Someone turned up the Heat another notch! Introducing the Blue Heat, the strongest of the mid-priced Heat series. Designed for heavier oil and synthetic lanes, the Blue Heat uses a 1200-grit sanded, light-load version of the potent WOW 2 particle coverstock to provide traction. Inside is the multi-piece, high flare Heat 2 core, which combines a high-density egg with a dense flip block to provide more mid-lane reaction and a stronger hook potential in heavier oil.

very good ball on todays increased oils patterns continual hook through the pins. i have owned the ball for 2 years and have only baked it once and the hook hasnt stopped. the color of the ball is visually appealing especially for the cranker bowlers who rev the ball into a blur. as for 7 and 4 pins using the whole lane with this ball is not unusual as the ball will flip and drive its way to the 7 or 4. The only worry here is missing the pin to the left. I am using the "out of the box" factory finish and i wouldnt want to change it. I would assume as anyone would that polishing it would increase the length and reduce the gradual hook and sanding it would increase the overall hook but i havent seen a need for either. Track has always made satisying products but this for me is above the rest.

I'm back to a all Track arsenal and this is my heavy-oil ball. I've only used it OOB, but tested different layouts. Others are throwing Paradigm, One and Inferno but my Blue Heat keeps up with them all and drilled to go early it actually outhooks most balls. There's one significant difference though, when others, with a big bang leaves a pin in the back row, this core scrambles the pins in a rumble and that last pin WILL fall, sometimes even forward. I think that's always been the differense with Trackballs, they don't make pins disappear, they'll leave pins moving on the deck for the sweeper to clean up. The smooth arc is verry predictable but the total amount of hook can be tricky since it requires a verry angled shot. I've been able to use it with only minor adjustments for up to five series before I had to put it away, but even if it went from 20 out to 5 and back to hit on the nose I still can't see NO ROLL OUT! I can't give this excellent ball a perfect 10 though, becau

I drilled the ball stack weighted and that was a big mistake. It is really agressive. My ball speed is between 14 and 16 miles per hour and on a normal house shot it is tough to control. But if you are on tournament shot or really heavy oil, this is your bowling ball. It is a good style of bowling ball for anyone's style of bowling(tweener, stroker,or cranker). You will have to throw the ball a quick speed to throw this ball down and in. If you can the ball this hard, I will tip my hat to you. If you are looking for a ball to throw in tournament and sport shots, this is a must buy ball for you. This is another Track masterpiece bowling ball.<sc

I like the entire Heat line of bowling balls and this is the strongest of the Heat line. I have the Blue Heat drilled with the pin 4.5" from my PAP under the ring finger with the CG right of the center line and no weight hole. Even with this layout, this ball provides a ton of flare. I have had the chance to use this on some very oily conditions and this ball gave me the best mid-lane reaction on oil. The next strongest balls on oil for me were the Rule GP2 and then my Robo Rule. Both of those asymmetric cores provided a little more backend reaction, but I needed the midlane hook of the Blue Heat to maximize carry on such heavy oil. On my typical house shot, balls like the Robo Rule and Rule GP2 and even my purple Solution can out hook the Blue Heat. But I will keep this ball in the bag just for the heavy oil conditons where I need a strong roll in the midlane.

I had drilled it as predicted Assasin that I owned years ago.And the Blue Heat shows better mid-heavy oil lane condition performance. My Blue Heat is pin : 2" ; Top : 2-1/4 oz with light polished surface.Since now a days the coverstock is very senstive for lane oil.I intentionally let the surface polished to prevent sudden death by suck up too much oil.And I left a label leverage drill pattern to maintain the early roll reaction against to oilly lane condition. In the first game,I can play prety deep inside angle & make amazing curve back in pocket. CRASH~~~this is the sound I had heard from rack.Feels pretty nice!! However, when the lane broke up around 4th game shots. The backend seems not easy to recover back on position & missed several king pins.Well...I think it is the normal phenomenom for all the balls do. at 5th game,I tried to push it deeper & reduce the hook recovery. Then,Blue Heat shows again the versatility for me to control the pin falls.Feels pretty good!! This ball is awesome! I was looking for a ball that I could use in med to heavy oil and I found it. I am able to play just about where I want to play with ball, and it hits like truck. I can play staight and firm with it or swing it out and still have good results wityh it. Funny story of how I picked this ball. In August I bought the Desert Heat and my father bought the Blue Heat. I saw him throw the Blue and I liked it and he liked the way my Desert reacted. So for Christmas I bought him the Desert and he bought me the Blue.

the first time I threw this ball it was great but ever since I chaned my release this ball really did not hook much at all. yes i did start to hook the ball less but i also picked up my ball speed and i still hook the ball like crazy but my solution power plus (shined to death)out hooks that by alot. it does not really make the big jump that it did the first time i threw it. i tried to throw it after using the track clean and tacky ball cleaner (wich can make any ball hook)and it still did not hook much.

