I have 5 balls and this is one of the best ones that i got so far next to the roto grip rsp ........ can't ask for nothing better. The ball hasn't died yet like my other ones. Just mad I didn't get this ball before I got the other ones. So if you want a good line ball and one that last long with a lot of hook...this should be the ball for you. This ball is not made for dry lanes ....... my last score with this ball was 234 215 232 ........ that is not bad for a beginner don't you think

If you need a ball with alot of versatility this is the ball for you. It hits like a truck everytime I throw the ball down the lanes. And the evidence is not in this review it is in my scores. It keeps the pins low to the lanes when it hits. Just alot of power driving through. Ebonite is doing everything right with the new lines of balls they are bringing out. I am ready for The One, if it is supposed to be better than the XXCel i am ready for one. I will not stray away from Ebonite again.<

First off, for this bieng my first ebonite ball I am very impressed. I got this ball in mid february, so this review is a little late. Covering Reaction: If you had to say one word about this ball, I think explosion might work well. no matter where you throw this, no matter how much oil. It will always snap back to the pocket, or beyond. Honestly, when this ball reaches its breakpoint it looks like something exploded under it. It takes a sharp turn for the left with full force and crushes the rack. This is ball is great for conquering flooded conditions, but it does have its downfall. If the middle of the lane is dryed out, or if the oil pattern is short/has been worn down, this ball will take off way too early and will go far brooklyn. Overall, just use this monster for heavy oil or the near, even though it can handle some dry conditions (Which I have yet to figure out why)... Covering Hit/Carry: As described above, this ball is without a doubt the hardest hitting ball I h

my favorite ball. my first particle, i have 20 reactives 1 particle. ball specs: pin 41/2" from my pap under bridge, cg kicked out to 2" away from pap BOMB located at the 75 degree position. balance hole located an inch under my pap. i bowled on a med. oil house shot. and what surprised me the most was that is got down the lane with out rolling out like normal heavy oil balls. it just moves ALOT. but its still hard to control unless u have alot of the clear stuff. this ball will tell u when its time to put it up, it will start leaving 4-9s 4-6s and 7s. so strong i havent left a a 10 pin yet. on a final note this ball really gets through the heads better than any sanded heavy oil ball out there. EDIT: ive finally found out this balls reaction. the lighter the oil the more it wants to roll over and puke. the heavier the oil the more it hooks and more controllable it is. the oil makes it conserver energy longer and lets it explode at the breakpoint. definitely a tourneme

Pin: 2" Top Weight: 2.50 oz Layout: Pin below the ring finger, CG kicked out 2", weight hole 5" from center grip. Bravo Ebonite! I cannot believe they actually got a ball that hits like a truck! My first impressions of Ebonite were not all that great due to my experiences with the KI Sanded. This ball hooks earlier in the head oil and harder on the backend than my Storm X-Factor Vertigo. This ball has no problem turning the corner. Ball shines on moderate head oil with carrydown at best! I actually got through a three game league set using this ball the whole night, which was another positive! Bowlers without a lot of hand could benefit great and this would be a great ball to have in your arsenal on sport oil patterns!

This ball hooks!!!! and i'm not joking. I throw about 15 to 16 miles per hour and on a fresh shot this ball was covering about 35 boards. It was drilled to a flat stack and i mean it broke and it broke early. this is the only ball that i could say would really handle the flood. Anyway, this ball rolled with a real hard arc and it really hit like a truck. Kicked out some incredible leaves and it just carried wonderful. But again this ball really moves, so take it out for the first game and then put it away.

This ball was the best they had at the ebonite hammer demo day. On a fresh league shot that they used for the demo day its about 40 feet and its walled. I could still play the 2 board wit this ball throwing about 17-18 mph and the ball still came back then they had some lanes that they didnt oil and i couldnt play there cuz i was to dry so i moved all the way to the 6th arrow and this ball barely held its line this ball is awsome but it needs the oil. best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever best ebonite ball ever

threw this bad boy at a Pro Shop Employee demo day. As all hammer and ebonite demo day balls are drilled, this one was stacked with pin below the ring finger. Let my just start off by saying, i was bowling on more of a medium condition, and even though this ball is for heavy oil, it had been used in demo's so it had a slight polish to it from lane usage and oil. Anyway, by no means is this ball good for playing up the lane the way this is drilled. Totally for playing deep inside lines. Comparison between xcel particle and xxcel: The xcel particle is a great ball, but it is not as aggressive as the xxcel. The xcel is more of a arc ball by far, and teh xxcel by far is more of a flipy ball. Both were great in the heavy oil, but i liked the xxcel better (once there was carry down) My overview of this xxcel, is that it is a great ball added to an already great line up of balls by ebonite. if u dont have a heavier oil ball, and u need one, consider this ball...you wont be sorry. the only
