Oracle

See what others cannot and you will harness the ability to predict victory. As your "eye" into the future, The Oracle is a high performance ball that combines an all new weight block and coverstock that is sure to fulfill your prophecy. The Cyclotron IV core delivers the energy from the moment it leaves your hand. This medium-low RG core creates enhanced revolutions in the body of the lane with non-stop energy through the pins. Surrounding this core is the Vision Particle coverstock. The combination of an aggressive solid reactive with a controlled load of particle allows for increased mid-lane and constant backend reaction. Traction is the key component and this one delivers on those medium to heavy oil pattern.

I was looking for a ball that can handle very oily conditions with a lot of carrydown. I was thinking of a low RG, high flaring, aggressive solid reactive sanded ball, but that wouldn't start early enough for what I wanted. The Oracle caught my eye because it had a strong core to begin with. The other heavy oil particle balls, Goliath, Flash Flood, Granite Gargoyle, etc., probably wouldn't have as good carry as the Oracle did. This seemed like the best possible solution for heavy oil. Not only you get a early predictable roll, you also get great carry from the Oracle. Besides being a particle ball, the only other dislike I have is that it is not good at being thrown at wide angles. This is a terrific oil ball from Roto-Grip but don't expect the Oracle to do anything grand on anything less than heavy oil.

I drilled this ball 3 3/4 by 3 3/4 pin alongside ring finger, cg in the thumb quadrent. Ball has a 1 1/8 inc weight hole 3 inches deep to leave ending weights of 3/4 posative side weight with 1/2 oz of thumb weight. Playing on our league shot which is a modified sport shot (out of bounds outside of 10) I am able to p;ay this ball from outside or inside angles although from the outside the ball is less consistant but i'm sure that is more the shot and me than the ball. The strong midlane read combined with the strong but controlable backend make this ball the first out of my bag when i see oil

Ok this my fourth review I done today. Rainy day and bored. I already had a oil ball. But the price was right so I gave the ball a try. Tried many Roto Grip balls in the past , was very happy with nearly all of them. I put a a little polish on this one(something different). The specs were 2.5 inches pin out. 3.0 top weight. I kicked the pin right in line with my ring finger with CG in. 3 inches from my PAP with a weight hole. I threw this ball in some wet / dry conditions , about 4 times and it worked great, every time. Can't wait to try the Oracle Vision.

this is one of the best balls i've thrown. i didn't pick up a ball for five months. threw twelve games once i started back. then i purchased the oracle. out of the box, threw two practice games and then my three league games. league went 266-246-298-810. this is my personal best series. only single pin left was a nine-pin. most recent balls i've thrown prior to this are blazing inferno, phenom unleashed, and triple x. all are good but none compare to the oracle. if you want a predictable ball with excellent carry, buy this ball.

First Off i wanted to say that my Apocalypse and Retro Resurrection DIED so i sold them. Anyways I bought this ball because i needed a ball that would be Aggressive on a FRESH Medium-Heavy Condition.............and that's what i got!! This ball reads the lane very well, forgiving at times, and it gets through the heads and rolls up nice into the 1,3. I used the Oracle about the same amount of games as my Apocalypse and Resurrection.........and it's still going STRONG!! So this is one of the best balls that i have thrown. SPECIAL THANKS TO HANK BOOMERSHINE, DEL BALLARD JR., AND ROGER (FROM ROTO GRIP) FOR HELPING ME OUT WITH MY GAME!! www.hitvbowling.com

Out the box.....246-265-290....got ball drill with most aggresive drill pattern, you can not over power this ball you must stroke it up the lanes . At ball was hitting high flush, but still carrying. Very versatile ball....First played up 10 then moved out to 5 last but not least played around 15....the movement on this ball was ungodly. With this ball my brunswick raging inferno,my brunswick inferno, and my hammer particle pearl; tournaments this year better be prepared. .....They should sign the check over to me............The Oracle has spoken......The Oracle has spoken........ The Oracle has spoken.......... The Oracle has spoken.......

We took the Apocalypse core and modified it to make it less Asymmetrical. This allows for a larger breakpoint and more continuation on the backend. Since there is very little split between the Y and the Z Axis we do not need to mark a Mass Bias on this ball. When we decreased the split between the Y and the Z axis this allows the ball more time to release the energy as it is traveling down the lane. When the ball is very strong to the Y axis it tries to get to its preferred spin axis very quickly, so if we use a very aggressive coverstock and a very aggressive core they both work to spin that ball out very quickly. This means roll-out and loss of energy. The oracle has a very aggressive solid particle coverstock on it with this more symmetrical core. This means a continuous release of energy as it travels down the lane. With this said I think you will find this match of coverstock to core will work for a wide variety of players on those medium to Heavy oil patterns.
