this ball is awsome i thow a zone command and this the cammand does great for lanes with dry back ends but when it starts to get some carry down it stops moving thats when i pull out the roto-grip. this ball is amazing for lanes with no back end. i have never seen a ball move so much on a lane with alot of oil. i think this is probley the best comanations of balls the only problem is the zone command is discontinued. P.S. Roto-Grip has the coolest spare ball ever the tire ball is the best looking strait ball in the world.

Had to switch to #14 due to arthiritis....but anyway this ball is still phenomonal. For some reason the ball came 1500 grit dull and i did't like the reaction. So I polished it to 1000 grit and she retained more energy for the backends.. Drill is one of my favorites, Pin above bridge and cg kicked one inch out (almost 45 degrees). Smooth transition thru the heads with good midlane reads .Swishing, high flush oops stone 8... Damn I just love this equipment... Go Roto Grip!!!! Go Roto Grip..Go Roto Grip..Go Roto Grip...Go Roto you know what I mean...

now i have to correct the part about where i play this ball. i am left handed and i stand 25 drift about 5 boards right. i look at the foul line when i release so i have two marks to aim for at the foul line i aim for 5th dot and on the lane the 3rd arrow and push it out to 3 board for the breakpoint. my house which used to be a dry house has recently started oiling in the medium range or medium to heavy range. i got this ball back in december, ( little christmas present for my self ), i had planned on getting it since its release. i had a little trouble at first with the ball because i under estimated the hook and was playing to tight of a line causing it to snap hard and leave a lot of 2-4-7 combinations. After i figured out the problem the ball just performed like a dream. i have had at least three 250's. then i bowled a tournament ( i guess i should im a youth bowler in case you think you saw me at a tournament ) with the ball i threw a 279, went first three, solid 8 spa

Well i needed a backend ball and this was it i mean it really was a big life saver when i need the backend game but it wasnt able to be done on oil and i couldnt alway tell when it was going to snap on me. other then that i cant give this ball much hate because it was free and it got great reaction off my hand. i resently changed it up with my new over drive. i cant give it a review because it isnt on the columbia page to be able to be posted yet. yet it will come soon. anyway i would love this ball if it was able to be fallowed better. o0ther then that a great backend ball. buy one very nice suprise.

This ball died in less than 50 games as you can see by other reviews that I dig Roto Grip, however this one was a waste of $$$ for me. Tried it on med. house shot, oily houseshot, tournament shot, dry-light shot, second shift shot this thing is a true buzz kill. Please avoid this one like the plague, stay with roto's other equipment and you'll have no problems. I do know some other rollers that have this ball and like it,mine is set-up very simular to thiers and it S***S. SORRY ROTO GRIP. MAYBE THATS WHY THEY CAME OUT WITH THE RS1. HEY I GAVE THIS BALL TO A BUDDY AND HE THINKS IT'S A TRUE MACHINE

Well the RotoGrip company has been making great forward progress with some help from Storm. Most of there new stuff are weapons. Including the Resurrection, My ball is drilled with a 5-1/2 pin from PAP, with about 70 games on it, Pin: between my fingers. Cg: 2 inchs right. Mb: strong position. It has a balance hole off my PAP line, This layout I chose is for length and pop, also is different from my other balls. I sanded it too 700-800 grit, so I could use it on heavier patterns and so it wouldn't be so jumpy on the backends. I throw a med- high rev ball, 16mph. Let me tell you this ball is agressive and hard too control if the backends are drier. You may a seen my other reviews, and this is my only ball that is sanded in my bag. It gives me a different look, which is why I have it. Honestly the resurrection is nothing special, but it will get the job done and never quit. RotoGrip is becoming a great company I hope too bye some other balls by them. Oh yea I own a Apocalypse th

Picked up one of these brand new because of my success with the Blue Retro Roto. After talking to my driller about this ball and what it was supposed to do we decided and drilling it pin above ring finger, cg swung right with a side hole taken out. First time out - Medium heavy with decent carry down. - Ball just did not want to react, however, when ever it even hit the slightest dry it would start to hook, but not anything near the Blue or Red Retro Roto's. Was also a lot of over under with this ball. One ball would check up and dive through the nose, then the next ball on the same line wouldn't hit the head pin. Very disappointing. Second time, redrilled it with pin below the bridge, CG swung right. Same as above, but even more over under. Then I tried this ball at my normally very dry house, shot was light, bout 30 feet and clean backends. Finally the ball showed some promise. It went clean through the heads and made a nice arc to the pocket. To say the very lea

This ball rolled great new and it is even better with games on it. It has worn well, has kept true to it's word. The ball is simply the best ball I have thrown in years. I hope that Roto-Grip will out the core into a pearl version of this ball so I can try it on a drier surface. For the price of this ball it was worth even the gas price to drive my car to the pro-shop and pick it up. This ball simply has what it takes to make every one a good to great bowler. You can not go wrong with this ball.

