I have this ball drilled rev-leverage. Reads the lane well. I've thrown this ball on some tough conditions and always seemed to find a line to the pocket. The only condition this ball doesn't fare too well on is heavy oil, but most pearl balls don't. I've had this ball for about a year and haven't had a problem with it burning out. This ball is one of a long line from Columbia that I've drilled, and am satisfied with it. As Marshall Holman once said, "There's always a ball and an angle...."

This was my first reactive / particle ball ever. It was reccommended to me by a highly reguarded local pro-shop. I went in looking for a ball that would react similar to my old Columbia Stingray/C, but have a bit more carry though the pins. This ball fit that bill. The reaction is very predictable & has a nice even arc similar to a sanded urethane. You can put a lot of finger in the ball, get a good lift & This ball's handicap is heavy oil. Whether it be gutter to gutter, or a big slick down the middle, you will need to adjust your shot accordingly. It needs some hold to move. This should be the first ball out of your bag. It's consistancy makes it an excellent ball to judge lane conditions with & it's reaction to oil can tell you exactly where the slick/dry spots are to help you to select a different ball or adjust your line. Total score 8.9 out of 10.0

This ball is awesome, other than being a tadd over/under in the carry down. It's versital and easy to manage if you're on your game. I average about 15.5 mph on the clocks, so I tend to need to swing it a bit. If there's oil out there you better have a lot of hand or it won't come back. Striaght up shots with speed work well. This ball likes a little oil in medium/light conditions and it is pearled so works on drier shots too... When it makes the corner, look out... BAM, it blows the racks up and keeps coming back for more. I wouldn't be caught on the lanes with out this one close by!

Well i just started bowling again after 13 years ( bowled in youth leagues) Man a lot of things have changed, including all this new terminology and all these crazy ball designs. Anyways i jsut started again 3 months ago with a columbia 300 scout urethane ball. I got my average with this ball around 140s 150s (yeah i know I suck) But i got my new game ball this week, and i jumped up to a 180 average after 12 games or so. im having a easy time getting this ball too hook and i hit the pocket way harder and more consistantly every time. I do go broklyn some times, but not as often with this ball, but even then I'm able strike often with this. If i do miss my mark and go wide , even then i get a few more pins rather than jsut 3 or so. Which is very helpful compared to my last ball. So anyways, i wish i could get more technical with my review, sorry =( I do stand at the middle dot, and i aim at the second arrow if that helps any. I reccommend this ball highly to anyone, because its easy
