This is a great strike ball on burned up lanes. I use this on all wood, and its got strikes in it, but I primarily use it for spares. Its also got a strong cover, so even wood lanes and older pits haven't damaged this ball over the years. It looks great, and is my go-to spare ball every night. Best part is it carries the corner pins well enough to roll strikes. Used this ball exclusively and rolled a 649 the other night. (I average 187) so I do find some time to throw it first. If you find one, I recommend picking it up.

Ah, the pink hammer. This has to be one of the best all time balls for the lane conditions it was intended for, DRY. This ball, for me a pin-in as pin outs were almost non existent, has always come through. Even though it is urethane, it is made harder than any of the other urethane hammers and is also made from a non pourous urethane mix. This allows it to glide through even the most burnt heads I have seen and still give you the performance and carry that the hammer line is known for. Consistency was its strong point, and that is a true strength when faced with dry, spotty, or just downright unpredictably dry shots. When all else fails, its usually hammer time. Pink hammer time, that is!

This is my favorite ball. Mine is a 16 pounder, fingertip grip. I normally play it about 2 boards in from the first arrow. On a house shot, this ball is unbeatable. I have a high game of 245 and high series of 632 (so far...) with this ball. I found it at a local second hand shop, had it refitted, and added 24 pins to my average! My style is a "down and in" track, so I don't know how this ball will behave in the hands of a higher hook bowler. This ball is identical to the famed Blue Hammer except for the coverstock. (less hook)

This is my fourth Pink Hammer. Ball weighs in at 14lbs 5 ounces with a one inch pin! This is my first Un Drilled Pink Hammer and it took me 2 years to find this peach. Since I couldn't get he ball in a 15lbs ball I bought this one on ebay for a buy it now price before anyone started to bid on it. Had it drilled conventional drill as since it wasn't quite heavy enough decided I could at least have a cool spare ball. Had it drilled conventional grip with the pin close to my track to take out any turn and the ball goes dead straight. Hopefully I'll find a 15lbs ball someday as this is suppose to be one of the best dry lane balls out there..Hammer why won't you bring back this baby for us Hammer fans. We love to be PINK>>>>>>

Back in the days of revving the crap out of Urethanes off the outside edge of the lane, this ball was the King of short oil! I shot my first 300 and my first 700 with this ball and then in 1995, my car was broken into by smash and dash thieves and the basturds stole my beloved-non-replaceable Pink Hammer! It was the worst time in my bowling carreer when they stole it from me, it forced me into reactives and nearly killed my game, I have rebounded with Pro actives but I will always mis the best ball I have ever owned!
