Motiv Supra Enzo Bowling Ball

Take the Supra™ Enzo for a spin and push it to the limit. This sporty red and black hybrid from MOTIV® is built to handle sharp turns in high traffic situations. A brand new addition to the light-medium oil arsenal, the Supra™ Enzo is a must-have for bowlers looking to create angle during transition without sacrificing control or traction. EJ Tackett said, "I know that I’ll be able to trust the Supra Enzo during those middle transition games to get around the corner without missing the breakpoint. That’s what I look for in that situation, so I’m really excited to have this one in my bag". The High Impulse inner core is the engine inside the Enzo and it is perhaps the most unique in the MOTIV® product line. With a high RG of 2.57, the High Impulse core spins slowly in the front of the lane, making high friction surfaces and lighter oil patterns less of a concern. However, this core has a substantial diff of .050 that allows for many drilling options, varied strengths, and flare potential. Finally, the High Impulse features a dual density build capable of creating ample shape down lane. Truly this core makes the Supra™ Enzo perfectly tuned for versatility and angle on moderately dry lanes. Wrapped around the High Impulse core is the latest Infusion™ Hybrid Reactive cover stock, polished to a shiny 5500 Grit LSP finish. The solid red and black pearl hybrid shell is a modified version of the technology used on the original Supra™ and provides the Enzo edition with a power boost to give the bowler more traction without sacrificing angle. When To Use: Speed Dominant Bowlers : For speed dominant bowlers, this is an incredible ball option for dryer lanes. While pearl covers often create too much length for low rev rate or high speed players, the shiny Infusion Hybrid will provide enough traction to allow the player to see shape on the lane. Additionally, the higher differential in the High Impulse core will make this a great option for speed dominant players unable to see hook from lower differential and weaker cores. Balanced Bowlers : The typical balanced bowler will use this ball on moderately dry lanes when trying to create more angle than a Venom Shock. On higher friction surfaces this could serve as an early transition ball for balanced bowlers who start with a benchmark piece like the Venom Shock, Tank Blitz, or Ripcord Flight. The Supra Enzo gets down lane easier, but is controllable down lane. Rev Dominant Bowlers : MOTIV Staffer, EJ Tackett was outspoken in his praise of the Supra Enzo saying that this will be his ball for creating angle on tour during transition. Due to higher volumes and many low friction surfaces on the PBA Tour, stronger and slightly more stable coverstocks are crucial during transition periods on the lane. "I know that I’ll be able to trust the Supra Enzo during those middle transition games to get around the corner without missing the breakpoint. That’s all I ever look for in that situation, so I’m really excited to have this one in my bag." Rev dominant players will absolutely love the Supra Enzo because of the versatility it provides and the ability to use it for long periods of time through the transition of a pattern.

I loved my original supra, but at times, I would get it into the oil and the cover wouldn't be strong enough and never pick up. The Infusion Hybrid reactive cover fits that gap perfectly for me and has become my new go to ball if I need something that gets through the fronts with ease, but still packs plenty of punch on the backend that's consistent and reacts the same every time. If you're in need of a ball later on in the day when the lanes are toasty and you need to get left and create angle with a faster response ball, look no further than the Supra Enzo - Kasey Uyesugi (MOTIV STAFF)

Having thrown the original Supra, I knew I would see a little different reaction with the Enzo. The first time I saw it down the lane, flashbacks to my favorite Motiv red balls (original Primal Rage, Primal Rage LE, Tank) came to mind and am happy to add the Enzo to this list. Hit with a little polish for length, this 60 x 5 x 40 version had a strong move at the breakpoint a little further downlane than I'm used to seeing, while not penalizing if you moved left too late during transition. Was very versatile playing up the boards, starting further left using more hand, or even with a softer hand and the bottom of the swing. This is one of the first out of the bag for medium to longer patterns with medium volume. Mark London MOTIV Staff

