The Deep Impact is a mid-lane hard arcing ball that likes the oil but needs a touch of dry to get it to turn. If you are playing in oil, scuffing the ball with a Scotch Brite pad is recommended. For wet/dry, out of the box surface is excellent. The bowlers who like the Extreme Impact will love the Deep Impact as well. This ball rolls just a bit earlier, but the carbide gives it the hard arcing finish.
