Picked this ball up from fellow BR Member: Axeweldr. Ball is 15lbs with a 3" pin above the bridge and a small weight hole. I was expecting this ball to be alot milder than my Masterpiece(layout in profile). My local center has been on the medium-light to medium side lately and all my current stuff is too much. Anyway, this ball even highly polished(wet-sanded up to 1000 grit scotch brite and polished with Storm's X-tra shine) is very angular on the backend, carry is excellent and can cover quite a few boards than I thought it could. It is about 2 boards weaker than my Masterpiece(which is my least aggressive ball). On my typical house shot(38' of CONTROL type oil buffed out to 45' with OB outside the 8 board), this ball was very aggressive once it hit dry and really digs in. Throwing alot of Storm stuff recently before switching exclusively to L/LM stuff it reminded me of a Triple X, in shot shape with the same drilling. Excellent ball by Legends/Lanemasters........ I have this ball and a Satisfaxion also by Legends/Lane Masters... This ball is so aggressive, way more than the Satisfaxion, and is far better suited to medium oil. I usually bowl from centre over third arrow, stroking the ball and pushing the ball out before the snap. With this ball, make sure you push it out enough or reduce the revs or this thing will take off towards the lane next to you!!! The ball skids beautifully all the way down then snaps with ferocity. I have had to polish up the ball to extend the skid by about 3 ft. When it hits the pocket it will annihilate whatever stands in front of it. TRUST ME… you have never heard such an explosion when it hits. Peoples mouths drop and I think I’ve managed to convert several people to Lane Master bowlers. I don’t think Lane Masters can do any wrong... all their balls I have ever used seem to be so far ahead of the competition..

I love this ball i got a strongest pin poistion put on the ball and i love it. I have never had a reactive ball that has such a huge arc into the pocket and takes out everything in its path. I have had numerous high games with this bowling ball. I also find it a great ball to use on all sorts of lane patterens. The lane master and legends equpiment keeps on there great succes making amazing bowling balls. all i can say is GET THEM they are all amazing and the last and keep there reaction for a very long time

LaneMaster was kind enough to send me one of the Absolute Powers to write a review on. I drilled this ball up with the pin above my ring finger and the cg 3/4" off my grip line. I threw this ball on the house shot and a couple different sport shots. This ball is great on medium to medium-light oil. On the house shot, I was able to swing the ball and make a move at 40 feet and rip the rack. If I pull the shot in the oil, the ball would hold the line, and still blow the rack. When I sent the ball a little wide the ball would recover, and still have enough power to get the corners out. On the variety of sport shots, I would either go more direct or move deeper inside. I couldn't use it on the heavier oil sport shots, because the ball isn't designed for that. This is one of my favorite Azo/Lanemaster ball, just behind my Red Fire. I haven't like many Pearl Reactive balls in the past, but this ball is awesome. Any questions, please email me at Bill@BuddiesProShop.com
