Uranium HRG

(8 reviews) Write a Review
Featuring a new cutting edge in bowling innovation, Lane #1 restructures the original Uranium core by removing its dense inner component. Lane #1's new Hollow-Diamond core maintains its super-dense outer casing while replacing the center with a new light-weight inner isotope material. Combining our new Hollow-Diamond Uranium core with an all new Detonator coverstock, Lane #1 merges the hitting power of a low Rg, with the reaction of a higher Rg, creating the pin shattering Uranium HRG. The new Uranium HRG, gives you more length than our previous Uranium Buzzsaws, going cleaner through the front before exploding like shrapnel on the backend. Bowlers...experience the power of the new Buzzsaw Uranium HRG.

A great ball to have when you cannot cover many boards. This ball comes out of my bag when they get real over under. Goes long and seems not to be effected by the over under. It is not a powerhouse but it does get the pins to fly around. Very happy with the control and carry of this product. I love my G-force Solid and my Evolution!! Lane 1 is the best by far. words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words words

This Ball is probably the most incosistant ball i have ever thrown. It has the inability to read the lane and suits no oil condition at all. On light oil it only hits the 7 pin if it is bowled at 900mph. On heavy oil this ball dies. Do NOT let it touch oil or it will never react again. very short lifespan. On med oil you can make it hit the pocket (just!). However I have never seen so many 9 pins. In short DONT buy this ball under any circumstances.ever. ps soz bout this but i need the words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words Words

This ball is a great goto ball, it can be used on a variety of shots. This ball does go very long and it hits like a TRUCK!!! Lite hit carry great with lots of pin action. I do not have to make very many moves during the night to adjust for the lane conditions and at most a board or two, this ball goes through the front 45 to 50 feet with little or no lane reaction saving it for the BIG backend. I have had a 300 with this ball and a bunch of games in mid 200's. I would deffinately buy another of these HRG's.

Have had ball for some time, got around time of ebonite buyout. This is a great ball for lane1 since thier move from brunwick, and would like to see another. I can't say enough good things about it; the overall hook/hit/durability are great. For me it is a great benchmark ball or starter for someone new. Similar to how the tsunami was in the brunswick poured balls. I have had great success with mine over the last few months, and would to get another before they are gone. With the hrg i'm able to play multiple angle's and lane conditions. And for a ball with the lane 1 super dense core it still hit's like one.

When I first bought the bowl I had a 279 game in 7 sets with it. After the 4 set I rolled back to back 279 games for a 807 series. I really like the way this ball rolled and exploded the pocket. It is a very good ball for medium oil. The ball can hold the middle part of the lane and snap off on the backend. If I rolled it on dry lanes 14 and out I had to swing the ball, getting lenght ot the outside and letting snap back into the pocket. Ball does not over react.

I have always been a big fan of Lane #1 so when I decided I needed a new medium-dry lane ball the Uranium HRG fit the bill. I picked one with about a three inch pin and a top weight of 3 ounces. I placed the pin above my bridge and kicked the CG out about an inch from the center of my span. My PAP is 4 3/4" right and 1/2 inch up. I decided to try this ball after a couple of leagues had bowled so the heads would be dry and I would have some carry down. I started playing my regular shot which is about 25 out to 10. The Uranium HRG cleared the heads with ease and made a very strong move on the backend. I was surpried at how well this ball carried. Light hits, flush and high shots all carried withregilarity and the energy it delivered to the pocket was excellent. I was amazed at how cleanly it got through and still made a nice move on the carrydown. For comparison I got out my SR300 and Black Widow Pearl. The Sr300 cleared the heads pretty good but rolled up early in the midl

THIS IS MY SECOND HRG I BOUGHT MY FIRST ONE AND PUT THE PIN BETWEEN MY RING AND MIDDLE FINGER THIS ONE GOES EXTREMLY LONG AND EXPLODES ONE THE BACK. I BOUGHT A SECOND ONE AND DRILLED IT WITH THE PIN ABOVE MY RING FINGER AND THE CG KICKED IUT ABOUT A 1/2 INCH MORE THAN MY OTHER HRG NO WEIGHT HOLE NEEDED! I PERSONALLY LIKE MY STRONGER HRG THE ONE WITH THE PI ABOVE THE RING FINGER IT HAS ABOUT 3 FEET LESS LENGTH THAN MY OTHER ONE BUT THE REACTION IS STRONGER. I REALLY LIKE THIS BALL ITS STRONG BUT NOT TO STRONG HAS NO OVER UNDER ISSUES THAT THE OTHER BALL HAD THAT THIS ONE REPLACED TO ME THIS BALL IS REALLY UNDERATED IT HITS REALLY HARD COMPARED TO ANYHTING I HAVE FOR MED TO LIGHT OIL. AND THIS BALL IS EXTREMLY CLEAN THRU THE HEADS IT SAVES ITS HOOK FOR REALLY LATE IN THE MIDLANE OR ALITTLE LATER ALSO THIS BALL IS LIKE MY GFORCE DOESNT LEAVE ME MANY TEN PINS GREAT CARRY WITHT HIS BALL!<
