Track Assassin Bowling Ball

Take aim and fire. The Assassin's modified 4-piece design, Power Rev core and ProTracktion multi-color coverstock make for one lethal hit. This ball always hits its mark. The flare potential is medium to high, the backend reaction is deadly and the hook rating is off the charts. For medium to heavy oil lane conditions. Track's new Assasin™ is just that. A high powered lethal weapon. This modified 4-piece design includes our peerless "Power Rev" core wrapped in our state of the art modified, multi-colored ProTracktion™ coverstock. The flare potential is medium to high and the hook rating is off the charts. It has the same hook potential as the Enforcer™ with a different look on the lanes. Deadly hook and severe backend reaction make the Assasin one mean ball. Track's Assassin TM that. A high-powered, lethal weapon. This modified 4-piece design includes our peerless "Power Rev TM " core wrapped in our state of the art modified, multi-colored ProTracktion TM coverstock. The flare potential is medium to high and the hook rating is off the charts. It has the same hook potential as the Enforcer TM with a different hook on the lanes. I just got this ball from my coach it had been plugged and drilled once before i got it and now once more to fit my grip, i couldnt bee more happy with this ball, it's 3 to 4 years old and it out hooks my freak by at leats 5 to 10 roards. it absolutely jumps on the backend but i leave the solid 9, whats seems like at least once a game. but other than that this is an awesome all i've always wanted to try it out having read numerous reviews on it and i know now what the fuss was all about, AN EXCELLENT EXCELLENT BALL!!!!!!!!!!

Two 300's already with this ball (one wood/short-light oil, one synthetic/medium-medium oil), and waiting for more. I love the way this ball allows me to play on most lane conditions and surfaces, allowing me to bring less equipment to the lanes. The shot is consistant inside or out, sweeping hook or down and in. The only time this ball doesn't react the way I expect it to is when I screw up the shot. I have used Columbia, Brunswick and Storm equipment before (and keep trying new balls), but in the end I always seem to fall back on Track equipment. Can't wait until the remake comes out......Anytime now Track, the Assassin has been in my bag for a few years now and will soon need to be replaced!!!

Review 1: At first I had this ball drilled 5 x 4 1/2 with the pin over the ring finger and the CG below it no weighthole. This ball was great for the flatter Medium-Heavy oil sport shot with flying backends that I was playing on in a sport league in the spring. This ball enabled me to keep it in play while swinging 15-9 and gave me a few boards more to miss than the rest of the competition. I felt comfortable missing right because this ball rolls so heavy in the midlane that it had enough energy to carry the light hits and if I missed a board or two left I was able to go high enough in the pocket to leave a makeable 4 pin or 4-7 combination. On a house shot this was equally good except that the ball would check up way too early if it got in the dry part of the lane around 30 feet or so. Review 2: I redrilled this ball 1 1/2 x 4 according to the drill sheet for more of a Hook-stop reaction. Now I love this ball even more. It enables me to play the drier part of the lane witho

this is a very hard hitting ball i stand center dot and swing it to the second arrow it really goes long. i really wish I could get my hands on a undrilled ball. this ball really reminds me of the enforcer remake it hits just as hard but the assassin will always be my faverite ball because it really hits like a mack truck.the way i have got mine drilled is pin right above fingers kick the cg out 1/4 of an inch an when they say assassin they mean assassin because it just crushes the pins.

Overall this is one hell of a good striking ball and has a lot of power behind its hits. This ball lives up to name Assassin, because it pretty much kills the pins. Very consistant. Insane amount of hook. Hits the pins very hard. Works well on medium to heavy oiled. I love this ball it was worth the money by far. If you have a chance to buy this ball do it and then brag to all your friends that you ball is better than thiers. The colors of this ball look really good and go with the name

I bought this ball to fill up the gap between my heavy oil particle ball and my old dry shot/spare urethane ball. Well, unless I throw It more than 20 mph into heavy carrydown, this baby will strike from anywhere. Let it climb 30 boards ore more to roll out and the core (aided by the angle) will carry. Normaly you won't keep a any particleball for that many games that I've got on this but as the surface wears down I change the layout and nowadays I use it for medium/dry shots and that's why a used Assassin still is a good buy. The Assassin will never die! (PS. The Core is simular in the'new' Enforcer and the Big Foot particle Money)<scri

The first night I threw this ball, it was a slide, turn and burn! The reaction was fun to watch but unfortunately I couldn't keep it off of the nose! So, to tame the snap, I hit it with a scuff pad and moved to an inside-out shot. This did the trick perfectly! Ball turns quick but even and holds the line with ease. This ball will take advantage of the average house shot and can hold it's own in all but the heaviest of oil. Even a dry shot is not a problem as long as you adjust for the roll-out. Carry is better than average leaving the occasional 8 or 9 pin on a high flush hit but not many end pins.

One of my leagues Cycles through the 5 patterns used on the PBA tour and, as expected, myself and many others suffered through some tough sets. About 6 weeks ago, I noticed one of my friends/competitors had brought 2 four-ball rollers filled with some older balls he'd used over the years. His purpose was to "get rid of some junk" I bought the Assassin from him for $25 and our span was similar so I threw it that night. Well, I won 2 jackpots that night (279,214, and 266 --759) good for $88!! This ball holds it's energy and then makes the move to the hole! My average in this league went from 189 to 206 in 5 nights work (three 7's and two high 6's) Try one of these old "junk" balls for yourself, if you can find one, that is!!

I'm a lefty stroker, a right handed person gave me this ball for free. It had a huge scar on it, but it wasn't near my track, so I didn't care about that. I had it plugged. Pin placement was 1". After I got it drilled, I took it for a test run. First few shots I had to adjust the thumb, blah blah blah, but the first game I got with it (with adjustments) was 223. Not too bad, considering if it was perfect, it would have been probably around the 260 range. Haven't played much games with it yet at other houses, I will tell more later. So far, it's a rockin' ball. I threw it straight up the 10th board with medium revs and it'd rip the deck apart. 10th board to 5th board works, as well. Only about two 7-pins with the ball so far. It also keeps the pins low, so they don't go flying around and miss other pins -- huge advantage... just like the TKO.

i refuse to get rid of this ball, i've used this ball on a variety of shots and have found it to be versitile and adaptive to the shot. just by changing the position of my wrist i can get the ball to do just about anything that i could want. always moves regardless of the oil pattern. have thrown it on flooded conditions and it still wanted to move when none of my other balls would move - beats out my Icon, Ricochet, Messenger and La Nina. less aggressive then my Mass Chaos though, but beats it out in versitility.

This is a "BAD *SS" ball on the right conditions! This ball revs up really nice! On a tapered pattern, oiled up to 35 feet, consider the rack ASSASSINATED! With carry-down, flatten it out for a good hit! This is a very versatile ball! It's good for the big hook or down and in! A good weapon to add to your arsenal! The description was a little misleading. I purchased this "particle" ball for an early hook. However, I found it to definitely be a reactive ball. Long, heavy, flat oil patterns are death for this weapon. The Assassin is a good looking, high rev BOMB! I love it! <scr

i had 3 assassins in my career- i drilled them all different - an they all do the same thing -- it sux--- this ball doesnt carry anything - u can make all the adjustments u want u will still leave the nice 10 pin with the 6 just layin in the ditch... i had a bit of success with this ball for one game when i polished it to 3000 + plus put on car polish to make the ball go super long. still hit like a marshmellow but i did manage to shoot a 250 game. this is one the my least favorite track balls of all time
