Box Specs 1"-2" Pin 3.88oz TW 15 lbs 4 oz. Intro In this review, I hope to relay how much I love throwing this ball.\, and give you, the reader, the information you're looking for. I feel that, in a review, one's style of bowling should be included. Also, any cover changes should be relayed. This is important so that you, the reader, will know why a ball reacts the way it does. I also think, to be most informative, the reviewer should give his or her opinion on how the ball reacts on the three main conditions that any active bowler comes across. It is of my personal opinion that a rating system be introduced, and then rate the ball on several characteristics a ball should have. A bowling ball should be rated on the following: Predictability Controllability Hit Hook Aggressiveness. My Style Power Tweener 15-16mph Slightly above average revs Comfort line with Eraser PBT: 15-10 Drilling I was looking for the biggest skid/flip ball one could find. I found it, an

I bought this ball over 18 months ago. I used it in one particular house for league and kept a 215 average. I shot 299, 300 and a 770 with it in that particular league. Time and time again it has proven to be a reliable ball. It has a consistent roll and smooth arc. Wether playing inside or out, straight up or swinging it out and in, it has been a proven performer for me. I consider myself to be a better than average house bowler and a struggling amateur in the bigger tournaments. The Eraser has been a good mid-price ball that has helped me stay out of last in those tournaments. I hope that Storm keeps this line around for a long time.

STORM RULES!!!! The Eraser is still my ball for the synthetic lanes as the strike ball for the oil. I have adjusted the positioning of my wrist to give it more lift and speed. Therefore, I have given the ball more power for the pins to suffer through, but i have no remorse for the pins especially the 10 pin. Speaking of that loser 10 pin, it's no longer a burden to live with because the Eraser doesn't like the 10 pin anymore!!! But this ball has more backend hook than it used to since I have changed my approach and positioning of my wrist. It doesn't cross over into the 1-2 pocket anymore and I get good results because of it. But if it does, normally I will leave a 10 pin which isn't a problem because that is probably once every three games. Also, since I have changed my technique, I have become much more consistant and I have at leat a 230 every time I use this ball. I usually leave the alley with a good 195 or better average unlike what I used to leave with. This ball will

After almost a year of using this ball evry where i go bowling it still hooks as much as it did when i got it and still hits like a freakin truck!!!! it has increased my average bye about 50 pins. the ball is very forgiving, seems to find the pocket anywhere u throw it. and will hook on anything u throw it on. It's an awsome ball and i think everyone should own one. storm did an awsome job in creating this ball and i hope to see more balls like this in the futre . yours truly, GInuwine

I got my Eraser about 6 months ago. I mainly got it because I have a friend who used to constantly beat me with it and both of us throw almost the same way. Plus I've read good reviews about it. When I got that ball on the lanes, I found my best ball ever! I threw strike after strike and I was amazed at what it did for me. Now, I've been entering adult leagues and tournaments at my local bowling center and have been winning almost always. My advice, GET AN ERASER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile you've been Erased!

this is the first ball out of my bag. it will give you a good starting point to work with. must of the time on freshly oiled lanes i do not have the pick up anything else. it is a very forgiven ball in case it is put too far out. it will work it's way back to the head pin. it carries well too so hitting little will take a few more pins with it to pull you out from behind the hard spot. i would recommend this ball if you like to throw a nice even hook on medium oil 3/4 length.

Ball specs- 15lbs, 2.08 top, 1.5" pin Drill Specs- Pin @ 4:30, mb on VAL(storm front layout# 2) I got this ball as a test piece, I wanted to try a new drill pattern, that's why I chose a ball that had been thoughly tested by others. I drilled this ball on a high flare layout to combat heavy carry down on a medium shot I had been struggling on. It had to have good length and flip characteristics to start with and drilling would reinforce the flipping on the end. I wanted to play deep inside away from everyone else to get a better line. I quickly found out in a practice session that I was getting exactly what I wanted. At start they were fresh so I struggled through the first game and half. Then the carry down appeared and I finished the session with 15 of the last 17. I was playing 35-8 and at about 45' it would flare up, turn and smash the rack. Absolutly no over/under here. I have never got lined up so good with a new ball that fast. I am impressed and excited that a shot in th

I absolutely love this ball. I hope it will help me cash in at this weekends local tourney. I score well with it anywhere I go and it helped me raise my average 10 pins over the course of the winter. I am going for another 10 pin increase over the summer and this ball is going to take me there. I love the way it carries through the heads and then "SNAP", right into the pocket and all 10 fall everytime. I wish there were more balls in this price range that had the reaction, snap, and pop that this ball does. Great Job Storm!!

