The latest in the successful line of Matrix reactives, the Dominator surpasses its predecessors in hook potential. Ebonite has added a high flare cylinder to the two-in-one Fusion™ core, converted it into a Bomb’s Away design, and wrapped it in the aggressive Big Wheel™ reactive coverstock. Finely sanded with 1200 grit, this new weapon will allow all styles to be the Dominator on medium to heavier oiled lane conditions. Go forth and conquer.

Overall, one of my most consistent still. I got this ball out of the dumpster after I heard it was being dumped because when I traded it in, it had too many re-drills already. Anyway, I've had it back in the lineup for almost another year now and have had tremendous success. High series on PBA Experience league Shark was 715, not bad for an older ball. I recommend this ball to someone who is starting out. I love it because I know what it can do. Sometimes the carrydown isnt there and mainly thats because the bowler, me, didnt throw it right. This ball is what I would call "Small-ball", which means older equipment from the 90's thru early 2000's that can still work on todays conditions in different houses.

Dave Olm(The Beastist bowler/my boss/owner of the proshop/awesome person) gave me this in hope that it would fufill my needs......... well i like the way i drilled the oval and thats about it..... its slow to react and i even sanded it.... well i guess the reason was because of the drilling.. Think if the ring finger was a clock... the pin was @ 4pm...lol and the cg was an inch away! so i had no room to make it react normally... so yea... It was the thought that counted....... THANX DAVE and once again this part requires 100 words so im gonna talk... GO DAVE OLM PRO SHOP! LOCATED IN THE BEaUTIFUL CROWN LANES! THERES bOB BURNS, DALE KOLESAR,dAVE OLM, WILL NOLTE AND BILL MALLETTE.. NOW IF THEY HAD A 5 MAN LEAGUE... THAT WOULD BE AN AWESOME TEAM... BUT IT'LL NEVER HAPPEN... CUZ SOME ONE HAS TO WATCH THE PROSHOP!!!!!

This ball is great. I've thrown so many 200+ games with this ball i cant even count. It has amazing pin action. I prefer to throw this hooker on synthetic lane. This ball hooks a lot more than any of my other six balls. I usually always take this ball to put on the rack because i know it will work. The denominator has a nice, smooth, porous coverstock enables it to hook on all oil conditions. But i have to make sure i clean it a lot to get the oil out of the ball. Overall this ball is awsome!<s

This ball always finds a way to strike. I have had this ball for close to 2 years and i love it almost as much as my girlfriend. If it was a girl i would marry it. This ball was one of my most agressive balls for a few months. Then it died down some so i turned it into my drier lane ball. I polished it so now i can play close to straight up the boards with this ball and like they always say the closest point between to dots is a straight line. The margin of error is unparallel. It gives me so much room for mistakes it's not funny. I hardly use it on tournament shots until the last game or so. Usually just for drier house shots or when something is wrong with the lane machine.<scrip

this ball is ok when i first got it i thought it was the best ball then it just stop carring for me i don't throw this ball ever when i first got it it had i lot of backend then any other ball but now it sucks i hate this ball it hooks on dry that is it this ball does not carry at all i left a 5-8-10 with it one time and a couple of 5-10's i hate this ball it don't hook any more for me i tried to sand it so it would hook but that didn't work for me neither.

the ball is good but i recommend it to very good bowler who can adjust themselve to any lane conditions. The ball hit well but you cant always throw the ball at the same place cause it will leave different result at the end of the lane. When i bought this ball, i thought that was the best ball i've ever had but after a couples of month, i find out in practice that this was not true. I start stuggling with it. I pick and old ball in my bag for the leagure that same night (200$ball) and i shot 658.

ANOTHER GEM FROM THESE GUYS. HAHAHAHAHA. OK IT WASNT THAT BAD BUT IT WASNT THAT GOOD EITHER. LIKE I SAID IT HAD A NICE EARLY ROLL. WASNT JUMPY AT ALL, IT JUST SEEMED TO HAVE A NOSE THAT SMELLED EVERYWHERE BUT THE HOLE. I LIEKD IT BEST ON THE FLAT PATTERN AFOREMENTIONED IN THE OTHER REVIEWS AS I COULD GO A LITTLE MORE DIRECT WITH IT. IF I TRIED TO SWING IT I HAD NO CLUE WHERE IT WAS GOING IT JUST KINDA HAD A MIND OF ITS OWN. OH WELL IT WAS JSUT FOR FUN BUT JUST SO U GUYS AND GALS KNOW IM NOT GONNA GO TRADE MY LANE 1 STUFF IN FOR SOME EBONITES NOW.

My ball is 14 lb and I dont know the drilling. I told my pro-shop I want more backend and the ball does give me a strong hook at backend. the ball is excellent on heavy oil as my house is conditioned like that. I have altogether had 5 balls and this one gives me the most striking power. No matter how I throw the ball, whether go straight at 2nd arrow, swingout to board 6, or play outside, it always gets into the pocket very nicely. Had the ball had not so much pecks on surface, I would have rated the ball 10 out of 10.

the matrix dominator is a great ball on alot of oil - i have mine drilled with the pin under the middle finger an i kept the original surface on that ball..this ball rolls early an turns hard the only pblm is that with any kind of carrydown this ball has trouble carrying corner pins. i only got a chance to roll this on different house shots - i score well with it - just have to make alot of hand adjustments. the dominator fits in my bag between my predator an my trauma response. over i rated this ball an 8.

Top weight-unknown Weight-15 Drilled- 1 1/2 inch pin, pin at one inch down and 1/2 inch over from ring finger, cg at 1 inches below the ring finger, bombs away 5 1/2 inches above the ring finger. This is other review on the Matrix Dominator Polished with ebonite factory finish Lane Condition-House shot moderate oil in between the 4 board and to the 36 board with outside 3 boards being soaked to no other length of the oil is to 30ft buffed to 35ft. Much more controlled know that the polish is on it. Straight wrist, stand on the 27 board throwing to 14 board swing to 8 board, this ball really gets down the lane for the shorter lane condition then most places i throw at, and has a nice smooth roll to the pocket crossing a few boards. Cupped up the wrist and boy did it make this balls break point move farther back on the lane, Stand at board 40 tossing the ball to 22 board and rolling out to 10 board with a very hard snap from the break point. Defiantly an oil ball no matter if

Top weight Unknown Weight-15 Pin- 1 inch Drilled-pin under ring finger cg in left part of hand. Factory Finish Lane Condition-House shot moderate oil in between the 4 board and to the 36 board with outside 3 boards being soaked to no other length of the oil is to 30ft buffed to 35ft. This ball is a monster with it being factory finished, start by standing on 35 board, rolling the ball over the 20 board and swing to 5, (with a straight wrist) the ball rolls early through the front of the lanes (hafting to open up so I could get the ball out), has a little skid to 20ft and grabs again and just cuts through the oil like there is none there. I tried taking down some revs off this ball and throw at the 10 board and swing to 3 board, on this shot you have to hit your mark there is no if you miss to the left you might or miss to the right you might, it is you hit you get reward you don't you split or miss the head pin. Cupped the wrist, very hard to keep the ball on the lane standing