Great ball. I have it drilled with the pin above the ring finger and CG kicked out about 3/4 of an inch. Smooth overall reaction, but if you get it out into the dry too early it will jump like crazy. It hits like a high performance ball, and carrys well as long as you are playing the correct line with hit. This ball is not a heavy oil ball at all, yet it is not for light oil either. It will shine on medium. A bowler with alot of hand or slower ball speed may be able to use this one med-heavy conditions. Roto Grip out did themselves when the created this beauty. I am very suprised that it has not sold more than it has. This ball has a place in every bowler's arsenal.

First night out the box, wood surface late shift league. Broken down house shot with carry down and over/under reaction. Not me 762. Sunday morning league, oiled over saturday nite league with stripped backend on Bruswick synthetics. Lay down at 22 to 12 at the arrows to about 7-8 at the break point. Oh my everyone struggling but me (725). Wed nite again almost the same conditions little more oil in the heads, can't complian 732. Glad I went back to RotoGrip. Great job with core and cover for my ball speed and releases. Very user friendly. They kept asking What ball is that?

Well I got this ugly little thing(Pinks not my color) in the mail a few weeks ago, and left right away to go drill it up. 15lbs 3.5" Pin 3.5oz of Top. Drilled 5x4 which required a decent sized weight hole to bring it back. I took it out and a pattern that the house was experimenting with a shot, it felt like 37-38" lots of oil in the heads and mids Pretty flat with strong backends. I threw all of 5 frames with it in the out of the box Dull surface. It was Waaaay too strong for this medium oil pattern, So I sprinted into the shop to polish this thing up and took it back out.....Now thats more like it. It was much more playable now, Started playing around 17-18 to 5 and really liked the way this ball moved, it had good length huge backend. Very Smooth too. The next thing I knoticed is how versitile the Resurrection is, I play up the boards or hook the whole lane with ease. The next thing that I liked is the carry, the Resurrection keeps the pins low sends them straight int

This ball hits like a freight train, The continuous back end motion of this ball is great. I think no matter your game this ball could be drilled to fit. I am totally impressed with the smooth roll. If you get this ball too early to the dry it will take off, but if you can keep it in the oil it will make a smooth transition and destroy the pins. The ball kept the pins low and the results were good as far as the corner pins go. If there was a complaint the ball hits too hard and you'll leave the pesty 8 or 9 pin. I have this ball drilled with the pin above and 3" over the fingers and the CG on the thumb side. O'h by the way did I mention this was a great ball.

Yes the RESURRECTION Ripps it up in the backend but there is alot of over under with this ball no matter what surface. This ball came out of the box kind of dull, So i had it polished it so it will fit my game. This ball rolled up a little sooner then the Apocalypse, so the RESURRECTION is the first ball out of my bag. Since It is very unpredictable, i dulled it back up, plugged, redrilled, and same result. I've rolled better. The best thing about this ball was it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Please visit www.hitvbowling.com for tournament information and results.

OVERALL THIS BALL IS ALRIGHT... I HAVE NOT HAD ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE A VERY GOOD REVIEW I GUESS BUT I LIKE THIS BALL ... IT'LL BE A GOOD BALL FOR NATIONALS. JUST NEED TO USE THE BALL SOME MORE AND SEE HOW IT DOES... NOT AS GOOD AS MY FEAR FACTOR OR DANGER ZONE. WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DRILL IT UP DIFFERENT IN A FEW DAYS. KEEP THIS BALL IN YOUR BAG IF IT IS TOO WET...WORKED VERY WELL AT MY STATE TOURNAMENT WHEN IT DRIED UP. I REALLY HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAY ABOUT THIS BALL
