I am just a beginner.....about 4 weeks. I also work at the local bowling alley, great job by the way, free bowling! N e way this ball was just laying in the back so my pro shop operator said he would drill it up for me and see how i do. After i bowled it for a while i went looking for something more. It's just not as powerful as i want and has a medium to small hooking value. but if i were to do this all over again i would pick this ball just because it makes you learn how to hook so after that it looses it's luster..... i would also like to recoment the tropical storm series from storm.<scrip

This ball is great for beginners ready to step up to their first reactive bowling ball. One time I used this ball and had high average. It is also great for dry lanes and middle rack spares. But Watch out for taps and 5 pins. They'll kill you. This ball can leave a lot of them. Sanded, this ball has increased power and hook, but polished, the ball will barely hook. If you are a beginning bowler, and you want to step up to a good reactive ball, pick this one up. It is very inexpensive, but it will bring great quality.

This ball is great if you play on light oil and need a ball that will keep coming back. Also makes for a good spare ball if you use the oil in the center to keep it on track. This ball should be the first ball out if you know that the lanes are dry but it should also be the first ball back in the bag when the lanes break down, as it ( well with me ) had the thing of making the arrows then just turning. All in all this is good ball if you like bowling down and in on light oil.

this ball will allow you to play a straighter line even with a big hook which I believe gives you more accuracy as well as consistancy. It leaves very few 10 pins if your a righty, it has me averaging 220 through the first 12 games out of the box, if you have problems with to much rotation on a dry lane or you just would like to play the right side of the lane [ righties ] then this is the ball for you, it carries about 5' longer than my monster, it hooks strong but very controlable, and leaves very few 10 pin's, it's a very good looking ball, [ lot of compliments on that alone ] I bowl in a highly talented league in jersey and had a lot of guy's asking about the ball they really like this balls action, and with the dramatic success I've been having I am sure I will start seeing them popping up at our alley, the house is known for dry lane conditions.
