(2 reviews) Write a Review

Columbia 300 is proud to introduce the new pearlized TiBOSS II™. The pearlized TiBOSS II uses the same powerful Double-Cylinder Core found in the solid TiBOSS II with the aggressive pearlized Super-Flex Resin™ coverstock. This match of core and coverstock make it the perfect ball for bowlers moving deeper inside because of lane oil breakdown. The new Pearlize TiBOSS II easily projects down the lane with a super strong backend finish.

What a piece of junk. I could have bought two balls for what I paid for this one. Everything is just bad. Difficult and uncomfortable to throw, massive over-reaction and don't bother trying to get spares with this. The only good part of this thing was if you got it in enough oil and were lucky enough to hit the pocket, it would carry a lot of junky hits, but more often than not, it would take off and go through the nose. This one really should meet the same fate as the original Danger Zone. Avoid at all costs.

This is an awesome ball! I've gotten so many lucky strikes with this ball that I still haven't retired it. Someone told me that the Titanium Messenger Pearl is the exact same ball, but nobody can make me believe that something once named "Boss" is now named "Messenger". For the most part, this ball rolls so strong through the pocket that it looks like it freezes time for a split second when it hits. This is the nicest "sounding" ball I have ever thrown as it punches the pins. Sometimes it seems a little jumpy off of the oil, but I probably am just an incredibly bad bowler. Sometimes I just lay on my front room floor next to this ball and we discuss all the great games we've had. Sometimes it talks back.