This ball is latest in the Supra line created by MOTIV. The MOTIV Supra Enzo is built to handle sharp turns in high traffic situations. This core to cover combination creates ease through the front of the lane, versatility and traction without sacrificing angle on moderately dry lanes. It features the High Impulse weight block, in combination with the latest Infusion Hybrid Reactive cover stock, polished to a shiny 5500 grit LSP finish. The Enzo edition of the Infusion cover provides a power boost to give the bowler more traction without sacrificing angle. It will be a great fit in your bag on light to medium oil. With the high RG and high differential, it is built to allow for many drilling options, varied strengths, and flare potential, while the dual density weight block is capable of creating ample shape down lane. The Supra Enzo will become that ball you can count on when you need length, mid-lane traction and backend recovery, it stores energy and continue through the pin deck. My Supra Enzo is laid out with the pin approx. 2" above ring finger, the cg stacked underneath the finger. This ball has already found a place in my bag and drives through the pins with ease from any angle. If you are looking for that go to ball that will clear the fronts, recover from what seems like anywhere, has continuation and awesome hitting power. Look no further, you've found it. Core: High Impulse Symmetric Type: Symmetric Coverstock: Infusion Hybrid Reactive Box Finish: 5500 Grit LSS Layout: 45 x 4 ½ x 70 Video: Supra Enzo (noun): 1. A sporty red and black hybrid created by the scientists of Motiv Bowling built to handle sharp turns in high traffic situations. 2. Wrapped around the High Impulse core is the latest Infusion Hybrid Reactive cover stock, polished to a shiny 5500 Grit LSP finish.3. High Impulse features a dual density build capable of creating ample shape down lane Strengths Infusion Hybrid doesn't waste time or energy sitting up making its move at the end of the pattern. The box finish of Supra Enzo easily gets it through the front of the lane and to the breakpoint. Although Supra Enzo is not the biggest weapon, however once the patterns breaks down Supra Enzo shines bright. Weaknesses The polished out of box finish on Supra Enzo will provide too much length on heavier patterns. Overall Summary As a fan of the original Supra I was pleased to see Supra Enzo sit up in the midlane and give me a smoother reaction at the breakpoint, and that Infusion Hybrid handled oil better than Infusion which was not found of encountering oil. Infusion Hybrid out of box will definitely give you a fair amount of length and a strong arc at the breakpoint, you will have more overall hook than Fatal Venom and more angularity to that of Venom Shock. The qualms that I've heard from bowlers about original Supra was that Supra wasn't enough for them in the oil and that Infusion was too clean, comparing both Supra and Supra Enzo you will get more traction out of Supra Enzo as Infusion Hybrid has more teeth overall. If you never got a chance to throw Supra, if you've wanted more out of Supra, or if you want a 1-2 punch to pair with Supra I encourage you to take a look at Supra Enzo. Your game will Thank you. The new Enzo is a great addition to our medium oil line and gives bowlers a great angular option that's still going to read through the mid-lane. Compared to the original Supra, then Enzo has given me a stronger mid-lane read and more angle off the end of the pattern thus creating more continuation through the pins. I believe this ball will come in handy the most for me at tournaments when I need to step down from a high performance ball. The Enzo will give me a bit of a cleaner start through the front of the lanes, but I can still have confidence that it will hit the break point and still have enough down lane to shape through the pins. I'm super excited about adding this one to the arsenal! Layout: 60 x 4 1/2 x 40 Devon Miller MOTIV Staff

Bryan Ramsey Motiv regional staff The new Supra Enzo from Motiv bowling is such a great addition to the ball chart. It rolls like nothing I've had in my Arsenal to date. It's going to give you such a smooth and predictable benchmark reaction you can be confident in on every shot, this ball is going to go with me everywhere. It's a great compliment to the OG supra which really stored energy down lane, this Enzo really gives you a different look and handles more volume with ease. Perfect step down when your shock is just a little to much. Plain and simple it's just a piece everyone needs to have. Yet another great addition to an already stout Motiv Bowling ball chart. #MotivBowling #GetSomeMotivation #BowlerX

Layout 50 x 5" x 70 Turning the traction control off for high performance in medium-light conditions, the Supra Enzo is an excellent addition to the MOTIV lineup through versatility and performance. Wrapping the latest Infusion technology, Infusion Hybrid, finished at 5500 LSP, around the high-RG High Impulse core (2.57 RG, .050 Diff) creates enough friction for a strong late-midlane footprint while retaining plenty of energy to unleash a devastating backend motion. Knowing that the RG is on the higher side, I chose to put my pin down so that I could blend out a bit of the reaction downlane when the carry down having a strong affect on ball motion. Out of box the Enzo performed quite well on day-old house conditions, having zero issues pushing through the front part of the lane and then driving through the pocket with solid continuation. For the purposes of what I wanted to test it for, versatility in a more medium-oil environment, I decided to hit the surface with a 3000 pad by hand. While the ball was able to pick up a couple feet sooner, I lost none of the backend energy needed later in the day to play the extreme angles yet was able to get into the ball sooner. This versatility could be a great advantage around the second transition time as you can already be in the Enzo before, get through the transition without thinking of a ball change, and then continue getting deeper without missing a beat. With that being said, friction is the Enzo's friend; this shell and core combination were created to take advantage of burn so fresher oil conditions may create more length than desired. For comparison, I have this piece as a great step-down compliment from the Trident Horizon and Rip Cord Velocity while being significantly stronger than the Top Thrill. I believe that this is an exceptional piece for fictitious lanes when projection and recovery are the key elements to scoring. Trent Overbey In the Zone Pro Shop MOTIV Staff www.motivbowling.com

Supra Enzo Ball Review: The new Supra Enzo is controllable backend. With the new Enzo Motiv takes the High Impulse core and wraps it in the very successful Infusion Hybrid cover. This combo allows the ball to read the lanes earlier then the original supra but still maintain the angular shape. I used a layout of 65x4.5x60 and being rev dominant this allows the ball to pick up In the oil a sooner but not be overly aggressive. I can see the Enzo getting a lot of use on Heavy-Med oil patterns on top of a lot of use in your normal league season. If you're in the market for a midrange Hybrid check out the Supra Enzo!! This ball is a must have for everyone! The Infusion Hybrid Cover makes this a very versatile ball and a must have for league play and transition on trickier patterns. Lower rev players will be able to play up the boards and this ball has plenty of energy to turn the corner and hit hard for the higher rev players wanting to be further left. The Supra Enzo is great for any player! Not to mention this ball is just gorgeous with that red and black color scheme! I would definitely recommend this ball for anyone. Alan Darden: Motiv Staff
