Freak Out is the next generation in Morpheus core technologies. The change in core profile creates an increase in length and reaction at the breakpoint. The Freak Out is the perfect compliment to its predecessor the Freak. -Morpheus core revs up harder when it encounters lane friction, creating a pronounced angular breakpoint which can be easily tamed. -Reads the breakpoint easily, continuing all the way through the pins. -Maintains axis rotation longer with a enhanced angular breakpoint. -Dynamically spun at the factory to ensure precise reaction. Just when youthought it was safe to go back into the bowling center! Track is proud to introduce the next generation in Morpheus technology, the Freak Out. The Freak Out's altered core profile and a lighter load of WOW II particle coverstock create more length through the front of the lane and a stronger backend motion than its predecessor "The Freak" . The "Freak Out" will be an excellent compliment to the Freak when extra length and backend are desired. Morpheus core revs up harder when it encounters lane friction, creating a pronounced angular break point. Reads the breakpoint easily, continuing all the way through the pins. WOW II particle shell allows the ball to handle diverse lane conditions and diverse styles. Maintains axis rotation longer to combat lighter oil patterns. Dynamicall spun at the factory to ensure precise ball reaction.

i go this ball so i would have something that would go longer than my rock pearl before i would have to dig into something like a urethane piece. it does that it is very apparent that the rock pearl with a label drill rolls up a whole lot sooner than this but it does turn nearly as hard. so just a touch of speed to it compared to my normal stroke and shes a winner. late break helped with not leaving very many pocket 10 pins probably 4 in the first 4 games ive rolled it. so it carrys pretty decent. id say if you can find one pick it up.<sc

I've been using this ball for over a year. I thought I spend some time with it before judging it. I used to know a little about bowling but spent some time studying its physics. Freak out is my second hooking ball. It raised my average to 30 pins from the time I got this ball. The pin is 5 inch from PAP located above my fingers. Mass bias is placed between 2&3 on the drilling pattern (somewhere between the strong and early roll)... no extra hole. On medium lane where I bowl most of the time, I use between second and third arrow.. goes to around 5th board and flip back to the pocket. If I miss my target by a fraction (left or right) there is about 2 boards difference on the breakpoint but still goes on the same pocket. I couldn't believe it myself. On very dry condition (different bowling center, synthetic), I use the third arrow but increase the ball speed a bit. On this condition, I noticed that there isn't much energy left when hit the pins but I try to inc

very even arcing ball. you dont get that big flip on the back end. this ball still does make a good move, just doesnt get real jerky!. keep it away from heavy oil. this is the best TRACK ball i've drilled since the CODE RED SE. I'd rate it at 4.5 stars out of 5. A MUST HAVE!!!! If this ball was still available, i'd pick up a couple to keep in reserve for a rainy day!! Everyone try a Track product. You'll be glad you did!! We have a wide variety of balls on the market, with more on the way in the coming months.

2nd ball out of bag behind the freak. set up to go longer then a lot of back end. when lanes dry this is the ball to go to.also can play in tight with this setup.if the freak or super freak hooks too much for you get the freak out this ball will last. set it up to go long then. very good back end reaction on this ball can play any angle with it.the freak line will be around for a long time . will not fade away like brunswick zone balls do. long live the freaks

awesom awesome ball its almost as good as the freak. you can really see the difference in length between the freak and the freak out when the lane start to dry up. gets through the heads very very very clean the polished particle adds the extra bit of length when needed. caries and hits just like the freak in fact it seems that the only difference between the two is the reaction shape and the length. only had this ball for about a month and a half but im very very happy with it. just let this ball do the magic it self if you try and rev it too much it wll seriously take off

The backend reaction on the Freak Out is unmatched by anything. I have tried many, and nothing is close. Great hit, and this thing cuts through carrydown which suprised me because of my ballspeed. I never altered the coverstock from factory, I just felt that the ball in factory does exactly what it is meant to do. I imagine that a slight sanding would make the backend a little more tame, and would probably make this ball a heavy oil ball. I would say this is a good compliment to the Mutant. When the Mutant is checking up too soon, you can easily go to the Freak Out, stand in the same spot and have that extra length. It hits so hard that you will rarely leave a 10pin with it. Track is doing a good job with the changes in the morpheous core giving a different look on the lane. Any company can have one great ball-----but I knew Track was for real when the followed a great ball like the Freak with in my eyes an even better ball in the Freak Out.

You can read about my style in my profile. I bowl on wood lanes with guardian heads. My Freak Out was a 4 inch pin out ball. I have the pin roughly 5 inches from the PAP located 2 inches above the ring finger. The CG is stacked under the pin roughly 5 inches from the PAP so that the Mass Bias falls just right of the thumb. According to the drill sheets this should have complemented the ball's go long and flip tendency. My ball rolls up a tad early and arches in the backend. I invested $5.00 in the Luster King machine, but the fundamental nature of the ball remains the same. Perhaps a different drilling might have brought out the flip. Perhaps it burns up too much energy on the Guardian. However, I don't see any flip at all. The hit is good, but not exceptional. Control is excellent.

