Track T.K.O. Contender Bowling Ball

The TKO Contender packs one hell of a punch thanks to its ProTraction coverstock. This player hooks on even the heaviest oil pattern, yet doesn't run out of gas or burn up like many of the other strong coverstocks on the market today. It's versatile. It hooks like a fiend. And it holds its own so you continue to score. The Triton T.K.O. CONTENDERTM features Track's state-of-the-art ProTracktionTM converstock, which offers performance never before seen in the bowling industry. While "reactive" converstocks can sometimes skid to far in the oil and the new "proactive" coverstock tends to hook early and run out of gas, the additives in track's "ProTracktion" coverstock eliminates both problems and provides the best all around performance available. This amazing coverstock material is wrapped around Track's Triton Elite core design - our best selling core design of all time. The combination of core design and coverstock makes the T.K.O. CONTENDER the most versatile big hooking ball ever!

This is really not a bad ball to have in your arsenal. A fresh shot will bring out the best in this ball as it retains energy well and recovers from errant wide shots. Ball will slide through the break if there is any carrydown and tends to "deflect" away leaving occasional 5 pin if you do get it to the pocket. It will hold a tight line when light carrydown is present. Dry lanes tend to make it roll out and hit without any pop at all, but, it's not designed to battle that condition anyway. A good ball overall.
