Every Urethane (Conventional and Reactive is made by combining a liquid polyol and a liquid isocyanate to make a solid urethane polymer. Brunswick has gone back to these foundations and developed a totally new polyol, combined with a radically new Liquid Crystal Isocyanate and Additive system in order to create Activator, a new Advanced Reactive material. Activator coverstocks features a layered molecular structure that improves both coverstock durability and overall ball reaction. By design, the Activator material can be formulated to independently control the ball's traction in the oil and reaction to the dry. This ability to control the Traction/Friction Response has been used to fine tune the Activator coverstock to match up with a new Ultra-Low Rg core creating the Inferno, a ball with unparalleled characteristics from the foul line to the pit. Inferno Advantages: In the front-ends: The Inferno's Activator coverstock is cleaner through the fronts, saving more reaction for the

This ball and the raging inferno are the best combination of balls out there. Shot 675 with it on Friday and 700 last night with it. Hits very hard and you dont leave very many corner pins only 2 for me last night. Keep up the great work brunswick!!!! This ball is also very forgivable. A few times I pulled the ball a couple of boards and this ball held this ball is unbelievable, might have to change my favorite ball section in my profile from the Zone X High Differential to Inferno. Seems to be very versatile also not very many scratches on it at all and still hits very hard and I got over 50 games on it.

This ball is incredible. Very few balls get through the heads as well as this ball does. The midlane transaction isnt out of control(well at least on the normal house shot i tried it on). The backend on this ball is insurmountable. It hardly leaves 7 pins(im a lefty) and when it does they are 9 out of 10 times a ringer. I have not left a weak 7 with this ball yet and i have had it for about 2 weeks. I have left a few solid 10 pins and the reason is because the ball hit too hard and made the head pin go in front of the 10 pin instead of taking it out. This ball convinced me to try future brunswick bowling balls.

I hear everyone raving about this ball, so, I figures, why not try one T3? Yep, sounds like a good idea! Well, it wasn't. I am a medium speed, higher rev, forward roll bowler, and for me this just wasn't as advertised. Ball drilled 4x5.5, 15 lbs. 1. Length. In box condition, gets down through the heads and cleanly into the midlane or medium plus conditions. Lighter, well, put it up. This brings up the biggest problem with the ball and one most people don't see -- it is inconsistent in length. The ball is very touchy...it moves very hard as soon as it hits or smells dry. This will be dealt with more below, but the inconsistency in length is subtle and something some bowlers don't see and wonder why they aren't carrying. It is less a problem for higher speed bowlers. 2. Move. It revs up early and makes a hard, arcing move to the pocket. It appears to be almost a flip, but it is not. It is not nearly as definite as some flip or even hard arc balls, but the move is

I love the way this ball looks and the way it hooks. For me this ball hooks up very very well on the backend. it is very controlable and versatile.Even my friend who isnt really a bowler bowled good with this ball. After i got this ball about 5 other players in my leagues went out and bought it and they have also been happy with it. This ball replaced my Icon2 that cracked on me and i think i have made a good replacement choice.I am looking forward to using this ball in my winter leagues , i have only used it in summer so far and am averaging 215 with it, Ithink this year will be the year i have been waiting for. Great ball Brunswick, keep up the good work.

I really enjoy this ball. when i first began bowling i used a leverage drilling for all of my equipment. As of late i've been struggling with increasingly late ball reaction. I drilled this ball up stacked with the pin to the right of my ring finger and the cg below it. I'm thouroughly impressed with the reaction i get from this ball. I can play up and in, deep inside, or swing the lanes on the right conditions. Recently i've been bowling in a league that puts out the different PBA patterns each week. I've found this ball to be very reliable on the patterns and i find that it is one of my most consistent reactions that i get from my equipment. I'm incredibly anxious to get my raging inferno and ultimate inferno in so that i can try out the rest of the inferno line. overall a good ball.

AFTER HAVING MY FIRST INFERNO I KNEW THAT I HAD TO HAVE A 2ND! THE FIRST BALL WAS MORE ALONG THE LINE OF A STACKED DRILL PATTER AND THE SECOND MORE OR LESS A LABEL DRILL.... EITHER WAY BOTH BALLS DEPENDING ON CONDITION ROLLS VERY WELL. MY FAVIORITE CONDITION IS A REVERSE BLOCK SPORT SHOT, IF YOU READ MY FIRST REVIEW I STATED THAT NO MATTER WHICH LINE YOU CHOOSE, THIS BALL WILL HOLD THAT LINE, MEANING LESS ADJUSTMENTS, THEREFORE MORE ACCURACY.! IF YOUVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS BALL, STOP AND GET AN INFERNO... HELL WHY NOT 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND SINCE THIS POST ISNT LONE ENOUGH ILL JUST ALSO NOTE THAT TONIGHT 8/5/03 I SHOT 784 WITH IT OUT OF THE BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is my second inferno, my first one was drilled Label with the pin at a 11 position and gave me a strong arc shape on medium oil. This one is drilled 3" pin out with the pin above the bridge and the Cg kicked out 2 inches with a small weight hole on my pap. This drill gives me even more length and a more violent backend move on a little heavier oil. With this drill it makes the ball a lot more condition specific. Because of the amount of hand that I have, I have a hard time controling it on patterns where the backends are strong or on wet/dry patterns because it is so jumpy off the dry. And of course the hit is great, for me it tends to carry lighter hits the best. This ball is so versatile when it comes to drills, you can drill one for anything you need, And with a little more basic drills it can be used on just about everything.

WHAT A WINNER COMPARED TO BRUNSWICK EARLY FUZE LINE. NO COMPARISON. LOVED THE WAY THIS BALL ZIPPED THROUGH THE FRONTS, AND PICKED UP IN THE MIDLANE. I DONT USUALLY CARE FOR BACKENDY STUFF, AND THIS ONE REALLY TURNED THE CORNER HARD FOR ME. MINE JUST DIDN'T LIKE ANY LENGTHY OIL. CONSTANT OVER/UNDERS AT MY HOME HOUSE. YET AT ANOTHER HOUSE IN TOWN WITH A 5 FOOT SHORTER PATTERN, SHOT A MEDIUM NINE FOR FOUR RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. I THINK WITH A DIFFERENT DRILL, I WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH HAPPIER WITH THIS BALL. TRIED SURFACE ADJUSTMENT, BUT JUST COULDN'T GET THE ROLL I WAS AFTER, BUT AT ANY RATE A DEFINATE WINNER FROM BRUNSWICK.
