***This ball is pre Force 10 material and best fits in this section since there is no section for the classic MSG bowling ball Circa 1976 MSG Vintage. Anybody remember this old beast. When throwing on toast or lighter to even medium conditions this ball will likely be my go to ball for next season. This is a very neat bowling ball, nice color, and she turns very smoothly for my style. This ball was before its time, featuring a pre faball hammer type core, thats right this thing has a 2-piece baseball sized core beneath the label. Also, to note it has a very interesting pin and it is pinned from both sides of the ball. Apparently this thing claimed 14 PBA titles with the 76-77 MSG. The Production years were from 1975-77. Video Link so you guys can see a peice of bowling history going down the lane. Its got a very nice turqouise color! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bijTdWz5RTg&feature=user

This comes with a solid punch and does drive through the pins quite well for its old age. This is pre hammer material. When the lanes get heavier in oil sand this thing up and it will grip well as this is a particle ball and is not completely plastic. It does feel and grip similer to a urethane and is said to have some urethane in it. In my opinion it is very comparable to the pink hammer. Really nice and smooth rolling bowling ball. Video Link - Shot a nice 256 in practice with this old gem http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1K2-sd71PoE

This company was first Midwest Sports Group, then SLP Incorporated and finally taken over by Track, Inc. Early Track Balls such as the Track 10, Enforcer, and Track Pearl are actually Star Traks with the Track label stamped on them. Guppy Troup won a tournament in 1984 with the Force 3, and George Pappas also endorsed them. The Force 10 also has a PBA title to its' credit. The last owner, Dick Haas still lives in Kent, Oh. I wrote him a letter to see if he had any of them available for sale. A lot of these balls can still be found on the internet. I also sent the webmaster here a history on Star Trak and I am waiting for him to update this site. Dick told me 14 PBA events were won with the 1976-1977 MSG Star Trak.
