New reactive formula that gives you the reaction of particle without particle. M80 coverstock starts up quicker than Super-Flex, still providing a strong backend motion. Bully your competition...it'll turn 'em Black & Blue! Partnering with BASF, we developed a custom urethane system designed specifically to fit today's challenging conditions. We targeted a strong hooking coverstock with a continuous backend, so M80 was developed. This revolutionary reactive formula gives the reaction of particle without particle. Our new M80 coverstock will hook in heavy oil and create more midlane with a smooth controllable break point. Then, our R & D team went to work to design the new mallet core to release the power of M80. This Bully doesn't just start a fight...it finishes it!

This ball hooks late, and hard. My average went from 145 to 175. I used the same roll style, but got more strikes. I rolled 3 200 games with this ball the first time out. Only had 5 in the past four months. I also use it for spares, though I wouldn't recommend it, unless you are like me and don't like switching balls. It does seem to need to be cleaned after every game, because it will collect dirt and oil. If you are a good, this ball will help. If you aren't don't expect it to work miraculous, becasue the hook can be unpredictable. No problems with dry lanes, I just roll it harder.

Well this ball is good. It did kinda die but with a cleanig it came right back. It works awsome again. I still like the bully and columbia 300. I think they did and awasome job with this ball. i'll always keep this ball with me it hits like a ton of briks and usually doesnt leave anything left after going threw the 1 -3 pocket. It is so loud when it hits the pocket it draws so much attention. I like this ball for just about everyhting, good length awsome hook and total reaction. I would like to see another ball from the bully line up. I like all of the bully balls. My friends owns a bully and it is hooks good. I have more revs so i can push this ball out and it will come back on any given day.

Well i like this ball in all but after so many games its reaction. I still love this ball and use it but it just doesnt hook like it use to. I cant play on heavy heavy oil like i use to. I can only use it on med and light.....i still use this ball alot and still really do like it....after 100 plus games it died and i dont know why....i always took care of it and whiped it down when it picked up oil...the other 2 balls that i own didnt die out this quickly....now i have to use an inferno on heavy oil.....which i like but it cant compare to the way the bully played and hit. The bully was one of a kind and if the powerhouse hook again doesnt work im gonna go and buy another one, cuz that how much i like this ball.

This ball does what it says it does. I had it drilled for a fingertip grip with the pin right to the left of my ring finger. You don't need to mock this ball to get the pocket. I realized after a short time... let the ball do what it's suppose to do! You pay a lot for these guys... let them do what they are intended to do! My problem in the begining was not "throwing" the ball... I was simply letting it slide down the lane. Once I realized that and focused on getting downa nd "lifting" it up.... the ball made me a better bowler... PERIOD.... If you want a performance ball.... this one is for you! Enjoy it!

Its a great ball, i love it, bowled a 235 one day, next day bowled a 253. This ball just makes the pins explode! My average was 165, and lately Ive thrown 200's. Best ball i have ever thrown. The ball looks great, if your a glow n bowler, the bully and logo light up bright, i happened to run into a glow n bowl, which totally sucked. Id reccomend this ball if you like a good hook, and sometimes this ball has no hook, which you should be able to control. This bully is great! I will never change!<s

Very impressive hook action with this ball. Definately a great purchase. First time I used it (medium oil to heavy oil) was 10th frame of game 1....XXX. Started game 2 with 9/ then 7-Xs in a row. The Bully was just destroying the pocket. This is a MINIMUM medium oil condition ball. It hooks way too much for dry lanes. You will wear your arm out if the lanes are dry. But if there is some oil, fear not, the Bully will dig in and come back with little effort on your part. I don't put a lot of rev's on the ball, I am more of a control type bowler. With the Bully, you don't need to throw high rev. to get a hook. Just throw it out there and watch it work.

PAP: 4 7/8 over 1/8 up Drilling: 3 3/8 X 3 3/8 with a weight hole on my axis...1 inch pin This was the first ball I drilled with the PAP listed above, and the ball is just amazing. I wanted an aggressive layout, since all of my other pieces were not driving into the pocket. With sufficient oil up front, the ball will clear the heads rather easily. Once it breaks down, though, you have to start chasing the oil inside or pull out something less aggressive. The move this ball makes is very strong, a strong arc I would say. The move is very readable. This is definitely the strongest ball in my arsenal to date.

Got this ball drilled courtousy of Competitive Edge pro shop. ( They do EXCELLENT work ) Ball was meant for oil, got it drilled for oil, and guess what, ITS AN OIL BALL! Do not even pop a thought in your head about bringing this ball out on anything less than a flood. This ball is about the same as my Fuel which in my opinion was the best oil ball EVER made. When this ball gets within a few inches of the pins, it decides to make a left turn and it hits the pins like they did something wrong. There isnt enough room on this review to explain how much this ball hooks. If you ever have a problem with floods, Bully by Columbia 300 should be your #1 pick!