An excellent ball. First, I will start by saying that my ball is not what most people look for when buying this type of ball. I bought mine with low topweight of 1.88 ounces before drilling, and a 1.5" pin in. With finalized recommendation from the proshop director, we put a 4x4 drilling on it. So, in conclusion: Pin placement - 1.5" Top weight before drilling - 1.88 oz Drilling - 4x4 Some details about my game are as follows: Handedness - Right Comfort speed - 15-16 MPH Approximate revcount - Above average Average - 205 Style - Tweener Preferred line: Stand - 30 Throw - 20 Breakpoint - 7 I will cover the three main conditions most people come in contact with. Those being the first shift mens league heavy oil shot, the typical medium house shot, and the dry lane house shot. This particular mens shot has slick heads, to a lesser extent midlanes, and fresh backends. So of course, with a 4x4 drilling on a 1.5" pin ball, it being pearlized, and me having above eve

Well I drilled this ball up to go long and finish hard in the backend. So I drilled it up with the pin just right from the ring finger and CG in my centerline of grip. From all the great things I've heard about this ball I got to say alot of it was true. I stand about 25 swing it to about 5 and it come back great. But if you run into alittle oil you might want to stand about 10 and throw str8 up 5. Depends on the way you throw this ball. Great ball for your typical house shot. I would also recommed to put alittle more polish on this ball if you wanted some to go alot longer on those dryer conditions. Great ball by storm and has been a hot seller for quite some time.

i give this ball a 10 out of 10. It works everywhre Ive through with it but the ball overall really likes to work when it's oily in the inside and dry on the outside and you just throw down to about the 10 board and that ball should come right in for ya but you gotta have some finger on the ball!!! So if your looking for a ball Get the Eraser it's a really good ball and it last's a really long time plus it looks pretty nice!!! So get out and get the Eraser!!!

THIS BALL IS GREAT YOU CAN SEND IT OUT ANY WHERE ON THE LANE AND IT JUS COMES ZOOMING BACK AND HITTING THE PINS SO DAMN HARD. IT EVEN STAYS CALM FOR FRIED HEADS THIS IS MY FAVORITE BALL I USE IT EVERY GAME. GOOD JOB BY STORM I GIVE THIS BALL A 10 OUT OF TEN CAUSE IT'S VERY VERSITILE U CAN USE IT ON ALMOST ANY LANE CONDITION

I Bought this ball about 2 weeks ago... and I'm happy that I did. I've been out of bowling for about 13 years and finally started up again this past fall.(league) I was throwing a Red Hammer I've had since 1988... until now. I have this ball drilled for big back end with the pin 1" above my ring finger (kicked out about 45 deg) , cg out to the right of my grip, and a weight hole a little further out on the axis. Ball specs: 16lbs top weight @ 4.02 pin @ 3-3.5 This ball fits my style to a 'T'. (see profile) Set the ball at your mark and it does all the rest. Very impressive. I can even pitch it out a bit and it still has enough motor to make it back home. Wow. The first week I had it , I had a 256, 257 and several 200+ games. Not too shabby, considering my average is 177. Shouldn't take long to get to scratch with this ball... Great job, Storm. Mac

I Love this ball alomst as much as my el nino gold. I keep this one polished, it's drilled w/the pin the ring finger, the cg kicked out to the right center of the span and no extra hole. The versitilty of these storm balls is terrific. This ball hits hard, has no trouble turning the corner, and lets you get away w/tugging it. Would give it a 10, if it wasn't for the lack of carry on the 10pin. One of the greatest storm balls in my opinion, and many others as well. The pleasure has been yours. The great one

Top weight 2.86 Weight-15pd Pin-2.5 inchs Drilled 12:00 Stack leverage with small weight hole 7/16 wide and 2 inches deep. Polished with Ebonite Factory Polish Lane Condition-House shot that is flooded with snappy backends (mainly a lot of people through down and in) pattern goes to 38ft and buffed down to 42ft. I start off with a straight wrist, standing on the 20 board, rolling the ball over the 8 board and roll out to 4 board with a very hard roll on the last 8ft of the lane, but by the end of the day I have to move at least 6-8 boards. I can get away with tugging the ball a little and still carry a high strike but if I roll it out to far it slides and hits either light in the pocket or the three pin. Lane Condition- Reverse Block, oiled down to 35ft outside ten boards on both sides are soaked, in through the middle are very lightly oiled. There are two ways to go at this one stand behind the ball return and throwing it through the oil and having it sail out and snap ba

This ball is the greatest league ball ever. IT is also a steal for the price, it makes a good tourenment ball for me cause i can change the surface easily. It has had polish, sanding and heavy duty cleanings and never lacked preformance that storm promised. The ball is good for anybody but the most extreme players. I am med speed, med-high revs bowler that has a lot of use for this ball. But i have had to give it up cause the coverstock is heavly track and i don't want to sand it again cause the logos are nearly gone. But it will lat for the normal league player.

This ball will slid as long as there's any oil under it, then when it hits the dry it takes off. It plays well when you using a down and in shot, or you can play deep and send it right out to the gutter because it slids so well in the oil, then when it hits the backend it has more energy to dart back in again. You will like this ball if you are a player who's revs outweigh their speed and struggle to keep the ball outside. I just bought mine (from Buddies for a bargain price - $86) so i will post another review when i get more of an idea what pattern and line will suit it. So far though...recommended!
