Ebonite Tornado TPS Bowling Ball

(3 reviews) Write a Review

Never underestimate the power of a Tornado, especially a Tornado TPS. Aside from being the industry's best value in particle resin technology, the Tornado TPS is factory sanded with 800-grit for faster ball speeds that blow the pins off the deck when there is more oil on the lanes. Batten down the hatches. There's a Tornado on the way!

This was the first ball i ever threw with a hook and i must say that i was a little reluctant at first. But now all i can say now is whoo-hoo!!!! In my league by average went up 20pts to above a 140! What a great way to spend $70 bucks! I have reached many personal milestones with this ball including first 200 game(204) first 500 series(515) and so on. So if you are a beginner bowler in your first or second year and you bowl on medium oiled lanes, dont wait pick up a Tornado TPS today.<scri

Good ball on oil-med shots. Ball left in box condition. I played just inside the oil line more direct up the lane to control an extreme wet/dry over reaction. TESTING DATA Bowler : 45 deg power stroker similar to Brian Voss/Doug Kent type player. Drilling : 4 3/4 x 3.38 with weight hole on the axis. Lanes : Wood with Christmas tree pattern STRENGTHS : Ball for more direct shots up the lane with milder reacting back end. Mostly an up the boards ball. Tends to flatten out from deeper. Surprising strength from a modified three piece ball. WEAKNESSES : Can tend to die when to deep. Rating: 8 out of 10. Nod

The balls seem to work for a lot of ballers in my house our shop guy has sold probably about thirty in the last two months. Great Ball For the Money easily replacable when you get scars in the ball, well worth putting one them in your arasenal. I also have to say that I am quite impressed with it's performance and how snappy the ball is. All though like most balls leaves a lot of single pins, mostly tens and fours. For most average bowlers looking to get into this sport and not trying to spend a lot of money for a big hooking ball the is the ball for you. I see a lot of big numbers on the board from people who have this ball, but also know what there doing as well. Well worth every penny and you cannot go wrong for the price.
