Bought this ball to start the second half of my slpit season league . #14 monster layout is 5.5 by 3.5 with pin over the bridge and MB 1 inch from thumb hole (one of my favorite drills). I had a Ragin Inferno drilled this way in #15 before my hand injury and loved the reaction of a POWERful pearl. What I got was very similiar reaction with the same hitting POWER and carry. I used the ball on a med/heavy house shot. Definitely needs head oil or it will roll out. So far I have shot 720,690,781 and 751. Not bad to start the year off. Will be getting a few more to store away as it becomes hard to find good pin/mb placements in #14.

This ball is great for the more serious bowler. However be sure to stay away from the heavy oil because it'll carry too far. The power flip tech they use in the machine series is phenomenal and makes this ball scream in to destroy pins. The cover stock also doesn't soak up oil as much as some of the resin balls of equal quaility. Track has really come through with the Power Machine. I have used many of the leading competitors and so far this is the one for me. This bowling ball would be a great addition to anyones arsenal!

right out of the gate i bested my previous series by 50 pins throwing the same line and speed as my inferno. same weight on both balls. I was amazed the whole series at the unbelieveable pin action. I had never seen pin action from myself like this before on a consistent basis. The ball is bad. I had pins flying everywhere and several messanger strikes where before i would leave a ringing 10. this ball carries bigtime. i can't say enough about it. My pro shop guy did not max this ball out when we drilled it thank goodness it's plenty stong as is.

I have drilled 3 of these each with a totally different reaction in mind. All 3 of them change direction consistantly throughout the lane and do their job when it gets to the pins. The Power Machine is my favorite ball in a very long time, if not my favorite of all time. It is between the Mean Machine and the Machine as far as reaction throughout the lane......on most conditions I have to stand deeper with this ball than I would the Mean due to how strong it is in the backend. The carry is tremendous. The hitting power is out of sight! I have not actually gotten rewarded with strikes on poor shots like I do with the Power Machine.

The Power Machine is one of those balls that you just have to have in order to have a full arsenal. This ball is great for the late games of a tournament and playing deep inside. I have mine drilled with the pin above the ring finger about 4 1/2 inches from my PAP. This ball gives effortless length and strong smooth back-end reaction. The coverstock can be tweaked for more or less reaction. I have seen people dull the coverstock and play with the power machine on some heavier lane patterns. However it is best suited for medium to medium dry lane conditions. This ball works wonderful on normal house patterns as well because it doesn't jerk when it hits the dry. Overall another great piece from Track.

I think that any bowler no matter what thier style or thier rev rate should look to add this tool to thier arsenal. It does corner like a ferrari. The ball flipps of the backend harder and more consitently than anyghing I ever dreamed of. I do not think this ball is good for playing straight unless you drill it do so or the condions are right. This ball tends to dislike the longer patterns. I find it a good ball to see what the lanes are doing. The way it gets through the front it is not a super shoot skid, however just enough to get through and the backend energy will never sees to amaze me. I think the deeper you play with this bowling ball you can and will play the more effective you will be. I think 34 to 40 feet patterns are the best length for the ball to thrive on. It did take about 3 games to burn a track into it than I started to see that flip and crush the rack. I think you do better to stay behind this one and kind of let the lane take the ball to the pocket. If I do not stay

I drilled this ball with the pin 4 3/4 from my PAP, and the Mass Bias 4 1/2 from my PAP. No weight hole was needed. I tested this ball on the our fresh oiled house shot, and I found it to be about 4 boards less overall hook then my Mean Machine, and about 3 boards strong than my Machine overall. The Power Machine was clean through the front part of the lane, and made a strong arcing move to the pocket. When I threw this in another center that uses AMF oil, the ball was still clean threw the front part of the lane throughout the night.<scri
