I drilled my Ruckus Feud 60 by 4 5/8 x 40, and tried it on a couple different patterns. On the house shot, this ball was a monster. I had to play farther left than I ever have on our house shot. This ball made a strong move off the dry part of the lane when I missed my target wide, and still dug through the heavy concentration of oil when shots were missed to the inside of the lane. When I am bowling on a heavier volume house shot, this will definitely be the ball of choice. On patterns that are 38' and less, the Ruckus Feud is just too much. In order to get this ball to work on such patterns, one would have to adjust the surface to a smoother finish, and trick the layout to get the ball to lay off in the backend. This ball is designed for med-length to long patterns with plenty of volume. Use it on that type of pattern, and you will see more hook and backend than any ball you have in your bag.
