Hustle M-M
The all new Hustle M-M features the VTC Pearl Reactive coverstock with the Reacta Gloss finish wrapped around the Hustle Core. This ball will be extremely close to the all new Hustle RIP, the M-M is a little cleaner and a little quicker off the spot compared to the RIP. In my opinion, I would not have both the M-M and the RIP in the same bag, they both fit a similar spot and there would be too much overlap. This ball will be great for people of all abilities and skill levels. Be sure to go out and get yours today!

Roto Grip Hustle M&M Ball Review by PJ Haggerty
One of the latest additions to the HP1 line at Roto Grip is the Hustle Magenta & Midnight. The Hustle line has been producing stellar performance for several years now and the Hustle M&M is no different. From the initial look of it, the Hustle is designed for medium-light oil conditions, but I’ve seen it been used on all types of surfaces as well as different forms of patterns. It’s been extremely successful for the players who have a lower rev-rate as well as the guys who like to claw all over the ball and hook a majority of the lane. I’ve drilled one M&M so far and really like it. Whenever I drill balls with medium-to-lower differentials, I make sure to drill them a little stronger to make sure they flare enough. Otherwise, if you drill them too weak, the ball won’t flare enough and likely won’t change direction very much. The layout I used was 4 x 4 x 2. This puts the pin above my middle finger with a stacked CG. I’ve never had a lot of success with shine, so I decided to scratch the coverstock with a 3000 pad by hand to smooth off the shine and create a more predictable motion. Under most circumstances, I use the Hustle on an old lane surface when the front of the lane is toast as well as conditions where the big-cored balls are simply bogging down too much. The M&M is a perfect ball to go to after my Magic Gem, DNA, and Eternity run out of gas. This ball is clean through the front, digs in the mid-lane, and stores plenty of pack to go through the pins properly. If you’re missing a cleaner ball that packs a punch, go drill a Hustle M&M!

With the same core and cover as the Hustle wine the biggest difference is in the color. This ball picks up a couple of feet sooner and has a slightly stronger motion compared to the Hustle Wine of last year. This will be a ball that you would want to pull out when the lanes are completely burnt. This ball will be a great step down from the Hyped Pearl creating a similar but weaker motion. This will be good out of box with higher rev bowlers and even the first-time league bowler. Get yours today at your local Storm VIP pro shop. Hustle M & M
The Hustle M & M, while still being most at home on medium to medium-dry oil conditions, is the strongest pearl Hustle that Roto Grip has released. This thing has an impressive amount of backend hook for the price point. I have found a good bit of use over the years using the other pearl Hustles (3T.P., P.O.W., R.I.G., R.A.P., S.A.Y., Wine), and they have all been fantastic for house shots when the pattern has broken down. The M & M follows in that tradition, while having a bit more midlane traction. When the DUO starts to be too much, the M & M fits in perfectly. I have found that the M & M is closer to the Hyped Pearl than you might initially suspect, which just shows how good of a deal the M & M is.

Roto Grip Hustle M & M
I drilled up my HUSTLE M & M 4.5 x 4.5 x 2.5. This is my usual layout for lower diff pearl balls. I hit the surface with a light 2000 to crack the shine and smooth the reaction out. I put the HUSTLE M & M up against the RUBY RED IQ and HUSTLE RIP. The M & M was later than the RIP but not as sharp as the RUBY IQ was off the spot. The HUSTLE M & M was at home for me on a med dry to dryer pattern when my two stronger balls were locking up. I feel that the HUSTLE M & M will get play as a late ball out of the bag at places with some early friction burn in the fronts and also when the big pearls are starting to lock up and lay flat down lane.

This ball is great for controlling the backend of the lane a little. I can definitely stay on the same zone as the Electrify BSY with this one with a little difference in shape. Can’t go wrong with a Hustle for the burn or lighter volumes or a casual league player looking for a ball. This one also is appealing to look at with the colors.

