This is the first ball i bought when i changed from a plastic ball back in the 80's. I found it was good on the right conditions but still not a high score ball. After i got my Magnum 12 (my second ball), i relegated the Magnum 10 to a spare ball, which it was very good for. I never got a great deal of hook from this ball, which made it ideal for sparing. I think as mine was only 14lb, it didnt help it for having great impact down the end. All my 15lb balls have been vastly better for impact and i think the one pound made a difference. I took 8 years off from bowling and when i came back i started using it again for a while, but i found it didnt have the impact i wanted. I had it in my locker for a few months and when i got it out it had 5 hairline cracks between the finger holes. I did get it in the late 80's so i guess its time was done. Overall: Good for spares, not for strikes<sc
