RAD Ingenious in design, the RAD (Radial Accelerating Dual Density Disk) Motion Control Technology generates a differential of .013 between the "Y" and "Z" axis. WEIGHT BLOCK Comprised of lighter materials this weight block works in tandem with its unique shape to enhance the influence of the RAD. REV BLOCK Achieving a lower radius of gyration and optimum entry angle is accomplished by anchoring the rev block to the bottom of the weight block. COVERSTOCK Using 33% less MICA than other pearlized reactive coverstocks, the ACCU-Tread™ Mystic Pearl contains a balanced uniformity which increases overall consistency and unleashes explosive backend energy. X FACTOR The X Factor is the new standard of excellence and its exceptional engineering lends to a multitude of drilling options and reaction characteristics that cater to a bowler's specific needs.

My Review of the X factor stands after 100 games this ball is still great and to all the guys writing bad reviews on storm without throwing them I suggest you stop before you loose credibility I spend many hours a day bowling for reviews and honistly if you cant score with this ball you need to take a lesson.

Original review below

With little surprise, the X-Factor fills a gap in my Arsenal this ball drilled Rev Leverage has a unique hit unlike the roaring core powers or Hammers Slamming vicious this Ball hits like a sward what? A Sward you know a thin blade like sound that is so unique Playing on a tough shot the ball is quite forgiving I was able to go from gutter shot to deep inside and out the ball is simply a dream to throw. This ball revs at an extreme rate and simply does not stop revving then when it hits the break point it makes a powerful move to the pocket slicing through the pins as if they are not even there. The X-Factor is a Strike Factor for sure. This ball is cl

I hate the whole minimum 100 words thing. Anyway, crankers will LOVE this ball. It fits them the best, it will CRUSH everything in sight if they get it anywhere close to the right place at the breakpoint. It has the heavy power of an LRG, and the snap of a pearl designed to skid/snap. Those two together are a deadly combination. I've thrown 15 games with it, and have only left 3 ten pins. I have left a lot of splits, which do seem frequent because it tends to over hook sometimes. All I can say is that you will NEVER leave a washout unless you miss your shot terribly. The ball will always make it back to the pocket.

Wow!! a strong Y spinning ball from strom. They out did them selves... I was shocked when I saw the add for it. I believe this is there attempt at the freak design. They did a great job if it was. This ball carries well and hooks a ton for a straight up reactive pearl ball.. I had it drilled 3-1/2 by 5 . It tanks down the lane well and storms back hard, very continuous.. If you haven't liked storm for a while for what ever reason this is the ball to buy.... For the die hards ( you storm junkies ) you'll love this one.... For all of you fans of the northwest much love to you all Corey
