Medium skid and roll with an extreme hook and a powerful move to the pocket; generates maximum rev potential. Greatly increases hook on medium to heavy oil and creates more area on blended lane conditions.

This was my first reactive ball, and I still trot it out when carrydown is a problem, The Fury skids easily through the heads, and cuts with a nice snap reaction. I'm a user of older equipment, because my 4-ball arsenal is well-suited to my game and almost any lane condition (Slate Quantum for heaviest oil, Ninja Fury for carrydown, stock Speed Zone for normal, polished Speed Zone for burned-out, last-squad tournaments). For the bowler who thought the Fury was a dud: You may be right, but I think your Fury may have been misdrilled. Or maybe mine just fits my game.

In my opinion this was the first dud in the Ninja line. This ball just did not seem to want to hit. It would roll great off your hand, but just wouldn;t do anything on the back. This ball was just a huge disappointment in my mind. I don;t know where AMF went wrong with this one, but they did. Of the first 3 Ninja's released (Black, Master, and Fury), this was by far the worst of the bunch. Wasn;t a fan then, and wouldn;t take one for free now. For its time this one gets a 5, by todays standards a 1.
