I love the way this ball moves! It is my go to ball and is very reliable. If you hit high or light, it still seems to carry. I have shot some of my best games with this ball. I havent had it to long, but im hoping i still love it then. It goes very clean through the front and snaps hard at the backend. I can play a lot of lines, from straight up, to throwin it out deep. Carry down can hurt it a bit as it may slide down to far, but that can be adjusted for pretty easily

I am getting a XXX and i tried one out recently and shot a 788 when i have a 154 average. This is going to increase my game so much. I used to have a 14lb V2 Particle where i shot form the 2nd arrow on the right. I threw it VERY FAST and the ball never had time to hook. With my storm XXX i shoot from the 2nd arrow on the LEFT hand side now and the ball comes right back into the pocket. When i dont pull my ball enough the ball hits brooklynn and still knocks them all down. I use a 16lb so i throw slower with more hook so i pull it more than others. I dont know what i would have done without the ball.

The triple X-Factor is a great ball especialy for the tournement . The triple X-Factor have a little resemble with the my X-Factor. This ball is awsome. The triple X-Factor hava Rad 3, a reactive pearl, the lane condition is medium to heavy oil. Great hook on the synthetic. I have a feeling than this ball gonna make a succed just like the X-Factor & X-Factor Deuce. This ball smell like Cherry. I love the way than the ball goes on the lane. On the X-Factor series, tree on five of those ball was Pearl and it that the way i like to use some kind of those ball, i love it. One suggestion, buy this ball i'm sure your not gonna regret. After the X-Factor Series, what is the New master line series is going to be born. Well were gonna find out soon.

I really....REALLY love this ball. Bought it last week and had it drilled stacked leverage with the cg kicked out about 1 1/2 inches and pin right next to my fingers....w/ a weight hole. RAD placement very strong. I cannot believe how versatile this ball really is. I have been able to use this ball in heavy oil, medium oil and light oil (as long as the pattern is long). This ball has really complimented and possibly forced me into maybe selling my Re-Loaded as I may not need it anymore. I truly believe that EVERYONE should own this ball.<s

This is the best ball in the X-Factor series. It just has one of the most extrordinary hits that I have ever seen in a ball, and it has one of the most violent hooks ever produced. The ball does some interesting things if it is not thrown right. The coverstock is just superb with a tremendous flip on the backend of the lane. It does not matter what the price is because it is worth every cent. The backend reaction is just fabulous and it turns extremely well at the break point with one of the most angular finishes ever. Buy this ball and buy it now.

I bought this ball to replace my ER Trauma and so far I'm very pleased with my choice. I took straight out of the pro-shop to the lanes and threw a 279 - 259 - 278. It has has a consisted roll, good spin in the oily part of the lane, a predictable breack point and it hits the pins like a high speed train. Even when you are slightly off your mark, it still keeps searching for the ideal line. No surprises with this ball, but if you pull it, it tends to slide too far. And ... it smells great<

gets tru the heads v well, interesting backend reaction.. very very very lengthy, good for ppl hu need length as well as backend recovery.. very forgiving on the pocket, lives v little pin 10s, even if it does it will b knocked out by the 6th or the 1st.. excellent pin carry.. sometimes too lengthy, esp on long oil, doesnt come back as much, but still hits like a truck!... gets tru the heads v well, interesting backend reaction.. very very very lengthy, good for ppl hu need length as well as backend recovery.. very forgiving on the pocket, lives v little pin 10s, even if it does it will b knocked out by the 6th or the 1st.. excellent pin carry.. sometimes too lengthy, esp on long oil, doesnt come back as much, but still hits like a truck!...

The XXX has the best skid-roll-hook characteristics of any ball that I have previously owned. Mine is drilled leverage (4" X 1 1/2", pin under and slightly right of ring finger, CG out near VAL) with RAD in strong position, but closer to the VAL. This is what the Zones of the Nineties were, but FAR better! This ball can send messenger after messenger on odd or even light hits. Very few corners are left standing because of the superb energy retention and hitting power of this ball. Storm has done their homework well; they are truly THE bowler's company!

good consistent reaction when you hit your mark not alot of over/under. if you pull it, it tends to slide too far, if you do make the pocket it doesn't carry very well! I find i need a decent backend to get the ball to hook but when i do get backend it hooks plkenty!I really enjoy using this ball on the right condition but find it a little bit picky on conditions especially for a Storm ball.Overall a very good ball not my best storm but still very good carry is one of its best attribute

Awesome ball. Hit the pocket and nothing left standing. Got out of my line and was forgiving enough to still hit pocket light leaving only a 6pin. Get to far out and watch out. Left hand turn Clyde and still smash the pocket. Havent left many 10pins standing. Heck, havent left much standing at all. Go buy it and slam the pocket and go for the big score. Its awesome!! Worth the money. Smells nice too. Just make sure to have it drilled corectly for you. If you do, you will not be dissapointed. I have to type 100 words but I do not have any more GOOD things to say about this ball. More I use the more I love.

This ball has a large pin-out (4 3/4"), thus the choices for layout were limited. With that said, I chose a very aggressive layout to allow the ball to go long with a strong flip/arc in the backend. The Pin is placed about 1 ¾” above my bridge, which relates to a distance of 6" from my PAP. The CG is placed directly at the center of my span. The MB is located about 2 ½” right of my thumbhole. I had hoped to place the MB at the center of my VAL and track (the strong flip position), but due to the asymmetrical design of the core (coupled with the very large pin-out) the best I could do was an MB which was located about half-way between my VAL and Strong position. The ball did not require a balance hole. This layout naturally provided about ½ ounce of finger weight and ¼ ounce of negative weight. This layout was as near perfect as I could have hoped for. The ball moves cleanly through the heads and generates a strong flip/arc as it reads the dry backend. With the MB l

this is my second review to this ball. since i got this i won my first 2 tournaments,i have had a 749 series and i also have a 278 game. All of these i have acommplished with this ball. All my other balls have stayed in my bag because of the varity of shots you can play. i have played on heavy oil to even burnt dry lanes and still kept up the high games. You will not beleive how much hook this really has. i was playing third arrow on heavy oil and throwing great shots. i whipped out my deuce to compare the hook and my duece slid right to the ten pin. This is the greatest ball of all time!!

this is the best ball with which I been played bowling is a ball that has much hook in all the conditions of oil and has much backend and hit like a bomb i think the only problem of these ball is the color but that dont be a prblem because the ball just make strikes but if you dont roll the ball in the exsactly angle the ball can leave some eight pins or nine pins but thas com with this sports these ball recomended for me from arturo quintero one great PBA player and a great palyer in Europe etc. thanks Arturo and owlingballreviews.com for this site