    I got this to re-place my Columbia Flipside WOW solid. The Track Blue Heat was a great replacement, Very nice hard hitting ball, but not has hard when my Columbia Flipside was new. One thing I like about the Blue Heat is very nice strong arcing. Great recovery. The Blue heat awsome bal , specially for the price. Excellent mid price ball. If need something stronger I waould recommend the Track Rule Gp2 or the Track Rule Delta. .a a a a a a a aa a a a a a a a a aa a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a aa a a a a a a a a a a aa a a a a a a aa a a a a a a a aa a a a a a a aa a a a aa a a a a a a a aa a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a

the track blue heat is a great ball to add to your arsinal as a heavy oil ball. it reads the lanes quick and hooks fast and hard but it does not roll out it saves a lot of energy for the back end. it even work extremly well on sport shot, on the heavy oil sport shot this was my go-to ball every week. on house shots when I walked in to a bowling center I had at least 7 boards of space to hit the pocket. My only dislikes about the ball is that you can not use the ball on dry lanes you have to go to a lower hooking ball because the blue heat is WAY to strong it will hook off the lane.

Yes people I am back for another review, here it is the awaited review on the Blue Heat.... Ball is drilled 3" X 2", pin 3"above midline, balance hole on VAL 29/32 3" deep. Tried this ball out of the box finish and let me say this ball hooked right off my hand, even on the fresh the ball just started up right off my toe... Hit the ball with Clean and Polish, and let me say this ball is golden now... Absolutely great through the fronts of the lanes with good transition in the mids, and in the backs it is explosive... For those bowlers with higher Rev Rates polish the ball up, for those bowlers with low rev rates leave it out of the box.... Great ball to have for tournament season. Its a high end ball at a mid end price... Do not attempt to try this ball on short patterns or burnt lanes, you will be picking 3 counts all day lond... LOL!!!!! Are you looking for that strong high end ball at that mid end price. WELL here it is.... I find that with this ball it fits very well betw

First off I can't believe this ball is a particle ball. It reacts more like a resin ball than any other particle ball Track has ever made. I drilled mine with the pin an inch above my ring finger cg shifted a 1/2 an inch to the right no extra hole. I left it box finish as I was looking for a strong reaction at the breakpoint. This is a very versatile drilling for me, as I'm able to play most any part of the lane. On a house shot I am able to cheat more into the oil without losing hitting power and can send it to the dry with out a violent reaction. The few times I have used the Blue Heat on a house shot it did nothing but strike. On the 2 longer PBA patterns I used it on the Blue Heat reacted very well and my carry was excellent. It seemed to get through the front very easy and rolled nicely in the midlane with a strong arc on the backend. The reaction of this ball for me was exactly the reaction that is advertised. I believe this is a ball you can us

Drilled 5 X 4 ¾ Pin Above Ring Finger Patterns Used: House and PBA Regional Pattern #2 & #4 (42 and 44ft) Medium rev player with average ball speed The Blue Heat is a very predictable symmetrical particle ball. This ball is very strong, but very controllable and predictable. This ball will need some oil to be effective. On shorter, lighter patterns this ball isn’t quite as effective unless you really tweak the cover. The Blue Heat rolls gives me a very strong predictable roll on longer oil patterns. The Blue Heat hits like a tank, and leaves nothing behind. The Blue Heat performs like a high performance with a mid price cost. I would definitely recommend this ball for anyone looking for a solid particle.