Columbia hit yet another home run with the Bully. This is the first, of what is sure to be the greatest line of balls in Columbia History. The Ball has the most amazing recovery that I have ever seen. The Ball that we have at our Pro Shop, was drilled with the pin diagonal to the right insert, and when we tested it, it was hooking too much, we had to polish it, and it still overhooks. Columbia has made some hooking balls like the Throttle, Icon 1, 2 & 300 but this surpasses all of them by lightyears. Look at the name, that is what it does to the lanes.

It BULLIES the pins all around, carries on light hits and brooklyns. Throw too far out it comes back, pull it, it holds the line. I had the ball for 5 weeks and every week was a winner, scooped 2 weeks, games of 237,225,245, 707 series, I haven't shot a 700 series since last year. Other series of 684, 675,656,648, high games of 279,269,259. This ball hits hard and destroys the pins, I can't wait to get the BIG BULLY as my next ball. I hope to score more big games in the future. I would recommend this ball to everyone, if anyone don't like Columbia, you'll love this ball, just give it a shot.

Wow!! This ball is fantastic and rolls really smooth. I drilled mine with a slight label shift (pin above the ring finger) and this ball rolls great. Has a nice smooth arc to the pocket and hits like an absolute tank. Hardest hitting ball I have ever thrown. This is only the fourth Columbia I have ever drilled in my life. It is the first I have ever been really ecstatic about. I had drilled the Full Throttle and liked the reaction but the bridge cracked after only thirty games. This was the replacement ball. It hooks less than the Full Throttle but is much more controllable and versatile. The roll is reminiscent of the old Blue Hammer but with a stronger coverstock and hit. For anyone who likes to play up the boards like I do, this ball is going to be a big winner if drilled appropriately. The Columbia Bully, thrown on medium - heavy oil with medium backends, turned the corner and obliterated the pins. It sends messengers for me in every direction. When I sent the ball to far o

We drilled one of these the other day for one of our senior shop guys. His PAP was 5 1/4 straight over and his track diameter was 11 1/4 inches. We spun this ball on the Detriminator to find the Mass Bias location on the ball. We laid the ball out with the pin 3 1/2 inches from his PAP and the Mass Bias 4 3/4 inches from his PAP. The pin was 1 1/2 above his grip line. This bowler likes to belly the ball a couple of boards, and has more forward roll, so we set this ball up to get down the lane then make a strong sweeping move to the pocket. He was able to stand 15 and swing the ball out to 7 and get the ball back without a problem. The ball displayed good hitting power when it got to the pocket. The overall roll pattern of the ball was very smooth and controllable. We didn't find that the M80 coverstock was overall aggressive, and the ball was still able to get through the heads clean through the 5 games of the tournament. I have seen others throw the Bully and with th

I got away from Columbia last year and rolled an Ultimate Inferno. Good ball but this year I decided to back to Columbia. I just bought the Bully. 2.5 top weight and 4" pin. Placed the pin above and in the middle of the fingers. The coverstock alone creates the grab in the midlane so I wanted to ensure I had plenty of backend. I only had 6 practice games on the ball prior to bowling in the classis league last night. 223-221-236. I opened the 10th frame in the first game with an easy miss (dumby me) and had two split opens in the second game. First two games stood on 28 board with 10 as the target then the third game went to 34th board with 3rd arrow as target. Awesome ball. Throw it out there and it comes back, light hits carried excellent. Flush in the pocket wiped the deck clean. A must ball. Keep up the good work Columbia, I am back with you.

I bought this ball because it had an asymetrical core and the assistance from BASF for the coverstock. (I've seen the commercials). I've been disgruntled with quick dying particle balls. Though they work well out of the box, I needed something I hope will last at least a league season. My style is a pure stroker with medium speed and medium revs. This Bully has a 2 inch pin and 3.25 oz top weight. I drilled it leverage (stacked leverage), pin 1:30 with an 9 inch weight hole on the horizontal axis (rather then the standard 6 inch) because I'm always looking for more backend reaction on the conditions I bowl on in league. I do not clip the weight hole with my track. Final static weights were 1/2 pos side and 1/2 finger. I never have a problem getting through the "heads" in the area I bowl in. But I do need back end reaction. I was hoping the core would really help in this area. I think The Bully excelled. The Bully, thrown on medium - heavy oil with touch of out of bounds wit
