Track Kinetic Bowling Ball

Kinetic relates to the motion of material bodies and the forces and energy associated there within. Kinetic features a newly-designed low mass bias core called Shuttle and a new veneer called UMP GEN 1. The best way to describe Kinetic's motion is simply Skid/Flip. Using a low mass bias designed core shape we have created a ball that is great for medium to heavy conditions and works well when you need to get the ball to flip on the backend.

On the lane, this ball looks just like Quad density symmetrical core, Artillery and Revmaster. I really like how it, on the breakpoint seems to rev up and pick up speed. The charge for the pocket got more bite than a Black Widow, only problem is, I've put the most agressive drilling on it and it verry often bites to early and hits the nose instead or just rolls out. It happens more less the more I play with it so maybe I just have to trust my pro shop who sais the perfect surface need to be broken down a tad. If that is true and I'll start rely more on the ball's breakpoint, then I'll return here and give the ball a perfect 10. Not verry likely though sinse I mainly use it whenever the lanes break down, oil gets played further down the lane and there's no breakpoint left to be trusted ;-) That's when the hookreaction becomes more of an arc and where the ball doesn't burn all Kinetic energy already on the breakpoint. Nevertheless, scoring and results aside, even on a bad day, just watc

Very Good Ball on a majority of the easier house conditions I bowl on. The only reason it did not get a 10 from me is that I have had more than 1 occasion when the slightest amount of carry down caused my ball to squirt. And when that happens, we are not talking a simple washout or something, we are talking 2-10 city, population me. In conclusion, very good ball, but if it starts to carry down a little too much, you have got to put it back in your bag. Solution, probably just switch over to something that at least has some surface on it.<sc

Purchased in Sept. for the fall league. specs were 1.5 pin drilled above ring finger and mb 1" from thumb. Can tear up THS from the gutter to 5th arrow. Cover very adaptable to surface changes. Left at OOB condition seldomly misread the breakpoint unless the speed was to fast or slow. Has replaced my Slash as my benchmark ball. I haved drilled another with different layout and 2000 abralon dull for more midlane, but I need to take it down to 500 for the nationals as the team event is much heavier oiled. A must have for any Track fan for tournaments or league play.

When they say skid/flip they really mean it with this ball. Iknow some balls claim they skid/flip they dont flip like this ball. I got the ball drilled with the pin over the bridge and at first the ball was a little bit jumpy but the more i throw it the faster it is becoming my favorite ball. If you are looking fore a ball that will give you easy lenght and still be able to turn the corner then this is the ball for you. I cant sa y it enough this ball turns the corner like no other ball ive thrown. I would caution those of you who dont throw much speed when buying, with this ball you must keep the speed up or it goes right through the nose. To anyone who is thinking of going to 15lbs, I cant say enough that it is a great move. The weight really isnt much of an issue the speed is a little higher but the main difference is in how easy it is to put the ball where you want to. the other thing is the pin carry seems to be a lot better, the pins stay a lot lower and you dont get pin

i got the track kinetic before the fall league started and i loved it...........until i showed my teamates dad and he said that the person who drilled crossed the CG with the PAP. so i got it redrilled and i threw it around the 2nd arrow and it just exploded into the pocket. the only problem now is that i cant get it to hook cause im so strong. i'll use it for 10 pins and 3 10 splits. thats it . still its a great ball to use especially if you want a hook bowling for a spare ball but you should buy a lighter weight than you throw so it doesnt get so much hook you cant control.

Great Ball, but may go too long for some people's liking. On the shorter shots, this ball can clear the heads well and have good control in the backends. On the longer patterns, this ball can maintain enough energy to hit the pocket hard and kick out the tenpin. A very good bowling ball to have in any arsenal. You can swing the ball and it can hook back with plenty of energy, and the strokers can play this ball straight up and score very well with this ball. Track came out with a very nice ball that I will use for the years upcoming b/c it is so good.

This ball gets through the ends of the lanes without any problem and doesnt perform an agressive jump like most balls even though the provide this ball as status of being aggressive.. It reminds me of the wicked the way it gets down the lane but doesnt have the aggressive turn that ball had. This ball does have finishing power and would really is a nice ball.. This is the right one but haven't had a chance to really see the ball run on some high back end shots. This ball can be played as down and end or swing shot...

of course every ball is compared to another one we own. I have been purchasing 3 balls a year on the average and only recently have prefered some brands over others. I have only recently purchased a ball that was intially an awsome hard hitting high carrying ball, but very shortly soaked up so much oil it lost all its hooking ability. Desaturing and sanding did not help. The ball is shot. IN COMPARISON ,ALL OF MY TRACK BALLS SOAK UP VERY LITTLE OIL AND DO NOT CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR. THE COVER STOCK IS EXTREMELY DURABLE AND DOES NOT LOOSE ITS FINISH. I HAVE THREE IN MY BAG AND USE THEM ALL. I bought another one, same thing. I gave it to my wife. The first night out she shot 687, then 645 in another house, due to her slower speed. Within three weeks the ball is sho

5 weeks now with this ball on med/heavy to lite oil. Minor moves left to stay in some oil as the night goes on has allowed me to use the ball for all 3 games each week. 700, 716, 720 (624 - too much beer the third game!) 701 this week. The Kinetic is a monster! It makes a strong move but always seem to carry even the occasional high flush that should have been a split. If you are looking for a ball that gives you room and carry forgiveness this one is a winner. If this ball leaves a 7 or a ten it's because with my speed (around 19mph) the hit was too hard and sent the pins up and over. I think anyone with 15 to 18 speed will absolutely fall in love with Track's new release. It's definetly a good ball to have when the lanes start transitioning to dry.