It has been a year since I first drilled a Freak Out and I am throwing my second Freak Out now. This ball seems to give me a great reaction when other balls in my bag aren't working. This is definitely my go-to ball. As with all the strong asymmetric cores in the Track line, I drilled the ball with the pin just below my fingers, but the strength of the core provides plenty of flare. I placed the mass bias in a strong position to help open up the backend of the lane and this ball definitely will do that!

This ball works great on a variety of shots. I have played it on wood, synthetic, and a combination. Even on a reverse block it can recover from oil or stay in the dry. This ball has the best backend from a polished ball I have ever seen. I would recomend this ball to anyone playing on dry to medium lanes. I have had the ball for 4 months now and it hasn't even begun to track out. Even when there is carry down this ball hits hard and drives through the pocket. Even when you hit light it has enough drive to the kick out pins. And unlike my Columbia balls I do not leave weird splits or countless 10 pins a night.

Not a bad ball, but not a good ball either. I made the mistake of drilling mine for length which should never be done on a pearl or polished ball. I did put the MB in an aggressive location though and this ball wouldnt move as advertised. The so called "hockey stick" reaction was not there. I scotch brited it to 800 and all that did was make it roll up earlier!! Again, it had very good power at the pins. Retains energy well. I could have drilled it differently and this probably would have been a better review, but I didnt!!

I got this ball back in Feb. 03 and this ball rocked. My house has medium oil down to 44 foot. Out of the box the ball hooked off the lane. So I sanded it to 2000 and polished it to 2000. The ball would go so long that I thought it would come up light ....then it would just make a left turn and destroy the pins. I shot alot of big games with it. After about 50 games I could tell that the ball was not acting right. I resurfaced it (it was well over do) but i still did not like the results. So I tried laying it out in the hot sun for a few hours. Then resurfaced it again. Now its just like it was new. This ball does just what it says it does. If you what a ball for medium oil this is the ball just give it a oil change about every 50 game.

This ball is kind of different to me. When it works, there is no better ball in my bag. When it doesn't work, I can get 6 on every shot. I have drilled 3 of these, one I drilled with a weak pin, it was not good at all. Another I drilled with my customary 5 inch pin below the fingers and the MB in a stronger position. This ball is my favorite of three, unfortunately when I changed my grip, this ball didn't feel right so I got rid of it. The newest one I drilled is ok, same 5 inch pin BTF MB like 2 inches from the axis, (Same drilling as the mutant I love) It works well when my mutant and threat roll too soon and give up in the back. Haven't thrown more than 15 or so games with it, but I am beginning to like it more and more.

This ball was very over rated ball on the day of my purchase.. I was expecting to be able to swing the ball, and watch the ball run back and destroy the pins, but instead received only another ball just like my other balls.. They said this ball had big backend, and my only question is when will I get a chance to see that big backend? ALSO THIS BALL DECIDED TO SKID, AND THAT WAS IT. Decided to get his ball redrilled, and attempt to make this a light to dry lane ball.. Sanded down, and polished it up, and now I am allot happier. That goes to show, every ball isn't for everybody.

This ball is drilled to complete my arsenal in oiler lanes(I've two XF) I've taken out the factor finish with scotch brite( whitch I think everyball from Track should be done to and then polished with some Track magic or ebonite pollish. Drilling 5 inch from PAP MB 1 inch right of thumb(almost stacked) It can be used on synthetchs with heavy oil but with bone dry backend (Wet -dry) condidiontions. Like all of my track balls no heavy under over and a cosistent shotUnfotunately a ten pin on a week shot an number four if ou hit it high Threw 15 strike s in a row wit thisone on not an easy sport copndition. Good go to ball whe your regyúolar track eccuipment fails due to oil

I bought the FREAK OUT because my Apex Agression could only be used in the first game. Our house puts out alot of oil. So, everybody got an oil ball so by the 2nd game the oil is all gone. I talked to my local driller and he had just redrilled his FREAK OUT with a 10-30 for more roll. We have the same span so all he had to do was drill the thumb larger. He said try it and I did. It was awesome. All I had to do was let it roll off my fingertips over the third arrow and it walked right into the pocket and had unbelievable carry. But if ihad too much hook it left 10's and buckets. I throw about 15.5 to 16.8 mph. I used it 3 times for all 3 games. My serieis were 631, 652 and 644. I love this ball. You just have to trust it. I would definately buy another maybe I will and see how this baby flips. Buy one you wont be diappointed. I heard the Super Freak is better.

