This was a great ball when I first got it. I learned to bowl with this ball, and generally played out around the 10 board, and pretty much straight up was my game. The ball was great when that shot was available, but in some of the houses my team traveled to, that shot just wouldn't work, and the ball wasn't great at adapting. Overall though, this is still a great ball, and I still carry it with me on occasion and it's proven usefull when my harder hitting balls get out of hand. It's a joy every time I take it out, cause it takes me back to when I first started bowling, and gives me the opportunity to go back to my old style.

This ball is great for my house we have medium to heavy oil and this ball was tracking like it was dry, everytime i hit the pocket it was a strike i left 2 ten pins the whole series, only missed the pocket 3 times my whole series. Hehehe with this baby i know have high series and high single in my league. You cant go wrong with getting this ball. I aquired it from a friend for free and it was her mistake hehehe i am bowling better than i have ever bowled in my life with this ball.

Nice ball, i got this ball yesterday from a friend. It has a very nice backend to it and it pounded the pocket very consistently. Whenever it hit the pocket hard it carried all 10 right off the deck. It left nothing, this thing is like a rocket. there is nothing that i dont like about it. It goes pretty long at my house and it snaps at the perfect time. No problems with it at all. I definately recommend it to a beginner it knows where to go even if you dont happen to throw it right. Cool Cool<sc

My Messenger is pollished upto 1200 and even though it is, it still softly puts the pins to sleep, but if there is a big back end and u put pace on this ball it will become lethal and even more destructive. Thats what i really love about thi ball, on a small back end it gently does its business and on a big backend it becomes a lehtal message of mass destruction. Very nice rol on the ball as well as reaction, even and gentle ;-) aslo a god ball to hav in the bag if ur main ball is leaving u splits - u know the kinda days where ur opponent slams in 6baggers and ur hitting the pocket getting left with either 1 or a split no matter what u do, then this ball really gives u the extra option ;-) I know because its kicked my opponents ass ;-)<sc
