Motiv Evoke Bowling Ball

Prepare to be shocked by the unstoppable force of the MOTIV EVOKE – a ball that refuses to be overlooked. This all-new solid asymmetrical powerhouse demands your attention. Featuring vibrant colors, a revolutionary new core design, and the next evolution of an already triumphant coverstock system; the EVOKE is here to dominate heavier concentrations of oil.

Introducing the ferocious Overload Core, a dynamic asymmetrical marvel engineered to fill a strategic gap in the Motiv Bowling arsenal. Nestled between the formidable Predator V2 core of the Jackal series and the dominant Dominion core found in the Pride lineup, the Overload core hits the sweet spot tailored for the challenges of medium-heavy oil conditions.

What makes this core so special is that it boasts the ability to change the differential with drilling by up to 25%, while also offering drilling options that will lower the differential. No previous MOTIV core could lower the differential of a drilled ball.  While many bowlers look for the most differential possible when drilling a ball, rev dominant bowlers are usually limited by the increased diff of drilled balls. As an upper-mid core that must be versatile, the Overload core is the perfect option for offering so much versatility.

Paired with the Overload core is the new Leverage MXC Solid Reactive coverstock. This cutting-edge shell blends the renowned Leverage coverstock technology from the Black Venom with the aggressive components of the Forge Flare. This combination ensures superior traction in even the most challenging high-oil environments.

This cover features the new cutting-edge DuraMax Technology—an innovative additive meticulously crafted to prevent lane-shine, extending the lifespan of the coverstock. DuraMax technology ensures that the Evoke will consistently maintain its finish at a significantly longer rate without breaking down, refusing to succumb to wear and tear. With DuraMax, the Evoke becomes a beacon of resilience, outlasting expectations and guaranteeing an enduring performance.

Get ready to experience a new era of domination on the lanes with the Motiv Evoke.

When to Use

Speed Dominant Bowlers - Speed dominant bowlers need traction on the lane to repeat with confidence.  However, there had previously been a large gap between the Jackal Ambush and the Pride Dynasty when trying to stay in slow response asymmetrical balls.  The Evoke is the perfect bridge between these two balls and a critical part of the progression for a speed dominant bowler.

Balanced Bowlers Balanced bowlers will use the Evoke as a first ball out of the bag on lower friction lane surfaces.  With a coverstock that is easier through the front than a Jackal Ambush, but with a more substantial footprint on the lane than the balls in the line created for medium oil, the Evoke is a great benchmark for bowlers on higher concentrations of oil or on lower friction synthetic lane surfaces.

Rev Dominant Bowlers - A rev dominant bowler can use the Evoke as their heavy oil control ball without any need for more traction or control.  The Motiv Evoke will easily serve as a rev dominant player’s strongest asymmetrical ball in the bag and give them the traction and smooth response to friction needed on challenging or heavy oil conditions.

Was hoping to replace a well-used much appreciated Trident Odyessy and was not disappointed. When there is heavier volume 35-40', the Evoke creates angle and traction needed to get through the pins. It also doesn't overreact on house patterns, especially near the end of the pattern when the ball starts to make sudden move, that is why I wore out the Trident Odyssey. It made the corners disappear quite nicely, as does the Evoke.

Core: Overload™ Asymmetrical Type: Asymmetric Coverstock: Leverage™ MXC Solid Reactive Box Finish: 2000 Grit LSS Video: https://youtube.com/watch?v=l5r5BJi1aUE&si=XgDZbU540k9DutqW Layout: 60 x 4 3/8 x 40 Strengths Evoke is smoother than Jackal Ambush and is more angular than the Pride Dynasty and Black Venom. Evoke provides slow and heavy traction in the oil while, in terms of overall length it has more than Jackal Ambush. Evoke provides a strong downlane continuation that results in more versatility on a variety of patterns, the exception being server burn. Weaknesses I wouldn’t encourage you to use Evoke on drier conditions, MXC needs oil to feed. Summary The combination of Overload, Leverage MXC, and color scheme is what makes Evoke extremely attractive. MXC has always provided me with traction and teeth in the oil, and I expected nothing less from Evoke. In the event that you desire a rounder shape at the breakpoint to that of Jackal Ambush, I would encourage you to evoke greatness and look at Evoke. Your Game will thank you for it. K.C. The new MOTIV Evoke is the latest addition to stronger asymmetrical solids to MOTIV's line. The new Evoke features the brand new Overload core and uses the Leverage MXC cover. This core/cover combo allows the Evoke to read the middle part of the lane strongly and still maintain continuous motion downlane. This ball will definitely be a ball to use on fresh heavier conditions.

The game has changed once again. The new Evoke with the Overload Asym core provided versatility when it comes to layouts. Up to 25% in layout options. Drill it with a Differential of 60 or 45 depending on the motion that fits your game. Rapped with the Leverage MXC cover this ball has a smooth motion with great action through the pins. The cover also contains Motiv's Duramax technology which helps the cover resist lane shine. The EVOKE will be a staple in any league and tournament bag. High speed bowlers will see more traction in the midlane and a smooth motion downlane Rev dominant will have a great ball when looking to move left or control the backend If your looking for a ball to blend the lane on your house shot when nothing else seems to work, look no further than the new EVOKE
