The X-15 has triple combination weights and a thick shell made in two hardnesses/finishes for either short or heavy oil. An innovative, hard-hitting ball, it's already proving to be a leader by keepign pins low and mixing.

This ball was in its time about 15 years ago. The lanes were crowned and resin was still a glith in someone's eye. The ball moved in conjunction to lane conditions. I'm not complaining I made my investment with it so it was well worth it. Today it would be a good spare ball or when you have to bowl in a house where the mechanic gets canned or sleeps in from a hangover. Keep a piece of urethane around in your bag so you do not expereince too much reaction. Good luck finding one for its value $15 or less, maybe free