And each of these new releases brings its own unique qualities to Roto Grip’s HP1 line. So, in this review, we will discuss the Hustle M-M as this Pearl Hustle beauty delivered excellent results. So, let’s take a closer look. The Hustle Core has become a successful industry standard. Since its Introduction in 2017, inside the Hustle INK, the Hustle Core has proven to be a smooth, consistent workhorse. And I found those same results with the M-M. The Hustle Core revs briskly yet maintains a smooth and stable motion as it makes its way to the pocket. And for a medium RG and differential, the Hustle Core has plenty of destructive power through the pin deck. So, don’t let HP1 push you away; the Hustle Core will deliver results for any style or level of bowler. The new VTC (Vertical Traction Control) Pearl coverstock is not only stylish and attractive; it provides a great look for the Hustle M-M. I found the VTC Pearl to roll later than expected, making this Hustle M-M an excellent late-night ball or on dry lane conditions. And being a straighter player, I like to stay in my comfort zone, especially when the lanes break down. So, knowing my higher speed and low rev rate, I sanded my Hustle M-M with 3000-grit Abralon. And the VTC Pearl Coverstock delivered the comfort and stability I depend on. And further, I could count on the VTC to blend the worn conditions while keeping me in my A game. So, for a down-and-in player like me, that kind of stability - speaks volumes. So, in conclusion, whether you are looking for your first full fingertip ball or a seasoned bowler looking to fill that late-night and dry-condition ball to add to your arsenal. I would highly suggest the Hustle M-M for your game. So, stop into your local Storm VIP Pro Shop today and have your Hustle M-M ready for league play tonight, as the M-M will deliver. Hustle M&M
The new Hustle M&M (Magenta and Midnight) features the tried-and-true Hustle core wrapped in the VTC Reactive Pearl coverstock. At 15 pounds the RG is 2.53 and the differential is .030. Drilled at 5x4x2 (pin above bridge) this ball is excellent on drier conditions. The pearl cover and low differential make this an easy ball to use when the lanes start to get burned up. I am still able to play further right in the drier part of the lane and the M&M does not overreact. It provides great length with a medium-quick response on the backend. The M&M creates a good entry angle into the pocket providing outstanding pin action. This ball has a similar motion to the Hustle Wine. If you are looking for a great performance ball at a low price, the Hustle line will not disappoint.

Roto Grip Hustle M&M
The Roto Grip Hustle M&M has a Medium RG value of 2.53 a low differential of 0.030. With the second coming of the Hustle Ink, Roto Grip came out with the Hustle RIP. As the RIP is a solid, the Hustle M&M is the pearl version. As a consumer you may say why a pearl version, well the main reason is so you can go down to something in your bag that has a similar shape just goes a tad bit longer and sharper off the spot on those medium to dry lane conditions. The Hustle M&M features the original Hustle Core with the Versatile Traction Control (VTC) Pearl Reactive Cover. This formula delivers outstanding performance while providing control and versatility without being overly aggressive. So, if stability and control is what you are after, look no further. The Hustle INK put the bowling world on notice when it delivered the 34th sanctioned 900 Series in bowling history. From that point on, the Hustle Series has become better known for providing the most "bang for your buck." In comparison to the Roto Grip Hyped Pearl in which has the same coverstock, the Hustle M&M will be a pinch smoother and later off the spot basically due to the core differences. The M&M will offer you a very versatile ball in which you can drill the ball either pin up or pin down to favor the driest of conditions. In the bag, will be the Summit, Xponent, Zen Gold Label and Roto Grip Hustle RIP, Roto Grip Hustle M&M.

Hustle MM by Casey Murphy
Orientation: Right Handed Rev Rate: 400 RPM Speed: 16-17 MPH PAP: 4 ½ over and ½ up Location: Enterprise Park Lanes, Springfield MO Pattern: High Volume THS VLS Layout: Layout 1: 5 x 4 x 2 ½ (pin above bridge) Layout 2: 4 ½ x 4 x 4 1/8 (pin below bridge) There’s new Hustles! The Hustle RIP and the Hustle MM. The RIP is a Hustle INK remake. If you don’t remember the INK, it was SUPER smooth and tippy because it was a cleaner solid combined perfectly with a little higher RG and low diff. The Hustle MM is new and it reminds me of an UpRoar. It gets into a heavier roll and jerks and stops a little more than the RIP. The RIP can handle some transition and fresh but the MM will excel on the super burn cause it will tip a lot more. Great price point and crazy performance.

New color / same Hustle performance
Roto Grip Hustle M&M Layout 5 x 4 x 2.5 Style – stroker Ball Speed – 14–15 mph at pins Condition – house pattern - older HPL surface Surface – box condition, then scuffed lightly with 2000 and 1000 pads The Hustle line has always exemplified great performance at a super reasonable price point. This one and the RIP seem to continue this tradition. Out of the box the ball was super clean. Really, it was too clean for what I was bowling on. But if you’re rolling a Hustle, that’s what you’re looking for. After a few shots I lightly touched the surface with a 2000 pad and then a 1000 pad. It brought it to life some, but still a little too weak for how much oil was on the lane. I’m going to need a really transitioned lane and or lighter pattern to get much use out of this ball. Most of my success over the years has been with the solid versions of Hustle’s (ie. Ink) but I wanted to give the pearl version a shot. Not unhappy with the purchase, but this will be a very niche ball for me.

