I bought this ball because i needed something that hooked. I bought a brunswick swamp monster before this and, well, it hooked a little more than a house ball would, i really didn't like it. The voo-doo was more of a ball for me. I like the skid/snap combo, but i've never seen one like this... this ball goes maybe 45 feet, and snaps SUPER hard. If you don't have a strong release, or have a problem with 8-10's.. this would be the ball for you. This ball hits like a TRUCK.. keeping in mind, i'm only a 15 year old high school student with only a 190 average, the first game i bowled with this ball was a 247. i was very impressed. The only problem is, is you have to stay consistant on your speed with this ball, or you'll be picking off the seven pin. Other than that, the colors are pretty cool too, it looks nice rollin down the lane. I'd say it would work best for medium-heavy oil conditions.

If you dont have a VooDoo you should invet in one for a nice average bowler. Great hitting power, backend, and just plne nasty looking on messengers. If your going to use this ball on dry lanes and yes you can, you need the crank the ball. If you throw it hard dont by this ball, unless you can rev it up. After a few games you leave alot of 7 and 10 pins, what ball dosent leave the 7 or the 10, Easy pick up with the voodoo, mid range ball to buy, nice nice nice smooth roll and alot of backend with your revs. If this isnt enough info e-mail me at chec51688@sbcglobal.net

Well i mean i really like this ball cause i shot my first seven with it.And when this ball hits pocket it crushes it i mean i really got good carry from it i shot my high game 290 with it i know that not really good but i mean this is the ball for the price. But track needs to fix the ball tracking out so fast cause my ball used to hook like crazy now i use it for 10 pins cause it tracked out now i play straight up second arrow on medium to light oil when i used to play third arrow out to maybe 9 board. but that is all really about this ball it is a good ball and i like it.

this is a setup ball...of course you aint going to get the same reaction as another ball you idiots!!!!....you use this ball to setup something with a little more hook for the carrydown...anyone with a little bit of bowling experiece would figure this out...i guess you people are too stupid to figure this out...I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL TIME I AM THE BEST BOWLER OF ALL

Almost always my first bowling ball out of the bag. Find it to lose reaction when I try to go through heavy oil conditions, where it skids way too much and never recovers properly. Put this ball away when heavy oil is present or breakdown conditions occur. I find that when using this ball for normal medium oil conditions, this ball hooks just right when I throw on the five board. Goes late and hits hard, smashing the pins. Watch out for this ball to lose reaction, it needs to be resurfaced and be sure it is polished to maintain its box condition.

DO NOT BUY THIS BALL FOR TOURNAMENT OR SPORT CONDITION. Track has a lot of great balls- especially the medium rg arsenal. For example the Hex, Hex-treme, MOJO, and the Spell. The greatest low rg ball for track is the Freak, I have three. The VOODOO rolls through the break point and decides to turn at fifty-five feet. That sucks!!!!! IF you want to know what the PBA washout is buy the VOODOO! I don't have anything else to say about this ball due to the fact that the rg and differentials do not coincide with one another.

This is a great ball to use if you are bowling the first shift of league on normale house condition. It's versatility lets you play inside or outside the track. If the shot is deep inside (Left of 15) you can still generate a hard back end snap. However, because the ball drives through the pindeck with such ferocity, don't be surprised if you see singlepin leaves on solit hits (solid 8s and 9s). Leverage weight drilling ensures the greatest stability and consistent reaction. As for another purchase, I'm not sure. Due to my ability to paly a wide variety of conditions, I would prefer a ball with more flexibility if I wanted a piece for tournament play. but overall, it's not a bad ball.

