Track Freak Bowling Ball

Underneath its WOW II particle shell lies a revolutionary new core design called Morpheus. The high-tech core actually enables the ball to adjust to each bowler's style and diverse lane conditions, making it a master of disguise. *Morpheus core revs up harder when it encounters lane friction, creating a pronounced angular break point. *Reads the breakpoint easily, continuing all the way thorugh the pins. *WOW II particle shell allows the ball to handle diverse lane conditions and diverse styles. *Maintains axis rotation to corner harder than any other Track ball. *Dynamically spun at the factory to ensure precise ball reaction. I have this one drilled for a fresh house shot and Im impressed. I could not believe the action of this ball. My Trauma Response is for heavy heavy oil and this is just a step under that ball. I stood over the gutter cap and played the 6th arrow being a righty so I thought the angle would leave all corner pins. Not so, This baby rolled then revved up then moved like ive never seen a ball move before. Im sold on all the buzz about this one. You need a bit of oil for this one tho. They start to dry up you had better have some options because this one will burn up fast. I think the smooth cover on this one helps it but dont drill this very strong because this is a very powerful ball. I really like this one but remember you have to match the ball to the lane condition or you could have problems. Hope this helps, rickyp...........................

The Freak is a bad-ass ball. The first time out with the ball, shot a 257,277,265. Shame I did not get that last pin for the big 800. Ball does pickup oil quickly and one should pay attention to the oil belt, and have scothbrite on hand for when the ball is not breaking your way. This is my newest ball, so we will see how long this ball holds true to its original form, but for now. Freaking awesome!! Had the pin drilled above the ring finger, and the ball stays out on the lane longer and has a nice snap at the end. Nice job Track!

Freak This will be my third attempt at using Track equipment, my first two balls were the “ EMB “, and I only had moderate success. The EMB delivered a powerful punch but was much to over/ under for me to control. I had reservations on trying the Freak because of some reviews I had read, they stated it was hard to control, and was either condition or had position specific, I on the other hand have found this ball to be very controllable even with its massive flare/ hook. Mine is 14. 4 before drilling, it’s set up 4 x 3 3/8, pin next to and slightly below my ring finger, and the cg in my palm. This set up gives me a very early read and strong roll through the mid lane, and an absolute pin crushing hit. ( This 14 LB ball hits hard ). 60 to 80 units of oil in the mids, and 20 or so from 10 out, 41 feet. The freak works so well in heavy oil, and is extremely user friendly to hand position and speed changes. When this ball revs up it stays moving and carries exceptionally we

So most of you, who read my reviews know I usually fill out the details of how my ball is setup and drilled and I would tell you but I must first point you to the fact that out of the hundreds of balls I have drilled the freak is a unique animal. First, the Morphious Core design is unique and requires a competent pro to spend at least an hour evaluating your roll and plotting your unique drill Now the freaky part when done I had a ball with only 3 holes in it (no balance hole was required) I kept the factory finish on mine but polished Sande’s. This ball has the absolute most track flair I have ever seen 7” and wow does it hit like a truck. The Idea that it takes so long to make good choices in laying out and setting up this ball I believe one must know if this is a reality for them for me it is since I have a coach and a pro that will actually go watch me throw my balls measure my track for axis and calculate the performance I want from this ball. Then the ball is a great value no

I drilled this for one of our pro shop staff, Willie Willis. The ball was laid out with the pin above the ring finger and the mass bias about 3" from his vertical axis line. The shot was fresh oil from 7 to 7 with buff to 40 feet with fresh backend. Willie tried 2 or 3 shots with the ball out of the box, and there wasn't enough lane for him. I shined the ball, leaving the box surface on the ball. Willie was standing inside of 5th arrow, and wheeling the ball out to the 5 boards and the ball would make a left turn to the pocket. This ball was amazing in its ability to carry off hits. After watching Willie throw this ball, now I know what all the buzz is about this ball.<s

This is my favorite Track ball to date. The coverstock name says it all - WOW! Even with a 5" pin layout, this ball flares enough to conquer the oiliest lanes and still provide a strong backend reaction with a mass bias in the stong position. Most very aggressive balls I have tried would burn up early and not have as much backend reaction, but this FREAK uses just enough energy in the oil to hook when the lanes are slick while maintaining enough energy to still hit on the backend. While I never noticed this ball rolling out, as the lanes dry out it is easier to switch to something a little less aggressive like a Mojo or Money.

This ball is king of the lanes. A very similar cover to last years ez money and a very supped up version of the icon. Still has killer roll and very usable backend reaction. You will not find a more hooking ball that accually skids then recovers then flips than this one believe me. I've thrown 95% of the balls out there and this one is one to buy if your lacking that pop. Be warned you do need some oil or a lack of rotaion to be able to use it every day but that why most of us carry 4+ ball isn't it. Track you guys have really out done your selves this time. Nice weight block make me think, brunswick who....

nice roll, very very agressive super strong on the back.fantastic carry keeps pins low to the deck and flying the hardest thing weve found is trying to harness the energy this produces and taming it down. its great for the big hook power player that doesnt care about covering the whole lane. if that isnt your strong suit i'd try to get your pro to attempt to kill the hook with drilling and not polish. i found that polish on plastic or synthetic just makes this ball mad!!! if you feel agressive i'd recomend this ball but it is not for the weak at heart.
