A fine product from Track that you need to fine tune to your own personal preferences. The high polished surface provides great skid/snap on light to medium-light conditions. Hit it with scotch bright pad to tame the snap but watch out for early roll up with this surface. Medium oil is about as high as you can go with this ball no matter what surface you have on it. Because of the core/cover combo, it doesn't seem to do anything on long or heavier oil patterns. Good news is if you get it to the hole, it will carry. Highly recommended for drier houses or if you leave alot of end pins. <sc

Tried this beauty out the other night on my home lane condition, it was drilled for maximum hook with some length, but my friends grip is just about the same as mine. I was ripping through the tons of oil they put out on this night. I had at least 7 or 8 friends who were asking me what I was using because they couldn't get the ball to hook worth a damn. Only shot like 650 for the night cause I didn't get to this ball soon enough but it was much better than what everyone else shot on that one night. I would recommend those who don't get the reaction they like out of the ball to get it re-drilled for maximum hook and then uses some sandpaper, like 1600 and sand that puppy down. you'll love the new ball you've got then.

I have this ball drilled with the CG center, full finger weight, and the pin in the palm straight up. When I have to bowl one wood lanes second shot or third, this is where to go. I am prodominantly a down and in bowler, and don't want to throw a ball MACH 1, heres the way to do it. It is also a good ball for syn. lanes when the oil is moved all over. Go outside, and up with a simple release and your fine. This ball is in my opinion a great ball for the beginner or a bowler who doesnt want to much ball for any condition, or the guy who needs somethign for the LAST shot.

The ball was pretty good for a little while. I was always hopin for dry lanes when i bowled for High School b/c it doesn't like oil at all. It didn't last very long b/c it's already dying. It works real nice if you use Track Magic Shine on it to clean it, that definetely adds a little snapping to it. It wouldn't be a bad ball if your just starting to hook the ball. Pretty cheap in price too if your not lookin to spend too much. I think im gonna get a Blade b/c they definetely hook more than the Hex-Treme and I see a lot of oil most of the times, and I'm getting tired of slowing and having to whip the ball with as many revs as I can to get it to move.

The most amazing ball ever the great ppl at Track have out done them selves. 'goes down down down then snaps into the hole, all the guys there r like ur a pro man....ur a natual cranker.' All my other balls rolled out and never hit like this, it hits like a truck first 3 games: 207, 209 and 225 triple : 641 giving me a avg of 214. But this ball if u like to crank the ball. The ball sits and sits and sits no matter wht the condition is, then snaps to the hole, great buy. I recomend this 2 any1

My #1 ball for the house I'm at. Likes medium oil, during 2nd game will have to increase ball speed to keep same line. Love the ball, unless it is wet than just put it away. Drilled with the pin between the two finder holes, this keeps the ball from hooking early. Roll it hard and fast at the 1st arrow. When things dry up I move 10 boards left and throw it out to the 2nd arrow, it will always come back. On bone dry lanes this ball will be hard to control unless you rev up to 19mph.

if you are looking for a back end ball well this is it, i saw a problem using it on dry lanes , but when you get to medium to ily lanes this ball is perfect it just cuts right through the oil with no problem. before i was using the messenger titanium. but the hextreme is a totally different ball.i was rolling around a 200 average with my messenger but since i got the hextreme it has went up six pins cause of the control i have with the ball. so if you want a big snapping ball this is it
