I GOT THIS BALL IN SEPT 06 THE DAY IT CAME OUT I DRILLED IT UP WITH A 4 INCH PIN WITH PIN UNDER RING FINGER TO GET MAXIMUM ROLL AND HOOK. AT FIRST I ABSOLUTLY HATED THIS BALL I NEVER THRU IT THEN I TRIED IT ON A SPORT SHOT AND NOW I ALWAYS THROW IT IT HAS ABOUT 800 GAMES ON IT AND I HAD TO BAKE IT TWICE AND RESURFACE IT ONCE. I HAVE NOT COMPLAINTS WITH THIS BALL IT HOOKS LIKE NEW COMPARED TO NEW TRACK WITHT THE RISING THAT THIS SUCKS OIL AND I DONT CARE FOR ITS REACTION GET YOUR HANDS ON ONE OF THESE WHILE U STILL CAN

FIRST OFF THIS BALL IS A STRANGE YET GREAT FOLLOW UP TO THE ORIGINAL MACHINE WHICH IS A GREAT UNDER RATED BALL. TO ME THIS BALL IS ALSO REALLY UNDER RATED WHERE MY HOME CENTER IS WHICH IS GRC FOR THOSE WHO KNOW I'M MARK MORAN. MOAT PEOPLE ARE REALLY BIG ON THE NEW STORM BLACK WIDOW AND NO MERCY WHICH IS NOT BAD I HAVE A NO MERCY 2 AND I LOVE IT BUT THIS BALL NEDDS RESPECT FROM PEOPLE BESIDES ME ITS A FLIP MONSTER ON HEAVY OIL and it hits so hard it leaves so few 10's which most right handerss hate it leaves a few solid 9's but learn to adjust one borad left so it doesnt finish as strong and not a ball for slow ball speed faster ball speed controls the massive backend flip at the end

i do not recommend this ball to anyone unless you need a lawn ornament after about a month or so with it.a big waste of 140.00 and will not buy another track ball again.i carry a 225 average and after this ball dies you are lucky if you can hit the broadside of your mother-in-laws butt with it.i give it a 10 when first bought and then it drops to a 2 if your lucky after about 20 games or so with it.i have owned a lot of bowling balls in my time and this is by far the worst one yet aside from the terminal velocity.

This ball has served me quite well, bowling with it has been nothing short of a pleasure. It has a good roll and feel, and reacts to the back end PERFECTLY. Not recommended for dry conditions as this ball tends to finish strong. Not often, but occasinally leaves a 9-pin with too strong a drive through the pocket. Otherwise, this ball is fantastic and has served me well. I highly recommend this ball to anyone with a smooth roll, as cranking it seems to dull down it's effectiveness. This is my first Track, and based on this one, I might get another. Or I will just get another Mean Machine and drill it differently for dried conditions...

I LOVE THIS BALL ITS A TRACK IS THE FIRST THING IS THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BALL FLIP LIKE THIS THING DOES . IT GOES REALLY LONG AND IT ROLLS SMOOTH AND THEN ON THE BACK LIKE 10 FEET BEFORE THE PINS ITS LIKE ROAR AND BLASTS THE PJNS OFF THE LANE. ITS AN AMAZING BALL ITS KINDA SPEED SENSITVE YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT A CHANCE TO ROLL AND THEN YOUR FINE FITS GREAT WITH MY REGULAR MACHINE ALSO THAT THIS BALL IS MADE BY OLD TRACK NOT THE NEW EBONITE TRACK.(FOR THOSE WHO DONT KNOW EBONITE BOUGHT DYNOTHANE,COLUMBIA 300(WHICH INCLUDES AMF LANE ONE) AND TRACK WHICH I'M NOT THRILLED OTHERWISE GO OLD TRACK<

I BOWL FOR WISCONSIN DISTRICT THREE BOWLING CLUB AND I BOWL AT DIFFERENT BOWLING CENTERS AND THIS BALL IS ALWAYS FIRST OUT OF THE BAG EXEPT AT GRC ITS THE NO MERCY. I GOT THIS BALL DONE STRONG WITH THE PIN BELOW MY RING FINGER AND A SMALL WEIGHT HOLE. I HAVE THE ONLY MEAN MACHINE AT GRC RIGHT NOW AN EVERYONE IS AMAZED WITH THE BALL LIKE IT LOOKS LIKE ITS NEVER GOING TO HOOK THE LIKE 10 FEET BEFORE THE PINS IT PICKS UP SPEED AND TURNS THE CONER TRULY A AMAZING BALL

I started out throwing this like i was still 12, but im 15 so is started owning up to it. this is a more suitable ball for oil than the equation. once i got it to clear the heads nicely, it gave a wicked flip and damaged the rack. i unfortunately left some tough tens eights and nines, but that goes with even a ball like the balck widow. overall hard hitting, but learn how to throw it and itll work even better. just a note: use clean and dull to keep the surface. when i didnt do that it idndt hook and i was disappointed. use after every session or even game.

THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BALLS IN MY ARSENAL I HAVE THE FIRST MACHINE AND NOW THE MEAN MACHINE. I LIKE THIS BALL IT HAS CONSISTANT ROLL EXTREMLY SMOOTHER THAN I EXPECTED. ALSO I LOVE THE LATE HUGE FLIP IT DOES I SWEAR IT PICKS UP SPEED WHEN IT FLIPS IT IS VERY CONTINIOUS AND A VERY CLEAN BALL THRU THE HEADS VERY VERY FORGIVING. IT ALSO CARRIES THE 10 PIN CONSISTANTLY(WHICH OF COURSE IS A GOOD THING) THIS IS THE FIRST BALL I GOT FOR ONE HEAVY OIL. IT IS ALSO A GOOD BALL ON HEAVY MEDIUM OIL IF U STAND LEFT BUT IF U PLAY THE LANES LIKE THAT U HAVE TO BE CAREFUL. I ALSO LOVE HOW LATE IT BREAKS IT LOOKS LIKE IT STOPS TURNS ON ITS LEFT TURN SIGNAL AND TAKES OFF ITS UNBELIVEABLE. I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS BALL IS NOT THAT POPULAR BUT I RECOMEND TO A STROKER TWEENER AND A STROKER ITS AMAZING<

The Mean Machine goes naturally with the Machine. The Mean Machine is not quite a ball for a flood, but it takes care of heavier patterns for me with ease. It is far too strong for me to use on most house patterns. The change of directly for a ball with a dull finish is amazing. With the Mean Machine Track out did itself. Extremely versatile...the coverstock takes well to surface changes. The way the ball hits the pins is great. It doesn't hit overly hard....it just knocks down all 10 pins. By far the best ball on the market right now!!!! CG Pro Shop Youngstown Ohio Track Intl. Amateur/Pro Shop Staff

Pin 1inch above the ring finger stacked leverage. This ball is very speed and rev controllable. The more you put on it the harder it's going to turn. Have not seen another ball in 30 years that gives you as much pin action as the Mean Machine when it's on oil. Strokers on fresh house shot 10 over 5 board or 15 over 7/8 and you'll be in heaven, tweeners 20 over 8/9/10 same for you. The pin action for all of Tracks new stuff is amazing and this ball is especially amazing with the control fang Ls coverstock and robo core! What an absolute great matchup of core and cover to produce one of the hardest hitting, most forgiving balls on the market, this ball definetly gives you more room than most.<

I drilled this ball up with the Mass Bias 4 3/4 inches from my PAP and the Pin 4 1/2 inches from my PAP (Positive Axis Point). I needed a small weight hole. I tried this ball out on our normal house shot and 2 different sports positions. I was able to adjust to any of the shots I have come across. I was able to play inside and out with this ball without much trouble. I was able to play these different angles without lossing hit. I didn't find this ball to be the biggest hooking ball on the market, but what this ball lacks in overall hook, this ball makes up for in versitility. This is a great overall ball. I would say that this ball would be best for Medium oil, but if you have a good game, you will be able to make this ball work on just about anything. If you have any questions, please email me at Bill@BuddiesProShop.com Thanks, Bill BuddiesProShop.com

Although it has only been a couple of weeks, I am very impressed with this ball. I have had some difficulty with the asymmetric balls from Track blowing up or not continuing to hook off of the hook spot. I am not 100% sure if it is drilling or core/cover, but this ball doesn't seem to have any issues with continuation. I drilled this ball pin 4 1/2 from the pap and 4 1/2 inches above the center line of my grip and the mass bias 5 3/4 from my pap. I was definately trying to create a stronger backend move with this layout and I really did get it. I started with the first 8 in league last week and went solid 9, X X, solid 9. First time in a long time that my ball seemed to over hit. Seems like I have been flat 10ing a lot recently.
