this is the best ball with which I been played bowling is a ball that has much hook in all the conditions of oil and has much backend and hit like a bomb i think the only problem of these ball is the color but that dont be a prblem because the ball just make strikes but if you dont roll the ball in the exsactly angle the ball can leave some eight pins or nine pins but thas com with this sports these ball recomended for me from arturo quintero one great PBA player and a great palyer in Europe etc. thanks Arturo and owlingballreviews.com for this site

Well it has been a long time since I've posted any reviews, but I thought I would do some and start with this one. I drilled one of these when they sent me the staff balls. Layed it out with the pin 4 3/4 from my PAP and the RAD on my leverage line. If I bowled on a shot with heavier oil in the heads and fresh backend the ball was great. But once the fronts burned up the ball would seem to lose some pop. So I was a little skeptical. I have not had the greatest success with the XFactor line. For me the mid price balls Storm makes work better. So with this in mind I called Steve Klompken at Storm. I explained my dilema and what I thought I needed to try. He recommended putting the pin much farther from my PAP. So I drilled another one on Friday. I put the pin 6 1/4 from my PAP and the RAD on my leverage line. I personally didn't think this would work because generally when I put pins past 5 1/4 from my PAP the ball pukes. I practiced on a 42 foot sport pattern with a good amount of o

this is a great ball with good carry except some light hits leave 7 pins first 3 games i shot 704 in league then 637 next day with 7 splits combined but 45 strikes to match the 7 splits...this ball hits like a train and carries very well just make sure if you throw the ball bad you throw it to hard and not too slow. better to have it hook and hit light then miss the head pin to the left. my brother is getting used to his now he shot 700 today but not so good yesterday...

This ball is the first High price ball I bought since the Tramua Recovery(which I didn't care for) It is a great ball that will work on flooded conditions with clean back ends, beware once the heads go put this ball away as it will over hook no matter how flat your wrist is. for Med condition I would recommend to go very Deep with your break point. For dry conditions NOT RECOMMENED AT ALL! Have not used on a sport shot yet! Ball is very forgiving except when you pull it!! Adjust to changing speeds very well

I went from only having a Trauma ER for a Storm ball and wanted to try another one, other than the fact that the ball was two years old and had only god knows how many games on it. So I was researching and the specs between the ball seemed very similar except this ball is more aggressive. Keep the ball with the factory finish or put some polish on it because it's going to grab anything it can and just hook out the house. I definately like the ball especially for sport condition. So if you're looking for something that will add some hook in your game get this ball and some sort of leverage drilling, then have a nice day and pray for some oil out there!

this ball to me is a fear factor with some color and finish adjustments still an awesome ball though. basically i have a label drilling. its starts into a roll early and still creates a big bang at the pins. however on a later shot the corners dont seem to blow out like they do on a fresh shot. carry down seems to kill the carry. but it is a great fresh shot ball. litterally scatters the pins around. i really do like it. a must for every player and i dont have a fancy drilling. but with most of the heavy oil balls i have i tend to like them a game or so into the night and then put it away after a set or set and a half.

This is the best ball I have ever used. Storm has really out done there selves this time. How could you possibly make a better ball than this one. I wish I bowled every night of the week because I love this ball more than my wife!! There isn't really much more that I can say about this AWSOME BALL. If you don't have one you NEED to go out and get one. I really feel bad for all those pins out there with a ball on the market like this. All I wonder is what is next? What can storn produce to make a better ball than this one? This is gods bowling ball. There isn't anything on the market that can keep up with the action and looks of this ball!! What else can enyone need..

Great ball for the money, I am going to try another synthetic shot to see if it is the ball or just the shot I was on. Rolls similar to my Super Charge but with a little more backend. Not for the average bowler and definetely not for dry lanes. Recovered nicely from the outside on a couple of dump shots. Surprisingly, did not leave a lot of 9 pins with how strong the ball finishes for me. I do not have the ball drilled the strongest, but it still outhooks my Super Charge. Great addition to my Storm collection. Color is ok and the fragrance is just right, not to strong or light.

i got this ball today and couldnt wait to see what it would do. it was more than i expected. this thing can hook. the triple x is by far the best ball that storm has ever made.its my new favorite.the triple x crushed the pocket all night long. with storm making balls like this it will keep me buying from there company. i was playing second arrow on medium to heavy oil. i only had the ten pin one time because it kick it out basically every time. this ball will give you a break to it doesnt leave impossible splits because it hits so hard. its almost illegal for the pins not to go down with this ball.i cant wait to see what storms next master piece is.

I was lucky enough to pick this ball up before most pro shops had them in stock. Had it drilled stacked, Pin about an inch above the bridge, CG in the palm, this gave me exceptional length and the flip was tremondous. Can play very deep with this ball and still recover just do not hit the dry to early or the results will be very very bad. Storm has made some great bowling equipment over the years and this is a great addition to the X-Factor line which in my opinion is the best in bowling. I will continue to buy and use storm equipment.<scrip

i got this ball last night and i drilled it with the pin above the ring finger and the c.g. kick out. this ball hooked hard. hits hard it keeped the pins low for a good carry rate. i left one 10 pin in 4 games with this ball. the carry with this ball is on beliveable i shot games of 232, 206, 259, 238. with no practice shots. this ball i think is one of the best out there. if you are cranker you will love this ball. as hard as this ball brakes and as hard as it hits how can any cranker not want this ball right now.

Got this ball 1/25/04: Ball Specs(Box): 15lb 5oz,3.5 Top Weight, 3" pin. Drilled ball pin above ring finger, RAD 1 1/2" right of thumb. Threw 6 games of practice on fresh oil(45 feet-synthetic). Ball has excellent back-end and rips through the deck, to me it reacts alot like my DEUCE(drilled the same)but with an even sharper break. The ball is very impressive if pushed to far right, it has excellent recovery. Pulled shots hold very well also, but that may be due to the oiling pattern. I own all five of the X-Factor's and I would rank the XXX the most aggressive with length, but not as skid/snappy as the RE-LOADED.

LIKES: hard hitting storm ball. typical roll, pin punishing power, great ball for sport shot! Will always roll forward, and is very forgiving! Out hooks response, and xfactor. DISLIKES: the 5th cherry smelling ball?? get some new scents! they got the charge, eraser blaze, trauma er, and now this!! cmon something new is in need! IF YOU WANT A BALL THAT YOU CAN USE CONSISTENTLY AT DIFFERENT HOUSES, ON DIFFERENT OIL PATTERNS, THIS IS THE BALL! FOR A POWER PLAYER, THIS BALL GETS DOWN THE LANE, AND DOES NOT LOSE POWER IN THE BACKEND. WILL COME BACK ON ANY CONDITION, EXCEPT FOR EXTREMELY HEAVY OIL
