Introducing the Supra GT, the latest evolution in the dynamic Supra lineage!  A high-octane powerhouse, the Supra GT is specially engineered to take on the most challenging dry lane conditions with a blend of speed and precision that is simply unmatched.  Building upon the base of the Supra Rally, this new addition is meticulously engineered to provide added traction and speed previously unseen!

The sleek, dynamic Propulsion XRT Pearl Reactive cover stock is a masterpiece of design.  This new cover formulation functions like slick tires on a race car.  It offers minimal resistance as it sails through the front of the lane, but corners with explosive down-lane motion when it hits friction.  When compared to its predecessor, the Supra Rally, the cover from the Supra GT offers a boost of added traction and cornering speed.  Finished to a mirror-like 5500 grit LSP, the Supra GT is fine tuned for length and angularity!

Under the hood of the Supra GT you’ll find the revolutionary Quadfire V2 core.  Positioned strategically within the Motiv lineup, this core boasts a high RG (2.55) and a moderate Differential (.040), the perfect balance of power and handling.  An engineering feat, the Quadfire V2 core features the same .040 Differential from 16# to 12#!

With its unmatched combination of length, angularity, and high-speed performance, the Supra GT is set to leave its competition in the dust.

WHEN TO USE:

Speed Dominant - Speed dominant players will use the Supra GT as a high performance pearl for high friction oil patterns and lane surfaces.  Some speed dominant players cannot use the Max Thrill line.

Balanced - For balanced bowlers, the Supra GT is the ball to use for maximum angle on friction. Tournament bowlers need a ball to use at the end of long tournament blocks or late shifts of league to move in and create angle; the Supra GT is exactly the ball for that.

Rev Dominant - For the bowlers who possess the highest rev rates or exceptionally low ball speed, the Supra GT is a ball for medium-dry to dryer lanes for creating the most angle possible.  Rev dominant bowlers will find the Supra GT useful on many conditions due to their ability to generate hook.

  • The Supra Rally gets an upgrade!

Posted by Anthony Evans on Sep 11th 2024

If you liked the Supra Rally, you're bound to like the Supra GT! The update in cover technology makes a big difference in helping eliminate the issue some people had with the Rally being a little too clean sometimes. The GT gives an additional level of stability in oil without sacrificing the downlane shape that bowlers expect out of the Supra line. It also separates itself well from the Max Thrill line of balls with having the higher differential allowing for additional torque and track flare to truly give bowlers that skid flip reaction they look for in a light oil ball! If you're in need of a backend beast for light oil conditions, this is the one! - Anthony Evans, MOTIV Staff Member

As a Motiv Staffer and a speed dominant bowler, I'm excited to share my experience with the Motiv Supra GT. This ball is engineered to tackle challenging dry lane conditions with unmatched speed and precision. Propulsion XRT Pearl Reactive Coverstock: The Supra GT features the Propulsion XRT Pearl Reactive coverstock, designed to minimize resistance as it glides through the front part of the lane. It corners with explosive down-lane motion when it hits friction. Compared to its predecessor, the Supra Rally, the Supra GT offers added traction and cornering speed. Finished to a mirror-like 5500 grit LSP, it is fine-tuned for length and angularity. Quadfire V2 Core: The Supra GT is powered by the revolutionary Quadfire V2 core, which boasts a high RG (2.55) and a moderate differential (.040). This core provides a perfect balance of power and handling, maintaining the same differential from 16 pounds to 12 pounds. Performance for Speed Dominant Bowlers: As a speed dominant bowler, I found the Supra GT to be an exceptional high-performance pearl for high friction oil patterns and lane surfaces. It delivers the control and motion needed on dry lanes where other balls might struggle. Personal Experience: Out of the box, I bowled a series of 758 with scores of 255, 279, and 224. The Supra GT's combination of length, angularity, and high-speed performance was evident from the start, providing consistent and powerful reactions on the lanes. Check out my performance with the Supra GT on my YouTube channel. Conclusion: The Supra GT is a high-octane powerhouse that excels in dry lane conditions. With its advanced coverstock and core technology, it delivers outstanding performance for speed dominant bowlers. As a Motiv Staffer, I highly recommend the Supra GT for its unparalleled speed, traction, and precision.

Core: Quadfire Type: Symmetric Coverstock: Propulsion™ XRT Pearl Reactive Box Finish: 5500 Grit LSP Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUgo99guq4A Layout: 45 x 4 ½ x 70 Strengths Supra GT is a ball you can use when friction is present early or when the pattern has been destroyed, Propulsion XRT Pearl Reactive creates length and creates a sharp turn downlane. Ideal for encountering high friction patterns. Weaknesses Because Propulsion XRT Pearl Reactive is so clean it was not ideal for me to use on heavier pattern, it didn't have enough teeth for my liking. Supra GT thrives on friction, the more it sees the sharper it becomes. Once it becomes too sharp for my liking I ball down to Max Thrill Pearl. Summary I’m a fan of the Supra Series overall and its no accident that I’m a fan of Supra GT, for me its both sharper and faster than Supra Rally which gives me options between the two depending on how I want to play the dry. The reaction you seen in the video is the reaction you will get, I never had an issue with recovery out of the any of the Supra’s but the GT by far is the sharpest. If your in need of a good time I encourage you to take a look at Supra GT. Your game will thank you for it. K.C. White II Motiv Staff Royal Flush Apparel Staff Genesis Bowling Staff