I drilled my Blue Heat 4 3/4 x 3 with the pin in the middle of my grip. I put the extra hole at 3.5 over and 2 down. This is a new drill pattern for me and I wanted to see if this would help me get the ball started a little earlier and start rolling through the midlane and not save up so much energy. I have a fairly low track and I get into trouble when there is a lot of oil in the midlane. This ball has a very nice even arc to it and is very tame in the backend. This is exactly what I was looking for and the ball still hits great. I am bowling a regional this weekend and they are using pattern #5 (44ft) and I am really looking forward to seeing what this ball will do on the long pattern. This is another great offering by Track, high performance with a very reasonable price tag. The Heat line is turning out to be amazing and I feel you can cover any condition with these 3 balls. I am a right handed power tweener. Approximately 30 degrees of tilt, 17 mph ball speed and a rev rate in the area of 370. Axis coordinates of 4 3/8” over and 27/32” up. Blue Heat: Drilled my Blue Heat with pin on midline just over fingers. Pin is 4 ¾ from PAP with CG 2 7/8” from PAP (a 2 ½” kick off midline). This drill equates to a 45 degree layout. There is no extra hole. Left this ball with the box surface and man, what a ball. The combination of the WOW II medium load particle coverstock with the Power Rev core lends to a very strong ball reaction. I used this ball on two conditions, a house pattern as well as a 40 foot PBA lane condition (both on AMF synthetic surface, 1 year old). On the house shot I was able to move right into the slop in the middle of the lane. I had plenty of rev and coverstock traction to rip through the puddle and deliver a nice, predictable midland roll and read while still storing a ton of energy for a super strong backend arc and splatterin

Mid price. Yes. Mid performance. Not a chance. The Blue Heat is a solid performer! Track International introduces the Blue Heat to its Mid Price line. Mid Price certainly doesn’t equal mid performance. Track scores another victory with its latest release, the Blue Heat. Let’s start with the technical aspects of this ball. The Blue Heat features the WOW2 particle coverstock and comes out of the box with a dull finish. The ball has a nice blue and red bronze color. This ball features the Power Rev core previously featured in the Heat 2 solid. The RG is higher than the Heat 2 at 2.54 with a differential at .052. I drilled my Blue Heat 3 3/8 x 3 3/8 with a hole below the axis and the pin in a low posistion. I was looking to get this ball to roll early for longer patterns. It gets in to a roll early and doesn't lose any power at the pins. The shape of the hook that this ball has is a very even arc. This is a great mid-priced ball for someone looking for that extra bit of hook without paying premium price. Another great addition to the Track line from Del and the guys at Track. Thanks. Ball: 4x4 layout, pin is 2 1/4 above midline with X hole 2 inches below my PAP and it is located on my VAL. I have tried this ball with a few surfaces: factory, Clean n Sheen and Magic Shine. I sanded the surface to 800 and put a coat of Magic Shine on it, this is what worked best for what I was looking for. Line: The line is going to naturally vary depending on the lane conditions. No matter what kind of shot is down I can usually play a small swing with it. Standing on 30 hitting 15 at the arrows with my breakpoint around 10 board. Reaction: I drilled the ball identical to my Slash to see the difference. Its reaction is very similiar to the Slash, just add a few boards because the Blue Heat is a little stronger. The only difference that I have really seen other than the Blue Heat being stronger is that if you can find decent oil in the middle of the lane the Blue Heat will actually give you pretty strong reaction in the backends. Impact: The Blue Heat does not hit o

Drilled the blue similar to my Heat, pin below ring finger with the cg swung rt. The is a balance hole on my PAP. Left it at out of box condition. This one rolls similar to me Rule. smooth arcy type of roll, not snappy. reads the transistion form oil to dry really well. You best have some oil for this Heat, becase Blue likes to HOOK!! Great addition for heavier oil patterns and carrydown, just put it away when the heads are gone. Don't hesitate, get some BLUE HEAT today!!! Grade of a Solid A on the Rev_o grading scale!!

This ball is awesome, especially on the fresh conditions. For the price of this ball, it is a must have. It reads the front part of the lane real well, begins to roll in the mid-land, and has a nice arcing finish on the back part of the lane. I have my drilled with the pin 4 1/2" with the cg 3". The pin is at figure level. My axis point is 5” straight across. Track has done a real good job of offering three awesome balls that react differently and in a reasonable price point. I suggest all three!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow anyone who liked the aggressive will love this ball! I can't wait to use it in competition! Even dull I could get this ball to conserve well enough to hit the pins hard. When I shined it it hit even harder and only hooked a couple boards less. Again there can't be a better ball for the money! I also was impressed with the versatility of this ball. I drilled one 4 3/4 by 5 with no hole, the pin above the ring finger. I drilled the other 4 1/2 by 2 1/2 with a big hole. I got two very different and usable peices for my arsenal. The pin up one is the one I shined. It glides through the front and makes a strong yet somewhat controlled move down the lane. The other ball reads the mids extremly well and stays smooth the whole way.
