Vibe is a great choice for the first-time Hammer bowler and serves as the #1 weapon in the Hammer product line for battling dry lane conditions. Featuring a performance core and the new Max-Flip Reactive coverstock, Vibe delivers excellent length and good backend.

This is another great ball by hammer. It can play just about anywhere on the lane. I've thrown it up the 1 board and I've also started out on the 50th board and aimed at the 4th arrow and gotten to corner its way back to the pocket. It has some distance to it and its pretty consistent read on the backend. If you throw this ball the same 2 shots in a row, there's really no surprise jump and hook early or skid and hook late. Its just a really consistent, pearlized ball. Its also pretty easy to adjust to transitioning lanes with.

Tried to use the ball during our association tournament. That wasn't going to happen the first house was just too dry the second house ahd too much oil in the middle and sand paper outside. I couldn;t generate enough speed to keep the ball from over hooking. I take the ball out for league at a third center and I get a pretty good look playing up 8 letting the ball roll to the pocket with out the skid flippy reaction. My Road Hawg sjut didn't get the reaction I wanted and decided to use the Vibe. I shot 229 280 217-726. This is a definite winner for Hammer and the Price is right too.

I was looking for a ball that I could play down and in with so I decided to drill a VIBE with a laid down pin. This way the core would kick in, lay down, and then it would be a smooth roll with the cover doing all the work. I have used this layout in the past and when used on the right ball with the right lane condition, can be a great asset to your arsenal. LAYOUT: 2 1/4" pin to PAP. CG in palm. No weight hole needed. I took this out after drilling it to my father-in-law's bowling center after two shifts of league had been bowled. WOW, it did just as I wanted it to. You could see the core kick in early as it should, making the ball get into a roll sooner but then it was just as smooth as could be the rest of the lane. The only problem with this layout is that sometimes the hit can be a little suspect but the VIBE had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with carry. This thing still hits like a truck! I recommend this ball and even this layout for anyone looking to take the b

Never been a big Hammer fan...bad experience with Big Blue left a bad taste in my mouth. Recently, I had been looking for a good ball for drier lane conditions. I had been using my Eraser Banshee for lighter oil but with the conditions I've been seeing lately, it was too much ball. I just happened to see the Vibe sitting in the Pro Shop, did a little research on it, and decided to give Hammer one more try...and I'm glad I did!!! This ball is definitely the one for broken down/second shift and/or light oil conditions. Had it drilled with pin over ring, about 4.5" from PAP with the CG stacked. This ball clears the heads and mids like you wouldn't believe and makes a hard but controllable arc when it finds friction and delivers one heckuva blow to the pins. This was probably the best sub-$100 bowling ball investment I've ever made...may even be enough to make me try something in one of Hammer's higher lines.

This ball was drilled with a label leverage off hammer drill sheet wanted a ball to play the outside line in a flooded christmas tree pattern. This ball was a great choice! smoth controlled hook to the pocket, no skid\snap, no over reaction on a missed shot to the right. Played up the 2nd arrow all night with a small hand positiion change and a lil more ball speed in 3rd game. 258,249,224 (should been better tugged a ball right through the nose) I was really turning some heads when this ball hit the pocket it DESTROYED the pocket even on high shots. If your a High rev \ high speed bowler like i am and get sick of watching someone just lay it up the 2nd arrow all night , then you need a ball like this in your bag. as long as your willing \ able to make the hand position changes for when they do break down. Until they change the pattern in my house this will be the first ball out of my bag.. no exceptions! Throwing this ball was like a trip down memory lane.. Got my

Well after 2 league outings with the Vibe, I figured it is time to post a review. One word will describe it..........WOW. The Vibe goes extremely long and has a very hard arc on the back-end with great power thru the pocket. I had mine drilled straight up over the label with the pin above and between the middle and ring finger with the CG in my palm. Its roll kinda reminds me of the Faball Blue Pearl but with much more power thru the back-end. Its a great ball for 2nd shift leagues or toasty shots in houses where there seems to be an oil embargo. Vibe........goes very long, arcs hard, shreds the rack!!!!!!

Buddies Pro Shop. com drilled my VIBE with the pin 2 inches from my axis. I have had success with this drilling on other balls and it works Extremely well on this ball. Sometimes with this drilling I lose some carry, but with the VIBE, my carry has been excellent. I left the coverstock of the ball alone, used it right out of the box. For me, this ball is best on the shorter medium to light oil patterns. It clears the front very well and has a nice smooth arcing backend. It does not stand up too early in the front and has great punch in the backend. A new winner for me and this ball will be making the tournament trips for sure.

Have you ever been at a tournament, and things are going really well until you hit that pair thats totally burnt and suddenly you realize, everything else in your bag is gonna hook to much? Well if this has ever happend to you then you need to grab the Vibe! Some of you will look at the price tag and say, "this is a cheap ball, this wont work", well it will. On short pattern or 2nd and 3rd shifts you need a ball that will get though the hottest heads possible. Althought its classified as a "beginners" ball, the Vibe for ME, was a life saver!! I've got the pin 6 inches off my axis with the cg 1.5in from my midgrip. When I need to go straighter this is the ball I use. Give the Vibe a shot. You just might need it.

I drilled up the Big Block Diesel, Razor Blade, and the Vibe with the same layout. I put the pin 3 1/2 inches from my PAP (positive axis point) and the cg 4 inches. I found the Vibe to work best on 2nd shift or light oil partterns. With the layout that I used, the ball was clean through the fronts, then picked up a midlane around 35 feet. The ball motion at the break point was a smooth arcing motion to the pocket. For 4 games on a 2nd shift lane condition, I average around 230, and I only had to move a couple boards throughout the night. The Hammer Vibe is another solid addition to the Hammer line-up. When you need something for the low end, lighter oil conditions, make sure that you don't over look this ball. I feel that Hammer has finally addressed the low end/dry lane ball that I have been hoping for. For 2 years I have needed a ball that would store energy until the backend. This ball gives me a clean look through the fronts and mids, then a hard arc off of the dry. No real jump, just a good strong arc with this particular layout. Layout: 5" Pin to PAP 75 degree layout This ball will be very good on 90% of house conditions. This is a pearlized ball that looks good. This should be a big seller for Hammer. Thanks BG!!!!
