Ebonite Tai Chi Bowling Ball

No longer could bowling be considered just a fun sport, it was now Super Fun. The Tai Chi™, named after the Chinese martial art know as “meditation in motion”, was the first ball in a new series by Ebonite called Super Fun Balls™. The series is a follow-up to the hugely successful Fun Balls™, which is known for coupling the enjoyment of bowling with a striking appearance. Bowlers not only covet the Tai Chi ball for its startling appearance, but for the forces within the ball. The Tai Chi ball was designed using the concepts of the Yin Yang relationship. Yin, the black half, represents darkness and turmoil. While the other half, Yang, represents lightness and serenity. Together, the ball has the terror and destruction of the Yin, as well as the ease and grace of the Yang. Ebonite produced only 4,400 of the Tai Chi balls, so it was no wonder that all of them sold out before they left the factory.
