This is a like it or hate it ball. On the right condition (light oil) it will put a smile on your face. It has a very readable move to the pocket on it's good conditions. Not a very big hooker but it has decent pop at the rack. Carry's sometimes in strange ways. Very effective when you can find enough dry in the center of the lane (3rd arrow). Nice colors. A friend of mine keeps trying to talk me into selling this ball to him. Even though it doesn't get as much play as some of my other stuff, I still like having it around. I use it on light mediums and under. When ever I can find a shot for it it's hard to put it down. At the same time on the wrong condition it will drive you nuts. If I didn't have some of the other stuff that I have to cover all of the other conditions I face, I couldn't justify keeping this ball. But since I do I will just enjoy the luxury for now

All in all I was pleased with the performance of this ball. I got this ball for dry lanes and it suited the conditions well. It hooks more than I expected for a medium oil ball. I have 7/8 finger weight and 1/8 positive side on it and it reacted a lot stronger than I figured it would. However this ball has a very consistant reaction, it is easy to figure out when it will work. If there is too much oil it will go a little long and leave a lot of corner pins. Even when there isn't a lot of oil, sometimes it does'nt kick out the ten, and I left a few 5-10's odd for somebody who throws a ball as strong as I do.

Well most of my AZO/Lanemaster balls I have used the same layout, and that is what I put into this ball. The pin was 5" and the CG was 4" from my PAP. I went deep with the ring finger to get out extra side, so I needed no hole. This ball is great on a variety of medium oil lane conditions. Like all the AZO/Lanemasters balls that I have thrown, are clean through the fronts, and have great pin action. The Answer picked up a midlane roll and made a smooth arcing reaction to the pocket. The Answer had less distance down the lane then the Fanasty X Super Carbon, and a smoother breakpoint. On the drier shots, this ball was not as good. The Answer would pick up a roll to early. On our normal house shot I was able to move deeper into the oil and get the balldown the lane without a problem, but when the heads dry up, go the another ball, like the Perfection Reactive Pearl.