A great ball for league bowlers! The Voodoo has nice reaction right after purchase, and is blessed with nice, smooth, backend, that remains consistent throughout the ball's lifespan. The Voodoo tends to be very forgiving and will carry well, even if not in perfect position in the pocket... The only downside is that the ball inds it tough to move on very heavy oil, but any other condition is perfect for this ball. The ball also is very tough, and with proper care, can last many games on all types of surfaces and oil patterns, even dry lanes. Also, the ball is very affordable, making it a nice ball for any bowler to add to his/her arsenal.<

A replacement for a medium ball, drilled with pin over ring, CG under the ring finger, 3.5" pin, this one goes longer than my similarly drilled Hex while turning harder and more, meaning that it has to be played deeper and with a little less hand on wet-dries. While not skittish, it does react strongly to changes in speed and hand position. I cannot see this ball working on light oil -- much less dry lanes -- unless you throw over 20 mph or don't have a lot of hand. Here's the test: if you throw a Heavy-load particle straight up the boards, this ball won't seem real strong. It deflects less than the Hex and seems to keep the pins slightly lower than anything other than the Buzzsaws. On wood lanes, I think I like the Hex better, but for a range of mediums on synthetics, this is my new benchmark. It isn't quite enough for heavy oil or a real flood, but that's fine, have a ball for those conditions. Phenomenal carry on light hits. After figuring out the move, it is now my favor

Got a chance to throw it at league today, and shot 623 first time at league. Basically this ball is a Columbia Messenger. The ball is drilled 4 X 5, pin is 1:30 to the ring finger. League shot is 35 feet oiled, buffed to 38. Shot 191 - 188 first 2 game and pulled out a 244 last game. This ball revs up midlane, but doesn't snap til it hits the backend. This ball is a monster hooker. It doesn't know how to not hook, I'll put it that way. a Must have for any arsenal. - UPDATE - 6 - 17 - 01 Subbed at league yesterday, and shot all time high game of 288.

I went with a 14-pounder after reading that lightening up the ball weight might get more pin reaction. On dry lanes I averaged 210's where I was previously hitting 190-200 with my 16- pounder Heat II on similar conditions. The ball performs beautiful on dry to light oil - nice arc with a sweet rip in the back end. The oil tends to confuse it's sense of direction (grin). Again you want: ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS... ONE HUNDRED WORDS...

When I first got this ball, it took a little adjusting to get used to, but it was well worth it! A wonderful medium oil-dry ball that curves beautifully and shoots right into the pocket as it approaches. This ball isn't bad in oil either, but the drier, the better. I've yet to try my Voodoo out on bone dry lanes. As for lane surfaces...my Voodoo seems to crave wood more than synthetic. I bowl practice at a house with wood lanes, where my Voodoo tends to hook more easily than at the synthetic house where I bowl league (I've yet to have a 200 in league with the Voodoo.). Overall, not a bad ball, and definitely a fun one to work with. __________ “Nothing's impossible when you've got the will and the power to back you up!” – Dr. Reed Richards a.k.a. had this ball drilled for a dry shot. the house i bowl at wasnt putting any oil out there to drop everyones avg for next season. this damn ball skidded through the dry heads of the lane and flipped like a freakin animal in the backend. i was suprised cuz it wasnt supposed to move at all. Took the ball to some oil the next day and played a clean 5 board standing on 10. Best length i got from any ball i ever had. very versatile. This is a ball i could throw on practically any shot. This was my first track and its a freakin keeper.

In all honesty I have NEVER had a 1-2 punch that I have with the Track Money, And this Spell Caster (VooDoo). The VooDoo is undescribeable. Its robbery that Track doesnt charge more for this one than they did. I will TRY to describe this but you will have to see in person what this does.Im a straighter player similar to Walter Ray Williams Jr. I have the ability to throw the big hook and open the lane if needed but prefer to go up the boards. This ball turned me into a cranker. My pin is above my ring finger and im a righty. The CG is in the strong position. This one is kind of tricky, You roll it then watch it go straight down the lane (HoHum) then this pup flips like crazy. Very similar to my Trauma but remember the the lane condition that I bowled on created this type reaction. Fresh house shot and backends were moving a bit, With carrydown I would have used a more aggressive ball. For medium type shot this is the one. Like I said this thing fools you at first then it goes, And goe

This ball is the perfect setup ball for the Hex. This ball delivers with a little earlier aggression but still remains a controlable even ball with the ability to flip with added hand. This ball is amazing in color a little more in price compared to the hex but will be well worth it. Been drilling the same a hex's seeing that it hook a foot earlier and will not over react once it hits the dry. Not intended for heavy oil but there are plenty of ball out there for that condition anyways. This is a ball you'll get to throw on an every day basis.
