Columbia 300 just got Wired! Plug into the first high performance ball from Flipside. We've combined our lowest RG core ever (2.46) and the benefits of Titanium Technology, with a spin-off of our popular UFO Particle coverstock found in the WOW. Introducing UFD (Ultimate Friction in Dry) a combination of the best coverstock on the market today - Super-Flex coupled with a super fine, tackified additive for unparalleled friction on the backend. *If you have center oil, this ball is fantastic for the corner spare conversions. *Ive witnessed some ugly strikes w/this ball on light pockets & although I walk away saying, "that strike looked like a bowl full of arsholes" the movement of pins in motion gave me that break with a strike nevertheless. *even with the wrong release, if the ball arrives near the pocket by any means possible, its gonna make you look good, when all 10p fall with the "flushed" visual effect. *For my style of game, or lack of...its suited. I enjoyed my Gold Rhino back then, but this gal is sweet to me.<

Really awesome ball first time i used it. need to get used to it though and get the mark for it use the outside and 2nd arrow left from the center if you have high revs in your throw. if you have a different ball for drier lanes use it ball hooks too much and you will go high, brooklyn, or split every time. i would recommend this ball for anyone who loves that great arc in the hook, and loves seeing the pins drop like a bomb hitting it. finally i must say this i love the game of bowling

i actually do not own this ball. but my dad has the ball. the ball hits like a truck, even when it was dropped it would hit hard. it usually seems to roll out on dry lanes. but my dad throws the ball slower with medium revs. from what i can tell really is another quality ball from columbia. After watching this ball, i would say it probally is one of the hardest hitting balls i have seen in a long time. the ball really has a neat color also, when its going down that lane it looks pretty cool. good job columbia!

it is the best reactive ball today, thats right, it is not particle pearl, its superflex, not particle. i had this ball for 4 days and i shot a 300 and a 266 with it. beautiful reaction. when it starts to dry, just get behind it more and it delays the breakpoint. I have it drilled with the pin 1.5 inches over my left finger with the cg kicked out 2.5-3 inces from leverage. the top weight was 3.5 oz and the pin was 4 inches from the cg so theres no axis hole. great movement with hardly any rolling out unless you flatten it out. woo hoo, 300+266=great ball for not much

great ball when there is oil in the middle and playing inside and dry outside. have not used on pba shot or sport yet. love the ball so far on house shot. then again what ball isnt good on a house shot with the proper release. if you have heavy oil will be a good ball. if there is any dry it will hook. so if there is early hook this will not be a good ball you will want one that goes long. have used it in two league sessions so far and have shot 760 and 730 with the front 8 twice. has been a great ball so far on the conditions in which i have bowled on.

Just an absolute piece of garbage. I played OK with it for about a few shots but after that the ball stopped moving and it just went completely straight. I would recomend this ball to anyone that wants to start bowling because it is a distance ball and it has very little hook wherever you play it. This bowling ball does not deserve to be sold on any shelves anywhere because it just does not work at all, but the only good thing about this ball is that it has a hard hit. It is just an absolute piece of crap.

The Wired is is one of the hardest hitting Columbia balls I've ever thrown when the condition is right. I'd recommend this ball for slower speed players, wood lanes, and bowlers who like to play the track. It's not a ball for all conditions, or for the average, once a week recreational (sub 185 ave.) bowler. It's an arsenal ball. Great go-to ball when the midlane breaks down or if you must have more length. Don't force this ball to work, though. If your instinct tells you to switch balls, do it! Lightly sanding the shell gave it more control, without sacrificing length. I've watched this ball kick out ten pins like no Columbia ball I've thrown in a LONG time...since the Black Chaos? It keeps the pins very low. I'm eagerly awaiting the solid version of this ball, hopefully with the Blue Wicked or Black Ricochet coverstock.

Overall, Columbia created one of the best skid flip balls I've thrown in a long time. This ball is 15lbs 4oz top weight and a 4' pin. I drilled it 5x5 for length and backend. I expected the ball to rev early with the low rg and did it ever. Going from about 15 to 10 was the ideal line on our competitve league shot. If you pushed the ball out it would definately come back and more often then not, leave the 8 pin. But thats ok, easy pick and back to throwing Xs on the board. My first series with it was a 678 and i havent thrown under 200 with it yet. I switched to Track under advice of a friend and bought a mutant. Although it was a good ball, it died fairly quick. All of my columbia equipment is still like the day I first got it and I think the only balls from here on out are going to be columbia and morich. Only problem I would say about this ball is that if you heave it down the lane, you might send a few through the breakpoint. Other than that, this ball is the ideal skid

Well, 288 out of the box with some minor carry issues in the second game and two bad adjustments in the third game for 670. I was very pleased with this new release from Columbia. I just wish the bowler would have had his head out of his backside to post a score. This ball was bought to replace my original ICON and I have to say that I am very happy with it, but I am waiting on an answer from Columbia to see if this cover will be as versatile as the Muscle was. The first High End ball from the Flip Side line is a winner and looks like it will make a great replacement for my ICON
