as i mentioned above, the balls i have tried from lane#1 i have had little to no success with. starting with the cobalt bomb last year and like this ball i thought i found a good buzzsaw. turns out thats for the garage only. the ball is very speed sensitive throw it too hard, and i mean just a little too hard and its going to skid and head to the ten pin throw it too slow and its going to cross the head pin. altering the cover slightly and then had a bit more success with it but would still never trust it in any league or tournament play

This ball NIB weighed 14-6 with 2.7 oz Top Weight and a 2" Pin. I drilled it 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 with Pin under RF. Ball ended with 1 oz side weight so no weight hole required. This ball gets thru the heads the smoothest-cleanest of any ball I have ever had, and all the while it is reving hard and when it sniffs the dry, it turns and arcs VERY hard to pocket and never looks back. I've never had a ball that strikes as often as this ball does. Throw it too wide and it still makes it back to the pocket and strikes. Tug it and it holds and still hits the pocket and strikes.

I drilled this one with the pin above my ring finger about 5 1/4" from my pap, and it was very clean throught the front part of the lane with good mid lane roll and great back end reaction. I like to play the lanes a little more direct so I was looking for something that would give me the length I was looking for and still had some for the back end, and I found it in the Enriched Uranium. I also drilled one for one of our shop bowlers with the pin just right of his ring finger 4" from his pap with the mass bias just under his thumb. It gave him the capability to get deep inside and get the deep inside anlge that he was looking for and it hit like a MACK truck. All in all, I think this ball is a very versitable ball that will be good for any type of player.

One of my favorite Lane #1 balls. Rolled a 300 game the second game out of the box with it. I had it drilled stacked for an aggressive roll on the back end. Plays great in the middle of the lanes with a tail on the end. Can swing it out and let it come back strong to the pocket. The ball drives storng thru the pocket and doesnt quit rolling. Since buying the ball I am carrying an 227 average when able to roll it on lane conditions that are oily and carrydown. Keep the ball highly polished to keep its roll.

Got mine right as it came out, pin is 4-5.5 inches, drilled with the pin over the fingers and the CG kicked out with a weight hole. This ball rolls awesome on all lane conditions, i dont know how lane #1 did it but they did. Even when the heads are burnt my Enriched finds a way to get down the lane and then keep rolling into the pocket. The Pearl Particle coverstock is great. this ball rolls realy good on wood lanes and even better on synthetics. My only dislike is the price, but you get what you pay for with lane #1

Truly awesome. Would like to have about 3 more to dril with different pin positions. Ball free revs and makes you feel like you have all of the room in the world to the right. Feels like you have two lanes instead of one. I could go on and on about the good things with this ball. Ball is really evil on dry lanes. It will make you work your but off to get it down the lane. One might try a weak drilling. But that is why you should have a lane 1 bullett. So go visit www.lane1bowling.com and see the videos for your self. I promise this ball and the whole line of lane 1 balls will have something or everything that you are looking for from bottom end to top end.