Hustle M&M Review by Luke Rosdahl
User Specs: Left handed, 375 rev rate, 17mph speed, 45 degree angle of rotation, 7 degrees tilt Layout: 4 x 2 The Hustle M&M is a new symmetric ball in Roto Grip’s HP1 line. It features the VTC Pearl coverstock, which is a medium to lower strength cover. The core is the Hustle core, which comes in at a 2.53 RG and .030 differential in 15 pounds. On paper, it’s a reskin of the Hustle Wine, but on the lane it’s surprisingly different. I’ve used the Hustle M&M on several different conditions at a couple different surfaces. First, the box Reacta Gloss surface hasn’t been great for me, so I resurfaced it to 1000 grit on a resurfacing machine, and then finished it with Storm’s Step 2 compound. The result was a surprisingly heavy and early roll, but that still responded very sharply down lane. The easiest way to describe it is that it feels like a baby Duo, same exactly reaction shape and attributes, just weaker across the board. I ended up taking a worn 3000 pad to it by hand to crack the shine to blend it out a little but still retain the general reaction. The Hustle M&M greatly overreaches its price point, delivering a strong and powerful reaction considering what it should do on paper, reaching up to be even stronger than a Phaze 5 for me. It rolls stable enough to act like it has a stronger core in it than it does, and the cover is also strong enough that with a little surface, it can reasonably play on most typical league shots and even be a great ball down option on some tougher ones.

Hustle M&M
The new Hustle M&M is the direct complement to the Hustle RIP. It comes out of the box polished with ReactaGloss and has the same RG and differential values as the rest of the Hustle line at 2.53 and .030, respectively. In my initial testing, the M&M was the perfect step down from the polished solid Hustle RIP. The biggest difference is not seen in the front part of the lane, as they both glide through it pretty effortlessly, but in the back part of the lane where I found the M&M to be much more responsive and quicker than the RIP. I drilled my M&M identical to my RIP at 4.5x4x2, which is my typical benchmark layout. For fresh conditions, the M&M was a bit too erratic down the lane, but once the lane started to transition a bit and the backends got a little blended, the M&M was in it's prime situation and gave me the most room for error as well as continuation through the pins from deeper inside.

Hustle M-M
Hey everyone, I'm back with another ball review, and this time it's for the Roto Grip Hustle M-M Pearl In 15 pounds this ball is wrapped in the VTC (Versatile Traction Control) Pearl Coverstock and comes with Reacta Gloss with an RG of 2.53, Diff of .030. Depending on the Hustle M-M’s surface, bowlers can use this on low-to-medium oil conditions. There are not many balls that can cover a variety of conditions, especially at an entry-level price point. To give a comparison the Hustle RIP will glide just a tad through the front of the lane compared to the Hustle M-M. This two-ball release will be a nice transition when the "benchmark" balls are too early. The Solid and Pearl will naturally be longer and more robust. Hustle MM Review by Kyle, Joel, & Dean Johnson
Ball Specs: Roto Grip Hustle M+M VTC™ Pearl Reactive – Reacta Gloss Weight Block: Hustle™ (Symmetrical) Color: Midnight + Magenta Review: There is NO reason to not love this line of bowling balls. They cater to literally every bowler in the world, regardless of skill level and is priced so reasonably that its worth its weight in gold. For the seasoned veterans you can expect an extremely versatile lower end pearl, something to keep transition to late in a block if you are needing to move right (even if the conditions are drying up). For the novice bowler you can expect great value in your purchase, getting a great piece of equipment for pennies over an entry level reactive bowling ball. The color options also appeal to novice bowlers who may care more about color than performance. The trusted Hustle core is in many bowling record books for a reason, it’s just that good. Hustle M-M - Ball Specs Cover Stock: VTC Solid Reactive Finish: Reacta Gloss Color: Royal Imperial Purple Core: Hustle Core Layout: 75 x 4 1/4 x 40 RG: 2.53 Differential: 0.030 Review The Roto Grip iconic hustle line has two winners The Hustle RIP and Hustle M-M. The Hustle M-M is the cleaner version of the two balls, which features the iconic Hustle Core wrapped in the VTC pearl reactive cover. I tested this ball on a 44 feet typical house pattern. As a medium to low rev player, I see this ball being great on light and/dry oil patterns. I was able to play in the track area and down and in up the five board. This ball stands up in the midlane with a strong finish on the backend. My ball is drilled with the pin over the ring finger. The Hustle M-M is similar to the Hustle Wine and is a must have for league and tournament bowlers. Now available for preorder at your local pro shop! The Hustle M & M uses the successful Hustle core with a pearl version of the VTC coverstock to give you the cleanest offering in the line. I tested the Hustle M & M on our long heavy house pattern. I had to be right up against the friction on a fresh lane. It didn't provide much miss room as our high ratio house shot would cause my misses to the right to jump. The M & M is very clean and very controllable down-lane and my best use for it has been on the super burn. It's handy because it's condition I see pretty often in our area and I wish I'd been able to add it to the arsenal before our city and state tournaments where I always fight the excessive friction. This ball is a great piece for any one who faces alot of friction, particularly in the front of the lane. It's also great for speed challenged bowlers, and I can see it being a great seller in the shop for my senior customers. Hustle M+M
The newest pearl Hustle is an eye catcher! Not only is the color new, but so is the ball motion. The M+M is the most responsive pearl Hustle I have ever thrown. Compared to the Hustle Wine, the M+M is a touch cleaner and stands up harder off of the spot downlane. One thing that hasn't changed is the value that the Hustle line brings to every players bag. This one brings a skid/snap shape at a great price point.

