Inertia dictates an object will remain in motion until acted upon by a greater force. Track unveils its latest breakthrough in asymmetric technology - the Inertia. The new Track Clam Shell™ asymmetric core and polished Power Peak Particle™ coverstock join forces for greater length, massively angular backends and explosive knock-down power. Incredibly versatile, Inertia is the superior choice for medium to heavy oil.

The Inertia OOB gets down the lane very well. It has a tremendous read in the midlane and doesn't quit on the backend. In the current lineup it fits perfectly between thet Artillery and the Equation. It doesn't roll quite as early as the Artillery and it doesn't skid as much as the Equation. Its backend movment is also dead between the Artillery and Equation....not quite as much as the Equation and more than the Artillery. Don't be fooled by the Inertia though....the coverstock is very strong, which is the reason for the highly polished OOB finish. If you take the gloss off the Inertia will hang with the big boys. Inertia 2.5 inch pin out. 5 X 3.5 X 5MB (pin under ring finger) I did this drilling to give myself an early mid lane read with a high flaring hook and that is exactly what this ball does. Have now tried the Inertia on wood and synthetic and since I tend to struggle on wood, I was very pleased at the predictable hard hitting reaction I got from it. The ball is never jumpy or skidish. Also seems to be very low maintanence, doesn't soak up the oil like my epic battle did. The pin action is decieving, it hits quiet compared to my Arsenal Artillary but everything is kept very low and it's almost like a bulldozer came thru and everything is just wiped off the deck. This is one of those balls I can definetly say will work for everyone, crankers, tweeners & strokers. After having it for one month, it has become my bench mark and my "oh sh*t save me" ball. Anytime I start to struggle with my shot and I'm not sure what to do next, I now pull this one out of the bag because it is so predictable

I drilled this ball up with the Mass Bias 4 3/4 inches from my PAP and the Pin 4 1/2 inches from my PAP (Positive Axis Point). This is the exact same layout that I put in my Mean Machine. I did this to see how both balls would compare to each other, knowing they had different cores and coverstock. I tested the Inertia side by side with my Mean Machine and found the Inertia to get further down the lane further and give me more backend movement. The Mean Machine (out of the box) tends to be more mid lane reaction with a smoother overall backend movement. I am going to do more side by side testing and update my review. One thing that stood out so far is the hitting power of this ball for me. My Inertia hits like a truck.
