever when i threw it slow and put as many revs as I could apply. It just went straight. Spare balls hook more than this ball could. This is not a ball you would want to vuy for any tournament or even league. I couldn't get it to hook on a house shot which is sad.

WOW, this ball hooks, dont pay attention to what xpaintxballerx says, he does not know anything, if you want a ball for oil and do not have much money, pick this up for cheap. Amazing backend and amazing hitting power. This ball does not hit like a sharp blade, it hits like a blunt blade. There are not many more things that anyone can say about this ball exept WOW. I love this ball and am going to use it when the lanes are full of oil with lots of carry down, I bowled yesterday with freash oil and carry down, the lanes were not stripped for 4 days, and they oil everynight. it still hooked to much.

This ball is a great ball, no doubt about it. Depending on the condition, I find that with a reduction in speed, this ball can handle heavy oil, you just have to treat it right. You can keep the ball inside or swing it out, just watch the reaction and adjust. The ball is not a Blade in the sense of fine cutting through the pins. This ball is a blunt instrument....made to destroy the pins which it does. With the ball drilled as it is, this one outhooks my Vicious Reactive easily, and is more forgiving. Pin reaction is similar to any Ebonite heavy hitter. You won't mistake this for a true 'Hammer' ball. Now, the only thing I don't like is the hairline crack I recently got near the thumb area. That really irritates me since this balls is only 2 or so months old, if that, maybe three. A ball should last more than 3 months of use. Hell, older Hammers last 5 or 10 years of use. Still, the ball is an awesome ball!! And that's coming from someone owning a Hi-Rev, Vicious

I bought myself the pearl version of this and enjoyed it, so was looking forward to this. I drilled it with a 3.5 inch pin, pin below the fingers, and 75 degrees. I thought since it was going to be agressive I may as well capitolise on it. In the month I've had it I have only used it on two occasions for more than a few shots as it really needs a lot of oil! When I have been able to use it, it has been a beast when nothing else worked! I put a lot of work on the ball, but feel i can just "soft hand" this ball and even on little back end it grips hard. I was thinking of polishing it so that it is usable on a eriety of conditions, though i think I will keep it box finish for a while first to make the most of it! Any questions - email me. I bought both the pearl and the dull at the same time. I only had enough time to drill one ball the night I got them. I decided to try the pearl and enjoyed what I got. I shot 7something the first night. I waited about another week and finally broke down and drilled this ball. The pearl hasnt been out of the bag since. Talk about a ball with versatility. I drilled mine pin 1 1/2x CG 3. Somewhat variation of Axis-leverage but with a 8in hole. The ball is devistating. I have been told I have a strokers form with a crankers ball reaction, dont ask me I just drill them and throw them. The ball sets up in the early part of the lane and then when its time, ITS TIME. This ball moves strong to the hole and just lays the pins down. Talk about your smooth kill. I use the ball for ten pins, for oil, and if I need to I'll go way deep on the dry. Nothing too over-under, nothing dead, just raw power to the hole. Hammer you have replaced Storm in my books.

Hammer is back. What a great ball. Look out to all the other ball Companys this is Ebonites first effort cant wait to see what they got in store for us in upcomming balls. Dont be afraid to drill this strong you can easily polish this ball or dull this ball to fine tune. I also have the vicious reactive and it is an awsome ball also but for the money I feel that the Blade is one of the best if not the best ball out right now. You can play inside or straight up the boards with this ball. Remember Nothing Hits like a Hammer

I own the Particle Vicious and now the Blade Solid. The Vicious is fantastic on thick vicocity head's,heavy mid's with medium carry down. But, when the head's go away,It tend'sto stand up to early. Now, It's time to bring out the other big ball. ''BLADE'' - It moves through the heads and mid's as if the lanes never changed. It hold's a tight line and retains most of it's energy for the 1-3 pocket. So far, I've carried as many off hit's as with my Particle Vicious. I can't wait til I can get my Blade Pearl. If the pearl works as good on the dryer shots as my other 2 Hammer's, I should practicly own my competition. Once again, welcome back Hammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I drilled the Blade Solid for a shop guy. This bowler is more of a down and in play that doesn't turn the bowling ball a lot. I put the pin above his finger and kick the CG out a bit. About a 5 1/2" by 5" drilling for him. We left this ball out of the box to see what it would do. The bowler used this ball on a first shift, house shot. The bowler started by playing around the 1st arrow and found out quickly that he would have to move deeper in on the lane. After about 3 or 4 shot, he was playing for 2nd arrow, out to 1st arrow. This ball would travel to about 40 feet and then give a strong move to the pocket. This was longer than the Diesel Solids that we test, but not as long as the Vicious Reactives that we tested. The Blade didn't lose any energy when it got to the pocket because it blew the rack. I think that this is a great ball to start the day with and judge where to go from there. I think this is a great Benchmark ball for the Hammer line and would be a solid a
