AMF introduces a new performance ball with strength, excitement and affordability. The Kick is designed to give the bowler more reaction and performance at an extraordinary price. The Kick features a Ceramaslam Ceramic nugget core, which provides the bowler with more length and stronger continuous backend, especially when lanes have dried up or broken down. The Kick also features the proven performance of a Super-Flex Reactive coverstock. This winning combination of core and coverstock technology on The Kick delivers a harder and more continuous backend than any ball in its category.

This is a half-way decent ball released by AMF. I bought it off of ebay and read that it was supposed to be a primarily dry lane ball. When I recieved the ball, I took it up to the bowling alley and had it drilled for dry conditions. The first 3 games i bowled with it i had a 600+ series. But when i got it in league play, it seemed to dry up too much as this caused the ball to over react way more than I had expected. I reccomend using this ball on Medium to Medium light lane conditions.<scr

Well I drilled one of these balls for an AMF staffer, Willie Willis, that I drill for. I laid it out 5 X 5, because we were looking for a dry lane ball for Regionals. Willie went out and threw this ball. It was about 10 to 15 boards difference than his FireHawk or Angle Evoultion Extra Tour. He was able to move right and go more direct without early hook. This is a 3-piece core with the Ceramic nugget in the middle. The nugget gives this ball a little extra pop at the pocket, than your typical 3-piece. I give this ball a 7, because it will fit into most bowlers games, including guys with a lot of hands. You will be to move over and play more up the lane. When you get into oiler lane conditions, you willl need to put this ball in the bag, and grab something else.
