Ebonite Nitro R2 Bowling Ball

Ebonite's newest high-performance ball, the Nitro R2, enhances the reaction in our Reactive Resin veneer. The internal integrity of the core is no longer static in design, but transfuctional through the entire 10 thru 16 pound weight range. The core makes use of mass displacement and distrubtion to effect a positive spin bias through the core center line. This quantum leap in ball design, which utilizes computer-enhanced designs and engineering, emphasizes total ball dynamics and continues to focus on optimum ball roll and reaction, which maximizes performance.

I've been using this ball as my main ball since it came out in the 90's. Almost 10 years later, this thing still kicks some serious butt. The pin action it develops when striking the pocket is unreal. I've had shots carry that I thought for certain I was in trouble with. During the course of improving my technique, my average jumped from a 160 (using an Axe) and I have consistently held a 205+ (with the R2) every year in league that I have bowled since. I really wish that they still had this line available, it was an awesome line of balls and I wanted to acquire the whole set. =)
