Ebonite Apex Aggression Bowling Ball

Going up against heavier oiled lanes? Introducing the new ERP (Energy Retaining Particle) coverstock, allowing a higher load of particles to provide traction without the consequence of the premature loss of energy in the backends that traditionally plagues more aggressive loading. Combined with the same explosive core that makes the Adrenaline one of the truly unique ball reactions, the Aggression will be sure to get bowlers totally stocked.

If you are looking for a ball that likes oil then this is one you must have in your bag. I have mine drilled with the pin under the ring finger and an off set hole. When throwing this ball on the 5 board it comes back into the oil but loses energy. However, when you throw it through the oil around the 10 board, it then catches the lane and rips into the pocket. It took me a bit to realize this and now that I do, I use it for my heavy oiled league. There is a womans league before mine that is oiled and then they oil for the mens league(mine). There is much carry down oil in the heads and this ball swims through it like an olympic champion.<sc

We have drilled over 100 of these balls so far. Everyone that loved the Apex Adrenaline, and is looking for more hook, should pick up this ball. The Apex Aggression is as clean through the heads as the Apex Adrenaline, but can handle more oil than the Adrenaline. Both Apex Adrenaline and the Apex Aggression rev up in the mid lane and give you strong backend pop. The Aggression is one of the best overall heavy oil balls on the market today, and a true asset to a bowler's bag. It has to be the strongest overall ball in the Ebonite line. When I was looking for a ball that would hook on wood lanes with heavy oil, I didn't have to look much further than Apex Aggression. All the balls that I have used before on this type of lane condition would usuall roll out or not drive the pocket, but the Adrenaline continues to drive through the pins even in the heavy oil. The first night I bowled with it I shot a 680 and I was able to swing the ball. At first I was afraid that the ball would not hit like my hammer did, but it hits with tremedous power. I would recommend this ball to anyone who needs a ball that cuts throught the oil and hits like a truck.

I had this ball drilled axis leverage. It has a 3 inch pin and started with 2.25 ounces of top weight. My ball came slightly polished. This is a little odd as all the other aggressions the proshop has recieved were quite dull out of box. In any case I didn't alter the box finish. The Aggression NEEDS oil. Not necessarily heavy oil, but if the ball encounters friction before the midlane it will hook too early and eratically. It cuts through carrydown wonderfully. The carry was also very good. This high tracking tweener loves this ball on a wetter house shot. I'm very pleased. 12/13/02 This ball works best on synthetic rather than wood lanes. It won't hook consistantly on really heavy oil. louie

This ball is strong !!!! Gets through the heads great, Good ball for faster speeds, surface can be easily changed ............Ive always had problems with other equipment burning up too early. This ball has a great midlane and strong backend reaction that doesnt quit !!!!!! Also ive noticed carrydown doesnt change this balls reaction due to the strong coverstock and particle load it has. This ball by Ebonite is a winner !!!!!! I had a Response and the Intensity, both balls had a great strong midlane just like the Aggresssion does ........but the backend on the Aggresion is soooooo much stronger than the two other balls by far.<scr