Hustle M&M
The old reliable Hustle Line is coming out with another banger! Introducing the new Hustle M&M. The M&M has the same core featured in all the Hustle’s wrapped with the VTC Pearl Reactive Coverstock. With this ball being a pearl, it gives the bowler an option that can be clean on lighter volumes, but have enough cover to still dig into the oil and have a predictable motion downlane. I can throw this ball firm and in front of me, or I can slow down and open up the lane when the lanes are dryer and the ball absolutely destroys the pins. This ball, like every hustle, will not disappoint. Make sure to get yours at your local Storm VIP Pro shop.

Hustle M&M
Roto Grip’s newest symmetrical stronger pearl option, the Duo. The Duo has the Micro Trax pearl covered as seen on the Exotic Gem. The core is 2.49 RG and Diff of .046. With a strong coverstock and a high RG and DIFF, you can expect a cleaner option through the front part of the lane with plenty of backend reaction. I see myself throwing this ball right after my bench mark solid shapes when I still need a bigger cover but smaller core option to get around the lane. Not only should you get this ball because of how good it is on the lanes, but a percentage of domestic sales goes to Big Brother’s and Big Sisters. Huge shoutout to Storm and The Shaffanie Show for the collab and coming together to do something special. Get yours now at your local Storm VIP Pro shop.

The New Hustle M-M brings us our new low end pearl ball as it features the Hustle Core and VTC Pearl Coverstock. This cover was in one of the favorite, the Hustle Wine! I compared the M-M to the Hustle RIP. The M-M gave me 3-4 feet more length down the lane as the RIP hooked much earlier. Very unique piece that I was like to keep in my bag! Dual Angle Layout: 60 x 4 x 35 Storm Vector Layout: 4 x 5 x 2 The Hustle M&M is the ball I go to when the heads start to fry up. This ball goes a mile down the lane and then just unloads on the pins. This ball is great if you’re looking for something that will not read early but still make the turn down lane. I find this ball is great for me in game 3 of a 5-person league. A great value and color scheme make it a fantastic choice for beginners looking to learn to hook the ball as well.

PAP 5” Over 1/2 up Rev Rate 300. Tilt 20. Rotation 50. Speed at release 17 Review: I have always been a fan of the Hustle line of balls and for me the Hustle M-M raises the bar. Hustle balls are a great deal of bang for the buck and this ball preforms and hits like a much higher priced ball. To me this is a performance ball. I am seeing a bit more mid lane than I get from my Hustle Wine and much faster response to friction than expected. Granted my wine has some wear on it. The way the Hustle M-M makes it move off the spot should happily surprise most bowlers. The hit and carry are excellent and the design of the ball packs a punch due to the ability of the M-M to retain energy until you need it at the pocket. One of the nice things about the Hustle ball line is they are designed to be forgiving and I do not see anything over under about this ball even with a nice entry angle. The Hustle M-M hooks more than I expected and reads the lane perfectly for me. I would put this ball above my Surge but under my Fate in total hook. This ball would be a great choice for a newer bowler who wants a performance ball at a great price or any player wanting to add a new piece to their arsenal. The colors look great and I have had many people say they like the look at the shop and on the lanes. I look to be selling this ball on a regular basis. Summary: The Hustle M-M rolls like a higher priced ball. The motion and hit of this ball is better than expected. This ball should work well for all styles of bowlers.
