I got this ball on a blowout sale from Buddies(65.00 shipped).A GREAT deal for what I have read in this forum and others I have read. The ball weighed in at 15.85lbs,2 1/2" pin and a whopping 4oz. top weight before drilling.Drilled 4x4(stacked),pin over ring finger,cg 2" above midline with a weight hole 2" to the right of thumb hole( 1" hole drilled 2" deep) The ball clears the heads pretty well, but was checking up a little too early w/box finish so I scuffed it with the provided gray scotch-brite that Lanemasters sent with the ball and repolished with the ball polish also sent with the ball(also comes with ball cleaner).I must take time here to compliment Sam Baca and the folks in Stockton,CA. for the great packaging and the extra "tools" needed for surface adjustments. After surface alterations, the ball seemed to go about 2-3 feet farther before making its move, but still a little over/under.Overall a solid ball for medium/light oil for me.Lanemasters are like a microbrew;great quality

After my Yeah Baby, this ball is my favorite one!! I use it since one year and this ball is still hooking a lot and hitting like a truck! When I received it, it was polished and I used it for a couple of month until the coverstock was very bad because of very big scratchs. I sanded it and I left it on 600 grit sandpaper. It gave the ball a second life and I still use it with this finish. It my first ball out of my bag to try to read the lane. I love this ball because it gives me so much carry! Usually, I use it for two games and then I switch to my red fire... Good job AZO

If you keep this ball polished, you will find this ball to be quite powerful but yest very controllable. Timely skid, roll, and snap provide a powerful reaction crushing the pocket. Have not tried the Fantasy X on heavey oil and I don't think it would be as effective on that condtion. Wouldn't try it on Dry lanes because it hooks that much. Medium light, to Medium heavy are the best suited lane conditions for this ball. Was a little skeptical about trying an AZO ball as it is not one of the BIG BOYS (ie, Ebonite, Storm, Columbia) but I have no regrets and look forward to trying other AZO products.

awesome ball.....keep it w/ high revs outside and follow thru....and its dynamite......holds till end.....then SNAPS.....great ball.... i havent seen any other like it ... havent had one problem with it yet....and dont think i will.... first ball ive used from AZO and it beats all my recent balls.. does exactly what i want... and carries better than most balls . IF YOU WANT A GOOD BALL FOR MID - LIGHT OIL YOU NEED THIS BALL BUT IS YOU HAVE A TOURNAMENT ON MEDIUM OIL OR SPORTS CONDITION OR SIMPLY IN HEAVY OIL YOU NEED ANOTHER BALL BEACAUSE ITS LIKE A POLYESTER BALL NO HOOK NO REV NO THROW WITH THIS BALL

I had this ball drilled just off the label. The first night I used it I bowled a fantastic 530. I actually asked around for someone to buy it but I should have noticed that everyone bowled poorly not just me (I just missed more spares). I forgot to take it out of my bag and since I had it decided to use it 2 nights later and shot 749 (I almost had my previous series bear after 2 games). I ended up winning $400 that night with it. I have since used it many times and found that I really like the ball. It gives the most readable breakpoint in a ball and usually doesn't have trouble recovering on wide shots. The ball has an unusual drive but it hits really hard (I say unusual since I leave a lot of 8 pins with it and I am right handed). I carry well light and really well half pocket but too much pocket and it is an 8 or 9. For this summer it has become my ball of choice.<

I purchased the Fantasy X because I didn't want to follow the crowd. Too many Branswicks and Columbia 300 balls. I also like the solid color. I don't know why ball manufacturers can't make more balls a solid color. I just don't like the marble look. I did have the ball drilled for finger tip with inserts. The ball has considerable hook even when I try to throw it straight. There was a rep from Storm at the pro shop that drilled the ball. He was trying to be nice but he was bad mouthing AZO because they are a small company. I have news for him I would stack the Fantasy X against any funny smelling ball they make.

2 shots and I fell in love with this ball, I can play any part of the lane, yes its a particle, and I could play off the gutter cap with this one with no loss of energy AMAZING!, the ball glides through the heads, with ease and rips back like a boomerang Awesome ball!. You know when u have a good ball in your hand when you can do anything u want with it and have confidence in it, this ball laughed at mistakes, cause 10 were in the pit when throw not perfect, thats a working ball. The motto of this ball should be just let me bowl i'll do the rest! The Fantasy-X has the older ball look, with the new ball performance and hitting power, unbelievable ball, this is a ball u drill a few of differently and adjust surfaces and throw a few in your bag.

This ball has the hitting power of a mac truck. I dominate the lanes when the conditions fit this ball (medium). This ball transitions very smoothly from the heads to the back end of the lanes. The control you have is great. I take this ball out of my back first to explore a lane. I have found that during a long tournament, many times I have been able to stay with this one ball due to its versatility. I recommend this ball to everyone. If you bowl on medium or medium/light lane conditions, you are going to love this ball!

I am slowly becoming a fan of AZO. THere balls are taking off here in town. This ball is becoming one of my favorites. I would like to see what this ball would do for me drilled max but I couldn't ever throw it. Drilled in a 2by2 stack. This pattern allows me to have a controlled reaction. This ball will flare over 8 inches for me. If you looking for a new line of bowling balls with a hard hitting power try looking into AZO, If you haven't heard of them you soon will. These balls aslo do not use a filler in the coverstock like other balls.<scri
