This ball arcs smoothly and solidly. You're not going to get a big turn out of it, but when the conditions are oily and unpredictable on the backends this ball performs as solid as a rock - and it hits amazingly hard. It's not my first ball out of the bag, as I prefer a harder angle to the pocket. But if you're a stroker who has trouble with heavy oil or carry down, this ball can be a life-saver in tougher conditions. I picked it up for very little on e-bay ($29.99) and the Game is worth every penny.

Layout: Pin allmost drilled through the ring finger, cg kicked out a little bit to the right, and a weight hole was needed about an inch under my PAP. Reaction: When there is a pool of oil, watch out. With the surface I have on the ball, combined with the layout I have on this ball make it roll so good on oil. The ball actually clears the heads quite well and rolls very strong in the midlane and just keeps going. SideNotes: At a recent tournament, nothing in my bag would move(including a dull vicious and a v2 strong)and they still would not find a way to a pocket up the boards. But when I ripped out my game, I was able to play 15 out to maybe 10 and it would just nail the pins back.<sc

I had wanted to start bowling again after an extended layoff of years. I thought about replacing my equipment, as mine was very outdated. I was introduced to the Columbia 300 Game in the local Pro Shop and while generally confused about particle, reactive, and plastic surfaces at the time, decided to take their advice and have one drilled up with a fingertip grip. The ball has really improved my confidence on the lanes, and although there is plenty of work to be done, my last score was 209 including 5 strikes in a row. I believe in this ball and can only see my scores improve and maintain a consistant average. I am hoping to use this ball for my spares also. The learning of the wrist position and shot angle on spare shots indicate this is possible with this ball even with it's ability to really hook at the backend. So far I am very pleased with the Columbia 300 Game.

It is a good ball. if you need to have a dull ball this has to be one of the top bowling balls on teh list. it helped my average alot. it is also easier to pick up spares with it. it has helped my game alot. i still throw the icon more but i still like this one. i have had the game for over a year now and it works teh same as when i just got it. i really like it but like i said i don't really throw it anymore i throw the icon more. the icon and game are two of the best columbia 300 balls there are. i recomend both of these bowling balls.

This ball was great when I first bought it. It had amazing hook and a ton of power. However within a month the thing was dead. The tec coverstock completely blew out like it so commonly does. Everything about this ball was right until it died. Lately I've been using a storm erase-it in it'splace and that ball is working out well. I would reccommend this ball to anyone who can afford to keep replacing it. It's a very cheap priced ball but if you bbuy a new 1 every month...the price will add up.

THIS IS MY FIRST BALL FROM COLUMBIA AND I MUST SAY IT WAS A GREAT EXPIERIENCE WORKING WITH IT. THE GAMES HAS A LOT OF ENERGY IN THE BACK AND AND SMASHES THE POKET SO HARD.IT WORKS WONDERS ON HEAVY,BUT ANYTHING LESS IT'S TO MUCH. I'LL GIVE IT AN 8 CAUSE I LOVE IT SO MUCH BUT U'LL HARDLY HAVE USE FOR IT BECAUSE OF IT'S PERFECTION IN HEAVY OIL AND IT'S FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE ON ANYTHING LESS =( .I'LL WORK SOMETHIN OUT WITH IT GOOD JOB COLUMBIA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

WELL, I BOUGHT THIS ONE BECAUSE WE WERE CHANGING A BUNCH OF SPECS ON MY DRILL SO I PICKED IT UP USED AT A GOOD PRICE JUST TO PLAY WITH. WE PUNCHED THE THUMB OUT I THREW IT 4 OR 5 TIMES IN PRACTICE AND WENT THE FRONT EIGHT RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. AFTER MY LAST COLUMBIA EXPERIENCE (COMPLETE CHAOS) I DIDN'T EXPECT MUCH, BUT THIS IS AN HONEST TO GOODNESS GREAT BALL. NEEDS SOME IN THE HEADS TO GET DOWN. IT JUST ROLLED NICE AND EVEN. IT HIT FAIRLY WELL, ENOUGH AT LEAST. IT DIDN'T MAKE ME WANT TO SELL MY BUZZSAWS TO GO ALL COLUMBIA BUT IT IS, I HATE TO ADMIT IT, A VERY GOOD BALL.

This is a surprisingly strong ball. I purchased it hoping that it would fit nicely in my arsenal between my Spirit (16 hook rating), and my Reaction Arc (31 hook rating). After all, Columbia rates the Game with a 24 hook rating. Unfortunately, it outhooks both of my Reaction Arc balls. Why? I’m guessing there’s three reasons. First, my Reaction Arcs are drilled 4x4 stacked and 5-1/2 x 5-1/2, and the Game is drilled label leverage, so on the current house condition that I am bowling the Arcs use up their energy much earlier and as a result have less back end available. The Game goes longer and make a HUGE move to the pocket. I have thrown both of my Arcs on a heavily oiled shot and both were more than acceptable, but I haven’t had the Game long enough to do a comparison on a flood condition. Second, if you carefully read how Columbia does their hook ratings and take the time to think about it, you’ll discover that their test method tends to magnify the hook rating of the ag

Well we have been selling a lot of these. Great bang for the buck. Chris drilled one of these with the Roll and Ricochet. Out of the box, the Game was about 5 to 7 boards less than the Roll. This ball produces a very similiar reaction to the Black Chaos, but with a little more ease through the heads than the Chaos. This ball gave Chris strong midlane reaction and keep going. The Game showed great hitting power. When the lanes start to burn up, you will need to put this ball away. Chris later shined this ball, and found that it was getting through the midlane and getting deeper before it made the move to the pocket. This would be a great ball for your bag, when you don't want to spend $200.00 for a heavy oil ball that you will hardly use. I give this ball an 7, because guys with a lot of hand will hardly have a use for this ball, and the guys with slower ball speed will have to keep a polish on it, so that they are able to get it far enough down the lane. If you have