I'm still learning to use it but i love it. Carries just about anywhere from around the pocket. IF you can keep it outside and let it break back. I've found that if u get too far inside and hit too straight it seems to hit with too much force (if thats really possible). Mine is drilled with stacked leverage and thank God for it. I'm not sure i could get it deep enough before it breaks. A couple times I didn't and lets just say it wasn't pretty "BIG FOUR" about three times in as many games but a little practice and this should pass. I've found it too be a little speed sensitive at times but that just means that its time too be put away until another day with greater heads.

This review is for 16 lb. FreakOut. I find that this ball carries better when you do not utilize a huge skid/snap reaction to the pocket. Overall, I feel that the Freak carries better on more conditions than the FreakOut. I have tried this ball when the backends are snappy and I usually get about a 30 to 40% carry percentage. I have seemed to carry well when using this ball on heavy oil though. It will then create that smaller snap that carries. Overall a decent ball, but I need a 15 lb. one, since I have switched. That might give me more muscle. If you have a Freak and FreakOut, I say start with the Freak until you really can't use it, then maybe go to the FreakOut...

This ball is the best Skid/Flip ball I've thrown. It is very angular to the pocket and hits like a truck. This ball is very forgiving, you can make an error not pay for it. I am always getting asked what I am throwing when I use this ball. Threw my 3rd 300, and 1st on this ball on my 10th game. This ball is very consistant, even on over/under condition, just need a little backend for this ball to score high. I was averaging about 205 before this ball, but since then about 220. This ball is great for all levels of ability. Track is ahead of the game. If the balls skids into pocket, you will leave 10 pins. This is my favorite ball in bag, with the Mutant a close second (see my review on this ball) and my Smash R a distant 3rd. i use it with the factory finish, but you may want take it down a little. They put a protective finish for shipping that people don't realize. Rev this ball up and let her rip, you will not be disappointed.

would recommend ball to any power player bowling on condition where there is a crown with some carrydown. if getting too much skid snap, hit with scothbrite than finnesse it and it will tame down. i have label with pin just over and right of ring finger witch is a very calm drilling. track is starting to compete with the big boys with there new line of equipment. i have been very happy with all my track equipment since the emb came out (drilling that ball could have been alot easier though). i am know looking forward to the mutant, even though i think it is going to be a little to much surface for myself.

you get a hure pocket with this ball! 0 0 0 0 i had a pin diagram here, but the way it is set up it diddent take, sorry 0 0 0 0 0 0 / in between the lines was my pocket today. crazy stuff... i played dot 2 and arrow 2. worked fine for first 2 games, than lanes broke down. juts moved left a bord at a time, no biggie. it happens if you have any questions about this ball please feel free to contact me: my AIM s/n is my plastic egg (it is always up)

I SWITCHED FROM EBONITE TO TRACK AFTER MY ADRENALINE DIED OUT ON ME I PURCHASED THE FREAK AND THE FREAK OUT THESE BALLS ARE ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME I CANNOT BELIEVE THE RAW HITTING POWER COMPRESSED IN THESE BALLS ! UNBELIEVABLE!! GREAT JOB TO TRACK THAY HAVE CREATED A MONSTER OR ACTUALLY 2 MONSTERS IN THE FREAK AND THE FREAK OUT, I AM SOLEY DEDICATED TO THE TRACK COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS FROM MY TIME OF PURCHASING THERE PRODUCTS!. IN A NUT SHELL: THE FREAK OUT IS VERY CONSISTENT ON THE LANES IT IS ESPECIALLY EFFECTIVE ON MEDIUM OIL CONDITIONS AND MEDIUM OIL CONDITIONS WITH CARRY DOWN,IT ALSO COULD BE EFFECTIVE ON HEAVIER CONDITIONS IF BALL SPEED IS SLOWER OR IF YOU PUT MORE HAND INTO IT? OR JUST BUY THE FREAK AND CONYINUE BOWLING YOUR REGULAR SHOT AND LET THE FREAK DO THE WORK! ( THATS WHAT I DID AND WOULD RECOMMEND!)

ive had this ball for about a month and a half now and my average jumped over 20 pins. i shot my first 600 ever with this ball and shot a 279 after 10 games with it. if your just starting out or you have been bowling for years i would use this ball. like i said i went from a 142 ave. to a 165 and im still going up, constaintly bowling 540-640 each week. this a very forgiving ball pocket shots or broklyn. dry lanes are not a problem just get it out more. the first ball out of my bag

Drilled this ball 90° x 3½ x 47°, 4 inch pin, mass bias way outa position, cg out close by my axis position with big ass weight hole, mass bias at Track's position #3, This ball slid threw the heads fairly clean, but when he touched a dry board, went screaming left. Awesome core/coverstock combonation. Opens up any lane for an option of shots. Can be overpowered..but can also be overpowering- pull it right, your looking at throwing your strike ball again, keep it right, dont worry, its comming back, but if u dont get anything on it, my not make the turn quick enough depending on the oil. this is an awesome ball. Hits like a train, finishes amazingly, and never leaves a solid 10 pin.<scr
